Lovely hotel. All your comfort needs and more (dressing gowns, slippers, in room fridge & coffee maker). Excellent quality wifi The staff were wonderful - clearly keen to help but also good at managing expectations when something might be less straightforward. Loved the coffee machine and free snacks in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

We were only there for 2 nights and it was short trip to the Holly Land. The hotel was placed in a very central location and close to the beach. Price was a little too much for the facilities as no pool or spa. Breakfast was good and also had the option to order a breakfast choice. We did an early morning tour and we had the opportunity to have breakfast in their partner hotel next door. We were happy with that option of choice to still have breakfast very early morning. The staff were very friendly and especially Samantha was very helpful and welcomed us when we arrived. I would choose again if I got a reasonable deal.

Nice boutique hotel. Room was suprisingly spacious with enough hanging and shelves. Complimentary coffee, water and chocs. Shower good size, slippers and bathrobe. no amenities to speak of. Breakfast is fab! The buffet selection is great and the additional personal.order is a nice touch. Good location for the beach and buses.

This was our second time staying at Muse. Great hotel, with a perfect location. Close to all transport, a 2 min walk to the beach area and loads of dining options within a few minutes. A 15 min ealk toi Disengoff and Carmel Market. You can't get better. The hotel is small and intimate. A great breakfast is served and it has adequate amenities. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable and clean. We'd definitely recommend it and the rates were very competitive for TLV hotels

Wonderful boutique hotel, spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Coffee, different teas free in the lobby and in the room. My room was spacious and comfy, very clean with plenty of room for my luggage. Furnishing and lightening well thought through. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars all in walking distance.

Je serais resté une nuit de plus mai beaucoup de bruit venant de l'extérieur . Malgré une très belle chambre , et malgré des doubles vitrages sûrement pas top, nous avons entendu les camions déchargés et le bus . Chambre du 1 er étage .

The food, the bed and the decoration were great. The shower floods the whole bathroom and the noise from the street makes you feel like sleeping on the sidewalk. For this price we would have expected more and are disappointed.

Broken metal pole outside the room was hitting the window the entire night with the wind. Far from a quiet night.. hotel practically has no reception or staff, it is all in the near by different hotel.

I always like to support boutique hotels because generally they have great service and are managed by dedicated and friendly staff. I chose this hotel because of the very high reviews and ratings. The location is excellent and a two minute walk to the main beach areas in Tel Aviv. It’s close to all the stations and a very short walk to Carmel market and to Dizengoff area The hotel itself is generally very well kept and is a true boutique hotel. Check-in went well and our room was excellent, very good size and we were generally very happy. The breakfast is absolutely amazing first class in every respect and a huge shout out to the chef and breakfast staff. A big negative from me would be the attitude of some of the front of house staff. I reported our shower was overflowing and the bathroom was flooding on three occasions and no one came to look. Eventually the maintenance staff did arrive they told me that they came previously to check the bath and not the shower. The front of house staff member didn’t seem too bothered initially, and on the third occasion I had to raise my voice and tell him that I was extremely unhappy in the way that he handled this. whilst most of the staff were friendly and proficient, some of them are untrained, and probably too young to be in this kind of position dealing with guests. All in all, this is a good hotel and probably designed to cater for a younger crowd in their 20s and 30s.

The hotel has no reception and no breakfast in it, it is all served from the hotel next door. Which is not what we’ve booked. The room has a large metal bar outside the window that has a missing weld (or two) and is vibrating with the wind, causing both bad noise that keeps us up at night as well as a danger of falling off to the street (room 434)

When we arrived at 2 pm, no one was at the reception. Instead, we had to do the check-in procedure at the adjacent hotel (supposedly under the same management) and return to the Muse. Breakfast was not provided at the hotel but at the adjacent one. We reserved and paid for a room at the Muse, not at any other hotel. The disparity between what was advertised and what was delivered is a misrepresentation of the first order, requiring a financial indemnification and an apology. Renting rooms while renovating the hotel insults the guests and threatens their well-being and personal security. Shame on the Muse management.

Wadid, the night clerk last Tuesday (June 25, 2024), helped me solve a serious problem. A cleaning person had accidentally tossed a small envelope (an easy mistake to make - really no blame) and Wadid didn't dismiss my concern - the opppsite, Wadid enlisted her staff to help me find it. Super personale og hotel. Sød service, værelset var tidligt klar, og der lå chokolade og en sød hilsen til os. Efter kun to dage hvor hvor vi rejste videre til Petra, kunne vi opbevare hele familiens kufferter på hotellet.

The staff were all so very helpful and professional. They helped with our transportation needs and made our stay exceptionally easy. The breakfast was wonderful. I would come back again and recommend to our family & friends.

I always like to support boutique hotels because generally they have great service and are managed by dedicated and friendly staff. I chose this hotel because of the very high reviews and ratings. The location is excellent and a two minute walk to the main beach areas in Tel Aviv. It’s close to all the stations and a very short walk to Carmel market and to Dizengoff area The hotel itself is generally very well kept and is a true boutique hotel. Check-in went well and our room was excellent, very good size and we were generally very happy. The breakfast is absolutely amazing first class in every respect and a huge shout out to the chef and breakfast staff. A big negative from me would be the attitude of some of the front of house staff. I reported our shower was overflowing and the bathroom was flooding on three occasions and no one came to look. Eventually the maintenance staff did arrive they told me that they came previously to check the bath and not the shower. The front of house staff member didn’t seem too bothered initially, and on the third occasion I had to raise my voice and tell him that I was extremely unhappy in the way that he handled this. whilst most of the staff were friendly and proficient, some of them are untrained, and probably too young to be in this kind of position dealing with guests. All in all, this is a good hotel and probably designed to cater for a younger crowd in their 20s and 30s.

The hotel has no reception and no breakfast in it, it is all served from the hotel next door. Which is not what we’ve booked. The room has a large metal bar outside the window that has a missing weld (or two) and is vibrating with the wind, causing both bad noise that keeps us up at night as well as a danger of falling off to the street (room 434)

Our third stay at Muse and another great experience. From the early check in, which was most welcome to the amazing breakfasts everything was perfect. Highly recommended hotel and thanks to Ben for making our stay so pleasant. Hotel is a block away from the best beaches and promenade. Close to Carmel, Dizengoff and most TLV attractions.

This was our second time staying at Muse. Great hotel, with a perfect location. Close to all transport, a 2 min walk to the beach area and loads of dining options within a few minutes. A 15 min ealk toi Disengoff and Carmel Market. You can't get better. The hotel is small and intimate. A great breakfast is served and it has adequate amenities. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable and clean. We'd definitely recommend it and the rates were very competitive for TLV hotels

Lovely hotel. All your comfort needs and more (dressing gowns, slippers, in room fridge & coffee maker). Excellent quality wifi The staff were wonderful - clearly keen to help but also good at managing expectations when something might be less straightforward. Loved the coffee machine and free snacks in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

We were only there for 2 nights and it was short trip to the Holly Land. The hotel was placed in a very central location and close to the beach. Price was a little too much for the facilities as no pool or spa. Breakfast was good and also had the option to order a breakfast choice. We did an early morning tour and we had the opportunity to have breakfast in their partner hotel next door. We were happy with that option of choice to still have breakfast very early morning. The staff were very friendly and especially Samantha was very helpful and welcomed us when we arrived. I would choose again if I got a reasonable deal.

Nice boutique hotel. Room was suprisingly spacious with enough hanging and shelves. Complimentary coffee, water and chocs. Shower good size, slippers and bathrobe. no amenities to speak of. Breakfast is fab! The buffet selection is great and the additional personal.order is a nice touch. Good location for the beach and buses.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I arrived after driving from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv during missile sirens, after having to pull over twice on the highway due to interceptions. I was exhausted and stressed. Despite the fact that all my information and credit card were already in their system, the receptionist Alona refused to check me in because I couldn’t immediately locate my passport in my bag. Instead of showing basic compassion, she called her manager in Hebrew, assuming I didn’t understand, and complained about me, saying I was “מבלבלת לה במוח פה.” Then the manager Ronit told me on the phone that if I couldn’t find my passport immediately I should look for another place to stay. During a war!!! The interaction was so rude and humiliating it literally brought me to tears. Manager Dov eventually stepped in, apologized, and checked us in, but the damage was already done. Cute place. Absolutely horrific service. Stay away!
