There was a pool of blood at the bottom of the stairs. All of the trash cans outside were overflowing with beer cans and trash. The sheets had brown stains on them. The carpet in the room was moist. The bathroom was okay but definitely had not ever been cleaned properly. There wasn’t enough parking at the hotel in its parking lot so I had to park at another building next door.

The property is in a good location but its very run down. They recently completed a renovation but it still seems unkept. The rooms are kind of junky and the exterior of the property is less than desirable. I think if someone put more effort and did some improvements in maintenance, cleaning and updates this would be a decent little place.

Room was filthy, roaches, mice droppings. But we cleaned it and made it smell less musty. Everyone was very friendly. Pool was clean. Glad they accept dogs. Would stay there again.

Pool was cloudy and found a chlorine tablet in the pool. Bed slept amazing and the furniture needs to cleaned thoroughly and check under the furniture for dirty socks. Over all we would definitely stay again

Stepped into the room and immediately noticed it was NOT clean. Towels were stained, bedding was stained. There was mold on the painting hanging on the wall. There was an awful smell to the place. Bathroom was terrible. Hair on the walls. We went to check out and ask for a refund. Not at all what was described or pictured. Very misleading.

The room was filthy. The toilet paper roll was not new. Poop stain on the toilet rim when we got there. The room also had a funky smell. The cleanliness was just completely absent. This is, hands down, the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The property itself was very dirty old. The linens in the room were stained up, did not look like they had been washed in forever. Bathtub was dirty had not been cleaned. The entire place needs to be scrubbed down.

The smell of mold and mildew slammed us in the face immediately after walking into the room. We were checking in late, were tired, and I thought we coukd deal with it until morning, but I literally didn't sleep much because the smell kept waking me up. There also appeared to be mouse poop in the bathroom, rusty staples popping out frm under paint, and I could see mold under peeling paint in the morning. There's no way the condition was unknown or a new issue.

I could not believe what I saw I had a one room 2bed the maintenance crew did not clean this room 131 there was mice droppings on the counters underneath the bedsheets, the pillows oh my goodness they were the most disgusting thing ever I had to go and buy cleaning supplies at the dollar tree to disinfect the room. We did not have covers because I stripped the bed and used one clean cover on the bed and that’s how me and my wife slept. We could not find a better cheaper hotel due to the holiday and most of all the hotels near by had no available rooms I didn’t think to take pictures. I stood in motels that was so way better than this place for the same price. It is so so appalling I would not refer anyone to this hotel..

The room was dirty when we arrived. There was pet hair all over the bed and the sheets were stained. Also, it rained over night and the ceiling leaked, ruining some of our personal belongings. ‘I’ll have them look at it.’ Was all they said. No apologies or anything. We won’t be returning.

I'm going to start out saying I've stayed in some pretty sleezey no tell motels before with nothing but a place to rest your head. This hotel is a health hazard and should be shut down. If your allergic to mold or mildew just keep on looking. The smell in there was so strong my suitcase now smells of mildew along with our clothes and gifts purchased while there. Thankfully we stayed gone most of our trip so only had to inhale it at night. The check in clerk and hotel staff we encountered were incredibly rude, everytime we walked into the lobby they were laid out in a chair with headphones in. The breakfast was comparable to a picked over counter at 7-11, my husband asked about syrup and the lady was so rude to him because SHE forgot to put it out. We asked for an additional pillow because it was a king size bed with two pillows, the lady offered to put it in our room while we were gone instead of just handing it to us, Im sorry I have trust issues and did not want anyone in with our belongs while we were gone. The walls had splatter marks on them, god knows what that was. Every surface in the bathroom had mold on it, the floor, the toilet, the shower, the curtain, the tiles hell even the door hinges had mold on them. There was hair in the tub and the sink. And the toilet wasnt even attached to the floor, it had soo much caulk and things shoved under it everytime you stood up it slammed into the wall. The furniture in the room was dirty, scratched and not matching at all.

Over all the stay was fine. The one BIG problem I had was the door. The latch lock looked like it had been kicked in because it was REAL loose. When leaving, the door didn't close all the way! We had to physically pull on the handle to close the door. A new room wasn't requested due to the fact that I had alternate means of protection.

This is an older establishment, and the furnishings show it. The room is clean. The sheets were definitely past their time to be replaced. The staff is doing an excellent job. The room the property were nicely kept. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall easy check in and clean rooms. We woke up a few times throughout the night from outside noise. Pillows were a little flat. Breakfast was as a let down - would have liked to see some fresh fruit or healthy options. It was just muffins, cereal, waffles and individual sandwich bagged bread which I presume was intended for toast. Excellent air conditioning though and an overall decent stay.

So I made my reservations online between 9 and 10pm( same day check in). I get to the front desk and the doors are locked. Kinda weird cause it wasn’t even 11. Anyways I called the number listed and the front desk lady picked up and for some unknown reason she had an attitude. I told her I’m trying to check in. 8-10 mins later she walks into the lobby. She asked for ID and a credit card, again all of this is with an attitude. My card declined at first, due to it being locked. But when she told me, she threw my card and ID throw the little window like it was trash or something. I let that go just like the rudeness. Now what really pissed me off is I was sent to 3 different rooms before I had one that was not being used, not cleaned, or not having the proper equipment for the tv to work(remote control and the power cord). Idk what her problem was but the costumer service totally sucks ass.

The woman in charge, that was in the lobby when's we arrived, was all the time very unfriendly, we had to wait until she wanted to open the doors of the lobby like 20 minutes and was very cold outside. In the Breakfast she took our food away just 1 minute after 9:00 when they closed and we arrived at the restaurant at 8:50 before closing time and she abruptly and rudely told us that it was already closed and that she would not give us the food. There was another guest in front of us and we had to wait a few minutes for him to finish serving himself and that is why we were 1 minute past 9:00. And the other day that we were there, she also did not give us water from the machine. In 3 days that we were there, they did not even change our towels or sheets nor did they come in to clean. We were very poorly attended to and that is why WE CHANGED hotels. That lady is very unpleasant.

We had a terrible experience in this Hotel from the beginning. 25 minutes waiting in the Street with very cold weather to open the lobby. In 3 Days that we where there, any cleaning, did't change towels, sheets. In the very poor Breakfast, The woman in charge, was very rude and disgusting and took away the food just 1 minute after 9:00 that they close the Breakfast and we arrived before at 8:50 but 1 person was serving his food and we where waiting until he finished and that was at 9:01 so the Woman came and took away the food just in front of my nose saying it's close, you can't eat nothing else after 9:00........... She was very disgusting with us the 3 days that we where in this Hotel, that's why we change of Hotel. People like that shouldn't work in a Hotel.

We had a terrible experience in this Hotel from the beginning. 25 minutes waiting in the Street with very cold weather to open the lobby. In 3 Days that we where there, any cleaning, did't change towels, sheets. In the very poor Breakfast, The woman in charge, was very rude and disgusting and took away the food just 1 minute after 9:00 that they close the Breakfast and we arrived before at 8:50 but 1 person was serving his food and we where waiting until he finished and that was at 9:01 so the Woman came and took away the food just in front of my nose saying it's close, you can't eat nothing else after 9:00........... She was very disgusting with us the 3 days that we where in this Hotel, that's why we change of Hotel. People like that shouldn't work in a Hotel.

We stayed 2 nights. The first night, our room's AC unit was out. Maintenance was prompt at finding the problem. Since we had 2 sleeping babies, we opted to wait until the next day to have it fixed. They gave us another room the next morning and a 20% discount for our troubles. Rooms were clean, staff was very nice. Thank you!

When we booked this hotel we booked due to the description stating that it was a 4 minute walk to the beach when in fact it was a drive to the beach across the bridge. This was very disappointing however, Staff was friendly room was clean.

It’s a run down motel that they tried to upgrade but have not kept it up since the upgrade. Stained sheets and towels and bathrooms look like they had mold in them. Breakfast was terrible no eggs just a waffle maker, bread in ziplock bags, processed microwave breakfast patties, granola bars, sugary yogurts…if you are health conscious there is no breakfast. For what we payed for the room it should have been way better!

This is a very sketchy hotel .The room itself is extremely outdated, and dirty. Questionable stains on the furniture and bed linen. Towels were very rough, almost like sandpaper. Water spots on the mirrors, and the best part was someone else's hairs on the pillow. Breakfast is limited to just waffles. Pay the extra and stay elsewhere. We left a day early, the room was non-refundable.

Overall easy check in and clean rooms. We woke up a few times throughout the night from outside noise. Pillows were a little flat. Breakfast was as a let down - would have liked to see some fresh fruit or healthy options. It was just muffins, cereal, waffles and individual sandwich bagged bread which I presume was intended for toast. Excellent air conditioning though and an overall decent stay.

It was horrible, the hotel surrounding just felt and looks dirty, when we walked into our room it wasn’t really clean (McD cup was left on the table, dirty rag was left on the toilet, place dresser wasn’t wiped down, floor felt like it wasn’t swept/vacuum), breakfast was sad (toast, waffles, cereal, boiled egg, frozen fried egg where you have to microwave it). We won’t be back.

I had a hard time opening and closing the door. The bathroom door was the same way. Breakfast was less than stellar, they had bagels, English muffins. But no toaster. The best thing about my staywas the television.

Room 139 was a disgrace to the property owner and for Hotels.com! Filthy! Mold in the bathroom, ceiling of room, and chair in room. No tissues, no soap or towel rack by sink. Filters in AC were disgusting! (I have environmental allergies and always check the AC filters in motel rooms…..these were the worst ever….photo attached) If we hadn’t been extremely tired from traveling all day, we would have left and found another hotel! The hotel lobby was nice, breakfast was alright, and the desk clerk on 9/26 was very friendly, but the condition of our room made our stay miserable!

The hotel staff was super nice and helpful! The room was decently clean. It was a last minute trip, most of the time wasn't spent at the hotel so I cannot complain! I would stay here again.

The staff was great! The coffee was delicious. First room had water all over the bathroom floor. Our room was changed immediately. The second room the handle on the sink came off and we had to put it back on. When we woke up in the morning (the beds were very comfortable) my son had bites on his arm and when we looked at the side of the bed the sheets were dirty. The overall upkeep needed work.
