It was fine, beautiful garden area. The room was large and doable. It definitely needed some updates it's fixtures. Glad it had blackout curtains! But the walls are very thin so you can hear a conversation. Switched rooms and it was better. The upstairs rooms had spotty internet connections for Wi-Fi.have spotty internet connections

We had a lovely stay! Our room was clean and spacious, each room had a small sitting area outside, volcano views and lovely landscaping. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. It's far enough out of the center of things that it is quiet at night, but close enough you can walk into town. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

We enjoyed staying here as it was walkable from the downtown but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the volcano from the pool was great and breakfast was wonderful each morning.

Manque de d'étagères dans la chambre. Manque de transats à la piscine, pas d'eau filtrée. Manque de crochets et tablettes dans la salle de bain. L'hôtel devrait offrir du café avec les compliments de l'hôtel. Surtout que c'est un pays producteur de café. Pas de bar, ni de machine à glaçons. Par contre le site est de toute beauté

We got a big room but the water in the toilet didn't go down. The man at the reception came to order. But still the problem continued. The roof rattled from the rain. And the manager of the place was not ready to move us to a room. Only after we trained that we would stop the payment did he agree to transfer us. The breakfast is good and the service is very nice. The location is excellent

The hotel is very nice. It has an office, breakfast area, pool and 20 or so rooms. Rooms are spacious. The location is nice, away from the street noise. The breakfast is good. Be prepared for insects entering rooms! We had a very nice view of the volcano from the walkway. We had no hot water one of the days but the problem was fixed once we made the front desk aware. Overall, our stay was fine. I would recommend this hotel for a simple and quiet stay.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was clean and spacious, each room had a small sitting area outside, volcano views and lovely landscaping. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. It's far enough out of the center of things that it is quiet at night, but close enough you can walk into town. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

We enjoyed staying here as it was walkable from the downtown but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the volcano from the pool was great and breakfast was wonderful each morning.

I think the breakfast could use improvement. Not many selections and it was luke warm, not hot. There should be a station where people can have their eges cooked in their preferred style like omelet, sunnyside-up, boiled, etc.

Desayuno muy agradable y variado, la atención agradable solo un tema de la regadera no funcionaba y quisimos contactarnos con el encargado y fue imposible, tuvimos que estar mucho tiempo tratando de arreglarlo. Y la ventana no estaba tan asegurada porque entró una lagartija. Pero es agradable el lugar y bonito.

Me hospede con mis tres hijos y mi esposo. Todo estuvo excelente, la comida, la ubicación, el personal. Las mejores vistas. El personal muy amable y atentos. Mis hijos les encanto el desayuno, la piscina en fin todo. Un verdadero lugar para desconectarse y recargar energías. Lo recomiendo al 100%. .
