Good place and nice room. The only thing is the food in the restaurant. The hamburger i got was obviously warmed in the microwave. I got sick in the night. Its not good to warm a hamburger in the microwave, half of it was stone hard and the rest was almost liquid

Its a good place. But difficult with WiFi. And the service is not the best, to get a towel takes time. Ok breakfast, but you have to plan it because from you order it takes a long time before you can eat

I booked this hotel via Expedia app and got charged.When I got there, they hotel stated that they don’t work with expedia and therefore cannot see my payments.Well they forced me to pay again!!!It was painful to pay again!! To make the matters worse, I reserved the cheapest room but I was given a much expensive room!!The restaurant denied me hot water for breakfast directing me to buy one liter then they boil for me!!This made me to not eat that breakfast!!An attendant behaved rude when I requested for an additional supply of room items….

Convinient place if you have stuff to do around Ruiru. I like the access to a Supermarket, salon and pharmacy. Pleasant staff all round. Management should upgrade towels and bathroom ventilation.
