The property is a bit far from the city center, but it’s a very elegant hotel with excellent service. The staff is friendly and attentive, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is truly outstanding. Housekeeping was excellent — the room was always spotless, and they consistently left plenty of bottled water and small treats for us, which was a lovely touch. That said, the hotel could use a light renovation — for example, the bathtub tiles were stained due to age, and the bar area would benefit from a more inviting and modern atmosphere.

It’s international breakfast with Chengdu local selection for RMB149. Food taste is ok. Room is clean & the service is on the spot. Staffs were helpful especially Zoey who assisted us in trying to find nearest hospital & laundry services. She still remembered that I injured knees badly and asked if I did feel better not. Only bad side is not too near to the metro station, bed is too soft. Just a short distance to chunxi road. I like their pool which is very comfortable and not crowded

Our experience at St Regis Chengdu was fabulous! Butler service was a great experience. We had hot beverages served to our room every night upon request. Special commendation to the concierge, Alan. He helped us book tickets to the museum and coordinated our luggage transfer from Chengdu to Shanghai. He went beyond to facilitate the inspection of our luggage contents and even recorded the whole process at our request and shared with us via WeChat! This gave us peace of mind to continue with our travel itinerary. We strongly recommend him for a Service Excellence Award! We would say that St Regis has really lived up to its name and even exceeded our expectations!

My expectations for a 5-star hotel are significantly higher than for other hotels. The front desk staff is okay, but it doesn’t create a warm welcoming atmosphere. The room phone requires pressing ‘0’ for service, but this isn't clearly indicated. I ended up using my mobile to contact the service instead.

The property is a bit far from the city center, but it’s a very elegant hotel with excellent service. The staff is friendly and attentive, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is truly outstanding. Housekeeping was excellent — the room was always spotless, and they consistently left plenty of bottled water and small treats for us, which was a lovely touch. That said, the hotel could use a light renovation — for example, the bathtub tiles were stained due to age, and the bar area would benefit from a more inviting and modern atmosphere.

It’s international breakfast with Chengdu local selection for RMB149. Food taste is ok. Room is clean & the service is on the spot. Staffs were helpful especially Zoey who assisted us in trying to find nearest hospital & laundry services. She still remembered that I injured knees badly and asked if I did feel better not. Nous avons passé 12 jours dans ce luxueux et magnifique hôtel. Tout était remarquable, à tous points de vue, et l’ensemble du personnel était parfait. Nous avons même eu des démonstrations d’ouverture de bouteille de champagne au sabre par les majordomes, et Jerry est celui qui a fait la plus belle prestation, avec le plus de prestance et de maestria. Il m’a appris comment « sabrer le champagne » et permis de prendre part à la cérémonie, un fantastique souvenir. Par ailleurs, Jerry nous a apporté une aide précieuse à plusieurs reprises et donné des informations avec professionnalisme et gentillesse, et il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Son anglais est excellent.

Breakfast variety is good . Thanks to concierge staff who helped us to arrange transportation to airport in early hours of the day . And special thanks to the two concierge staff on duty around 5am who made an effort to verify the corresponding booking and driver’s identity for our safety sake .
