The apartment is in a lovely building on the 10th floor, so we had a gorgeous view. The apartment was exactly as described. It's located in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops, in easy walking distance to the university and more. Make sure you read and follow the check-in instructions. We would love to come back the next time we're in Toronto.

The property is brilliant and an amazing area. The communication on arrival was delayed and didn’t help that I was driving there but all worked out in the end. The place is well kept and lovely. The ROM is 5 mins walking distance away. There surrounding areas is all designer shops so very high end people walking around. Parking isn’t as advertised. The nearby parking is extortionate but it’s downtown. It was $37 per day and night (24hrs) no in and out in that period. So we parked up after 6pm and paid the day rate. It was quiet in terms of human noises but there is a construction site opposite which was rather noisy at 8/9am.

The room was lovely and in the very nice, walkable neighborhood of Yorkville. There are restaurants and shops nearby. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the U of T campus and 25 minutes to Chinatown. A parking garage was right down the street. Be aware that you need to put down a damage deposit. This is done outside of the Expedia system which made me a little nervous. There is a security person at the front desk, but because it’s an apartment building they don’t check you in or out. The building was very secure requiring an apartment specific fob to operate the elevator.

Great location, Building Nice, Concierge Polite. The unit is tired, Cracked Glass in Kitchen, Microwave Door wouldn't open, Kitchen cupboards in really bad shape. No TV in Living area. Global Stay asked for vehicle info then offered no parking. Clear Direction re Check - in and Check - out could have been better.

Plus d une heure d attente pour le check in. Nous arrivons dans un appartement très sympathique d aspect...un robinet coule a flot la bonde est bloquée l eau a été coupée pour des travaux généraux dans le secteur..résultat: inondation. Générale ...l appartement est complètement inutilisable...les propriétaires réagissent et en 2h 30 réussissent a résoudre le gros du problème ..le soir a 22h30 nous pouvons rentrer...certaines machines ne fonctionnent pas ..et le séjour se fait sans ces machines ..le parquet sèche enfin 24h plus tard ..mais nous n aurons pas l utilisation de certains des appareils ..nous avons demandé une compensation accordée ..nous avons demandé a Hotel.com un dédommagement d une nuit et espérons l avoir en fidèles clients ..cerise sur le gâteau le matin du départ 3 me jour sans être avertid plus d eau ..pas de douche pas de café etc etc. Nous estimons que nous aurions dû être remboursés totalement et non partiellement.lrd propriétaires n y sont pour rien ..mais le check a été mal réalisé et particulièrement on ne nous a pas rappelé pour nous assister et nous demander comment ça allait ni si l eau avait été coupée au départ ..cela fait beaucoup ..le parking ..nous n avons pas du si il était accessible on nous a laissé nous débrouiller seuls en pleine ville...singulier...pas de TV aucune chaînes !! I loved the area and the hotel. It has a gym and the property was very clean. It was so easy to book an UBER or just walk to the local restaurants or bars, so no need for a rental. The only complaints that I would have is the mattress was sagging to middle and needs to be replaced. Also, although the light in the bathroom was beautiful, it was dim and hard to do makeup. I would suggest some USB electrical outlets so people have access to charge their belongings. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Property is in an excellent location near boutique shops, Yorkville Mall, restaurants and food. A representative met us at check-in and check-out was easy. The apartment itself is very clean, modern and spacious enough for 2. Kitchen is well stocked if you are planning on staying longer and cooking. I only made coffee and used the fridge. Some of the floorboards are separated. Bed was comfortable. Note there is construction in front of the balcony but it was not bothersome when I was staying there. The city noise was more noticeable than the construction. Overall it was a decent place and I would stay there again.

L'enregistrement a pris plus de 2 heures pour avoir quelqu'un qui s'en vient pour ramener les clés. Les instructions de l'arrivé n'étaient pas décrites dans l'offre et ils était envoyé la journée même alors que j'étais sur la route. Une exigences de dernière minutes de faire un dépôt de sécurité de 500CAD plus transmettre une copie de pièce d'identité. Il y a eu possiblement une fuite d'eau qui nous a obligé à passer la mope à chaque fois que nous rentrons et avant de sortir. J'ajoute que c'est pour 3 personnes pas plus comme c'est indiqué dans l'annonce. L'ambiguité de la communication et des instruction m'a coûté un PV pour le stationnement que je croyais inclus dans la location. Si vous êtes avec des enfants éviter cet endroits. C'est le pire séjours de ma vie. Le seul point positif c'est le quartier que j'ai aimé.

Our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, the building had not received our registration, so Globalstay had to send it. We had to wait almost an hour to access the room. The TV did not work, and there was little toilet paper. This is not a hotel and has few services. We had to put our towels to wash when we left and found the washing machine was full of sheets from the previous guests. We also had to load the dishwasher and could not get it to start. We also had to throw out our garbage when we left. The only good thing was the location and the gym.

This hotel asks for a security deposit through paypal and doesn’t let you cancel the reservation which made things suspicious, but I got my deposit back so I was relieved. The area is super nice. When I got to the room, there were wet bedsheets hanging in the closet and there was also wet towels and stuff in the laundry, which caused a bad smell. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay.

The check-in process was a bit strange, a woman had my photo and came to find me outside, then I had to register at the front desk, and given keys, but not any direction on where to go. I had to ask for the unit number. The room itself was pretty good, but it could've been cleaner overall. The check-in instructions didn't include the correct wi-fi information and after a few back and fourth e-mails with the reservations team, I was able to get connected. There were wet towels and wet sheets hanging in part of the closet that I had to access for the modem, as I had to reset the internet. Overall, the building was quiet and super accessible by transit. However, part of the check-out process was having to empty garbage and run the dishwasher/washer for towels. Overall, the stay was fine, but be prepared for a lot of back and fourth in order to get checked in/out.

This is a short term rental. The wear and tear are showing big time. The cabinetry are falling apart, there’s mold in the grout in the bathroom. The communication and requirements “global stay” put in place are ridiculous including doing the laundry for towels (annd the washing machine was still full from what I can only assume were the previous guests) and having to take the trash out. Comms prior to stay were above and beyond the normal and I felt very uncomfortable. The bed was not comfortable at all. The person coming to check me in was late and didn’t speak any English, couldn’t tell me anything like where is the gym or anything. At this price better to stay at a hotel. The location is good though

This place is poorly managed. Can’t get anyone on the phone with any real authority. Place was dirty. Sheets in the dryer. Moody smell. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty carpets that need replacing. Cleaning supplies left in closet. Checking in you have to awkwardly coordinate via email or WhatsApp and then a lady meets you on the lobby to give you keys who doesn’t really speak English. Any complaints during your stay will go without being addressed . It anything it will be after. We stayed twice because I wasn’t able to get a refund . All their replies are nonsense as you can tell by the SAME complaints still being made/ The ONLY thing good about this place is the location. Honestly spend an extra few bucks a night and stay somewhere else. This is NOT worth it. Anyone who has written 5 stars are delusional or have extremely low expectations.

Property is ok not more. Check-in process is not easy as you have to text someone who in is turn talk to someone else, it took long time to get in. They ask cash deposit (not credit card hold, realle expense). The unit was small and smelling really bad. They let air dry the bedding sheets inside the closet making the unit extremely humide and smell bad. The sheets in the bed was also smelling really bad like it was forgeten wet in the washing machine for weeks. Only one shower towel was provided wich for us to share it. Theirs no towel renewal during our stay so one towel for 2 person for 3 days !! Price is excessive for what they offer.

Appart-hôtel commode et bien situé mais le confort moyen. Les matelas n’étaient pas confortables et la literie qui ne donnait pas envie de dormir dedans. L’appart a besoin d’entretien : miroir cassé, armoires décollées. L’accueil aussi a été moyen. Pas de réponse aux numéros de téléphone qu’il fallait appeler avant d’arriver mais une correspondance par courriel qui a fonctionné. Il a fallu attendre une personne qui nous a remis les clés. Vous devriez avoir un système de réception autonome avec des codes d’accès.

Générale ...l appartement est complètement inutilisable...les propriétaires réagissent et en 2h 30 réussissent a résoudre le gros du problème ..le soir a 22h30 nous pouvons rentrer...certaines machines ne fonctionnent pas ..et le séjour se fait sans ces machines ..le parquet sèche enfin 24h plus tard ..mais nous n aurons pas l utilisation de certains des appareils ..nous avons demandé une compensation accordée ..nous avons demandé a Hotel.com un dédommagement d une nuit et espérons l avoir en fidèles clients ..cerise sur le gâteau le matin du départ 3 me jour sans être avertid plus d eau ..pas de douche pas de café etc etc. Nous estimons que nous aurions dû être remboursés totalement et non partiellement.lrd propriétaires n y sont pour rien ..mais le check a été mal réalisé et particulièrement on ne nous a pas rappelé pour nous assister et nous demander comment ça allait ni si l eau avait été coupée au départ ..cela fait beaucoup ..le parking ..nous n avons pas du si il était accessible on nous a laissé nous débrouiller seuls en pleine ville...singulier...pas de TV aucune chaînes !! I loved the area and the hotel. It has a gym and the property was very clean. It was so easy to book an UBER or just walk to the local restaurants or bars, so no need for a rental. The only complaints that I would have is the mattress was sagging to middle and needs to be replaced. Also, although the light in the bathroom was beautiful, it was dim and hard to do makeup. I would suggest some USB electrical outlets so people have access to charge their belongings. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Entire apartment smelt like wet towels, as whomever cleans it left them soaking wet in closet hanging.. did not answer my concerns to that, tv remote did not work, no response on asking for assistance, no wifi information left.

No WIFI, no TV chanels. No hand soap. Shower gel hiden in the bathroom cabinet with other cleaning chemicals. Loundry machine full of linen from previous costumer, do not know if it was clean or not, could not put the towels, we used, to wash it Moldy smell of “ clean” towels in the washroom.

L'enregistrement a pris plus de 2 heures pour avoir quelqu'un qui s'en vient pour ramener les clés. Les instructions de l'arrivé n'étaient pas décrites dans l'offre et ils était envoyé la journée même alors que j'étais sur la route. Une exigences de dernière minutes de faire un dépôt de sécurité de 500CAD plus transmettre une copie de pièce d'identité. Il y a eu possiblement une fuite d'eau qui nous a obligé à passer la mope à chaque fois que nous rentrons et avant de sortir. J'ajoute que c'est pour 3 personnes pas plus comme c'est indiqué dans l'annonce. L'ambiguité de la communication et des instruction m'a coûté un PV pour le stationnement que je croyais inclus dans la location. Si vous êtes avec des enfants éviter cet endroits. C'est le pire séjours de ma vie. Le seul point positif c'est le quartier que j'ai aimé.

We paid for this hotel including the cash (PayPal) security deposit. We followed all conditions to get into the property. We waited nearly 90 minutes in the lobby with promises that someone was on their way. No one ever came. Our last email from them was ‘what time are you arriving?’ We were not able to stay here because we couldn’t wait longer (tickets to a play and dinner plans) and they wouldn’t meet us after ten pm to get a key. They still have not offered a refund. (Security deposit was returned). Terrible terrible communications. Do not stay here. We booked at another hotel in Toronto - the Chelsea (which was lovely). But our weekend turned out to be much more expensive than anticipated. Do not stay here.

Waited and called and texted for two hours. Finally met rep with keys but she couldn’t even speak English. While I thought the property was excellent and it’s location very good and well priced, I found the check-in process to be difficult I needed to meet in someone in person. Also, I didn’t like being directed outside Expedia app to do a separate agreement with the vender including a damage deposit.

The apartment is in a lovely building on the 10th floor, so we had a gorgeous view. The apartment was exactly as described. It's located in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops, in easy walking distance to the university and more. Make sure you read and follow the check-in instructions. We would love to come back the next time we're in Toronto.

The property is brilliant and an amazing area. The communication on arrival was delayed and didn’t help that I was driving there but all worked out in the end. The place is well kept and lovely. The ROM is 5 mins walking distance away. There surrounding areas is all designer shops so very high end people walking around. Parking isn’t as advertised. The nearby parking is extortionate but it’s downtown. It was $37 per day and night (24hrs) no in and out in that period. So we parked up after 6pm and paid the day rate. It was quiet in terms of human noises but there is a construction site opposite which was rather noisy at 8/9am.

The room was lovely and in the very nice, walkable neighborhood of Yorkville. There are restaurants and shops nearby. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the U of T campus and 25 minutes to Chinatown. A parking garage was right down the street. Be aware that you need to put down a damage deposit. This is done outside of the Expedia system which made me a little nervous. There is a security person at the front desk, but because it’s an apartment building they don’t check you in or out. The building was very secure requiring an apartment specific fob to operate the elevator.

The apartment itself is very clean, modern and spacious enough for 2. Kitchen is well stocked if you are planning on staying longer and cooking. I only made coffee and used the fridge. Some of the floorboards are separated. Bed was comfortable. Note there is construction in front of the balcony but it was not bothersome when I was staying there. The city noise was more noticeable than the construction. Overall it was a decent place and I would stay there again.

I have stayed in 4 different condos in this building. My experience in the previous 3 was excellent. This was my first booking thru Global Stay and this condo is not providing a guest experience comparable to the others I stayed in. If this company is interested in the guest having a memorable experience they must provide hangers, pleasant bath & shower products, a kitchen towel or two, perhaps a couple of wine glasses and a corkscrew. They need to clean the coffee pot. The sliding door window to the deck is absolutely filthy, as is the cast off furniture on the deck. The TV remote does not work. And the child size dollar store umbrella provided made it necessary to purchase a more reasonable model. The bed was very comfortable but the linens are tired and wrinkled. I will not be booking again with Global Stay.

This is my third time staying at this property, but the first time with this management company. I thoroughly enjoy staying in this building. The location is unbeatable. The units are great and there is a clean fitness facility, which is always my first filter. It is a little difficult to communicate with the management company however, but all in all everything checks all the boxes. I hope to stay here again in the future.

I gave it stars for location and working electric and plumbing. The check in process was awful with days of attempted communication. The shower liner was soapy. There was a damp towel in the closet. The bed is awkwardly placed so you can't get in on both sides. If you try, you'll knock into the TV. You have to watch the TV through glass doors from the sitting area. The plates and cups are in an extremely high cupboard that would require a step stool to reach. Generally run down and uncomfortable.

Gorgeous and well located condo - fantastic neighborhood. Condo was well stocked, quiet, lovely building. There are a lot of emails back and forth during check in and stay - I was fine with it (and will stay here again) but it might be confusing for someone less well traveled. It's good to think of it as a true VRBO - the experience is the same. If you like staying in a VRBO, this is an unbeatable value for the money!

The property managers were super-responsive via text messaging, including making sure my arrival & check-in/obtaining the room keys went smoothly. Clean, great location right next to U of T, & super walkable with tons of dining nearby. Checkout was easy, and my deposit was returned as promised with no issues. Would stay here again!
