Everything was great, but the cherry on the cake was the incredible man at front desk who made our stay exceptional. From his great chats, coffees, welcoming champagne and constant smile we felt so at home. He was such an amazing human and we will only stay here coming back. The jacuzzi on the roof is also incredible, what a beautiful place to stay.

The Hotel is in the heart of Tel Aviv and is in a very good location. I booked the suit with the Jacuzzi on photo the room looks different. so be carful when you see some images. the hotel do not have lift and 3 floors with the luggage's needs to get them up in your hands. but overall for 2 nights was good.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained and had plenty of seating and towels. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again

Staff is only available from 11am, so you can't talk with them in the morning, the room is old and neglected, I didn't even have a window, smells weird, and it is apparent that they don't clean the AC which leads to poor air quality. The sheets feel like some sort of plastic or polyester blend, very synthetic. Do not expect a pool because it is small and not very clean. At night there was a terrible noise. I could hear everything. My door barely opened and closed. There were holes in the walls and the fridge is very noisy so I had to plug it out. Stay away.

However, there was a strange smell in the room - this was fixed the next day, but apparently this smell is not abnormal for a ground floor room due to the plumbing systems. Room is also a bit worn. There is not 24/7 reception as advertised - however, there is an emergency number to call in the night if any issues. The pool does not look great to swim in, I didn’t see anyone go in there, however since the beach is so close it is not an issue and people do use the rooftop for sunbathing.

I came all the way from the us and stayed here during my time in Tel Aviv, and I couldn't have asked for a better place! the receptionist's are the best! The service is great! the the place is clean, there are always clean towels, free coffee, there's a jacuzzi on the rooftop and a rooftop hangout area, the place is clean and I can honestly say I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else! Thank you for my making my stay so amazing!

Most of the pictures on this website have no connection to the hotel at all. There is no spa. There is no restaurant -breakfast vouchers were provided by the front desk (at check-in) for a local restaurant which only opens starting at 9:00am in the morning. The hotel listing which says a continental breakfast is served starting at 7:30am is a lie. The hotel has a look and feel of a disreputable property that offers rooms-for-rent-by-the-hour. The room we received was tiny, the floor was sticky, the bathroom was dirty and smelled. The sheets looked like they had already been slept on, my skin started to itch almost immediately after sitting on the bed. The entrance area to the hotel is under construction/repairs. The room 'balcony' was accessed via a sliding door from the room which led to a tiny porch that wasn't even wide enough for an adult to stand on. I checked out and left this hotel within a few minutes of arriving. I'm shocked that Hotels.com hasn't received more complaints about this property and that the rating is as high as it is. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Awful but you get what you pay for. The hotel manager is a really nice guy and very passionate about the hotel but the hotels.com ratings for this place are very inaccurate. Dirty sheets, scratched walls. Broken door lock, dirty shower.

Rooms and bathroom had mold, dirt and was not habitual

It's was ok for 1 night, the location is fantastic and the price is pretty cheap. But you should note that the condition and the cleanliness of the rooms is bad.

Falls Sie eine Bleibe bekommen möchten, wo statt 18 m Zimmer im Prospekt oder Hotellink 8 m die Wohnfläche in wirklichkeit ist, dabei ohne einen einzigen Schrank, ohne Schublade, Nachttisch und Hacken weder für die (sehr schlecht richende und kleine alte) Tücher noch für die eigene Sachen, mit voll verschimmelten Dusche und überall auf den Fliesen hängene Haare allen möglichen Farben und Längen, (von allen letzte Besuchern des Monats), dreck überall ohne Ende, wo nur Auge reicht, überschwemmtes Bett von der Dusche, kein Platz um sich überhaupt noch vom Bett zu bewegen, können diese Schlafmöglichkeit buchen.... Man kann es gar nicht als Hotel benennen, da sowas schreckliches haben wir noch nie im Leben auf der ganzen Welt erlebt. Es ist beschämend und traurig sowas den Reisenden anzubieten. Einzig gute ist - die Lage. Sonst eine wahre Katastrophe...

Very disappointing. The pictures shown on Expedia were nothing like reality. We were charged $165/night and after check in saw that the price for the room on Expedia was $107/night. The room was not clean, the sheets smelled like mildew and the room we had looked like a crypt- 2 small windows, both fully covered. We’ve decided to leave and asked for a refund for the second night but we did not even get a reply. I’m sorry but that’s not acceptable.

We lasted about 30 minutes in this hotel before we began looking for a different hotel. The smell of smoke in our room was nauseating, only half the lights in the room actually worked, the so-called shower was covered in mildew, the only "window" in the room was more like a skylight in a prison cell (my partner is 5"9 and couldn't even see out of it), and it was incredibly dirty. Hairs on the pillows, in the sheets, and on the towels (which were located in a wicker basket on the floor, by the way--not very hygienic). We asked reception if there was a different room we could move to, but he said they were fully booked. Reluctantly, we stayed the night since it was already midnight, but booked a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. We spoke to a different receptionist the next morning, and asked to check out and receive a refund for the rest of the nights we had booked, but we were immediately denied. Unfortunately, Expedia was of no help, either. They couldn't care less about their customers' experience, even when the service their customer received was so very different to what they paid for. If you dig deep enough (which we unfortunately didn't do), you'll find tons of genuine reviews with similar complaints. The positive reviews are fake. Please do yourself, and your wallet since they and Expedia clearly don't believe in deserved refunds, a favor, and AVOID this hotel.

Wonderful stay at Dream TLV! It’s very close to the beach, the rooms are clean with everything you need, and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Rooms are extra worn out. Duble rooms are incredibile small and junior suite is, in fact, a small double. Personnel is very very nice and tries to compensate.

Great location and comfortable bed, efficient room layout feels spacious.

When we arrived, we were given keys to a room that was not cleaned yet. we were giving a second room, which I actually started to cry. It was dark as can be not clean at all to top it off the wall had a hole in it. We were given a third choice which was better and we decided to stay. It was on the third floor, and unfortunately, there was no elevator. The noise from the street and the noise within the hallways kept us up to very very late night, almost till morning. The cleaning crew also did not show up. I had to ask for towels, which I did receive. I actually was very happy to leave this hotel and I don’t really think I will return. But I do have to mention that the front desk was very helpful with the problem we had with the TV more than once and they try to be very accommodating, and they were the nicest thing about this place…

The word to describe this place would be "austere". Though it's not all bad, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. The good thing is that the breakfast is great, the Mena restaurant has an awesome shakshuka. The WiFi works and works well, providing a stable connection and livable speeds. The check-in process is fast and painless. The rooftop is relaxing (and still has WiFi!) with the lounge chairs and the jacuzzi. Finally, the price point is low, but this very much shows in how the hotel is equipped. However, I cannot ignore the negatives. The rooms are *small* and the furnishings are ... non-existent: aside from the bed and a single steel shelving unit, nothing of note fits in the room. The shower fittings are somewhat worn, and the shower cabin leaked slightly. Power outlets are placed precariously around the room and there are few surfaces to store items on. Overall, I would say that this is not a hotel to *stay in*, but rather a hotel to *sleep in* while you explore the city or lounge on the beach.

Ruim, é scam, não tem nada de Boutique Hotel. As fotos nao condizem com o ambiente, o banheiro estava muito fedido, com agua vazando. A cama é ok, mas os travesseiros são ruins. Muito barulhento, o quarto que fiquei hospedada tinha porta direto para rua então tem muito barulho o tempo todo, inclusive de madrigada. A recepção fica em outro prédio. Não recomendo.

This is on a side street in Yarkon street with a cool vibe on the next street. A very modern, stylish and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling. Bed was v comfortable.

DESCRIPTION: The hotel is very small, just a handful of rooms, therefore there is not always staff at the reception, usually in the evening. In the room you have a bed, a very awkward standing shelf that cannot really be used for anything, a safe, a TV with a dozen of cable TV channels, and an A/C. There is a private washroom with a very small but usable shower, sink and a toilet. GOOD: The location is very convenient: next to TLV promenade, close to breakfast restaurants, beach, bus stop. The stuff when present is very friendly and tries to accommodate the requests. The towels were changed every day. BAD: The rooms are VERY small: if there are two people in the room there is literally no space for another person. There is almost absolutely no space for clothes so they need to be kept in the luggage. There is almost no space for the luggage as well: have to keep it on the floor. There is no sitting in the room other than a bed. The ventilation is really bad: clothes can get wet from the washroom humidity. The A/C does not ventilate and you may need to open a window get some fresh air.

First and foremost, the property is misrepresented in the Expedia Ad. The photo in the advertising depicting the white Hotel (Dan) on the beach is NOT this Hotel. This Hotel sits behind the Dan hotel on an arterial route. The hotel is not clearly labelled when traversing on the street; the only way to identify the hotel is by the street number on the side of the building. The hotel is family owned and operated (what you would expect from a mom and pop shop). The room was relatively clean but very dated. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls, the flooring was very badly damaged and the AC did not work as intended (ran without adjusting to the thermostat). Therefore staying in the room was very uncomfortable as it was either too hot or too cold. Both the room and the bathroom are very dark and dungeon-like with minimal lighting and small spaces. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, but the other staff weren't very personable.

O hotel não é como esperávamos. Não há recepção 24h. Muitas vezes não há ninguém na recepção, o que ocasionou a perda de um café da manhã, pois no local pediram um papel do hotel e não havia quem now fornecesse. O quarto não está bem cuidado e não há isolamento acústico para a rua. Além disso, o quarto não é como está nas fotos. Por outro lado, e a cama é confortável e a localização do Hotel é boa

The room was small, but ok. The price was great.No elevator, and room was overwhelming with strong cleaners. The a/c I think was so noisy it kept us awake. There was a strong smell of tar, or something that was disgusting. Its a couple blocks from the beach, location is great. Wasnt a fan of no one tgere after 12,and not back till 11am. There is a whats app number to call, but never got an answer. As our taxi never showed up for ride to airport. The first staff was awesomethe rest not so much.

Really gross, very dirty place, super noisy, couldn't recommend lowly enough. Customer service was incredibly limited and dealing with the owner was made impossible by them being in Miami and only sending unhelpful prompts via whatsapp intermittently

place was lovely, easy access to all the locations , the beach was just a stones throw away, receptionist Mr.Arthur was kind and welcoming, He even texted us asking about our well being. gave us a big bottle of water.breakfast was excellent. jacuzzi at the rooftop is amazing. will stay here again & even highly recommended

Everything was amazing! The check-in by Alexander, I think, was excellent. He gave us one of our rooms just after 11am, for which I am eternally grateful! The beds were so comfortable, excellent bathroom facilities. Great location, everywhere is within easy reach. The staff were all truly wonderful. I was very impressed. can’t wait to stay here again.

Good location (close to beach but also next to busy road and an Irish pub). Building is run down. Beware false advert on hotels.com - the “suite” is not a suite, it is a windowless room (literally, no windows), just a door leading to an outside area, which is definitely not a balcony. Also, there are no free bikes. My main complaint is really the false advertising by hotels.com

A really cosy accommodation in an excellent area, close to many restaurants and bars, but still in a quiet location. The accommodation is well organised, the hosts are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but very clean and we had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was in a nearby nice and pleasant café. For us this was a perfect choice.

Very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, room very nice . Nice Breakfast in the nearby bar.
