Overall very good. Nice staff, clean, excellent location. It can be tricky to find first time there. The hotel is accessed through an unassuming door needing a code, no grand entrance. Google maps took us right to it but we still didn't see it, it took another couple also looking to call the hotel for us to realize where the entrance was.

The view from the penthouse was amazing. A great place to sit, relax and watch the crowds below. Just be aware that the elevator stops 1 floor below so you need to carry your luggage up 1 flight.

The penthouse was amazing!! The staff was so kind and provided stellar service upon checking in. Parking was simple, and that's not easy in Florence. The location was idyllic...steps from Uffizi, and very, very close all of the attractions, and shopping. Excellent dining right outside the door. Absolutely a hidden gem!!

My room had stunning view of the center. Room was a perfect size. It did get hot in there at night, we were on the 5th floor. Overall, highly recommend this place if you want to tour town by foot. Everything is in walking distance from here. Oh please note - you have the option to drive to the hotel but the tiny sign is hidden and pedestrians cover the streets/sidewalks. Your best bet is to park and walk it to the hotel. Ciao!

Location, location, location! The hotel is at a corner of the Piazza Signoria--walk out the door and look to the right, and the Palazzo Vecchio is right in front of you, 100 yards away. Our room was really a small apartment--bedroom, bath, sitting room, and a small kitchen (which we did not use). There was only one small problem with the room. The hotel is served by a rather antiquated elevator, and sometimes the door would be left open so that the elevator wouldn't respond to a call. But that was only a minor drawback. There are lots of restaurants in the Piazza Signoria. We had breakfast each day at Rudi's Cafe, right next door to the hotel. And just across the street is Rivoire,a restaurant and chocolate shop that served delicious food and delicious desserts.

We loved how huge the property is. The bed was comfortable. They had a towel warmer in their bathroom which is nice. The location couldn’t be beaten. They also have an elevator in the hotel which is convenient. The only thing we had a little trouble with was finding this place because the sign of the hotel was so small. I wish the hotel would actually send an email with details on how to find the hotel. It would save the hassle. Also, their front door is locked during office hours, and we couldn’t figure out at first how to open or ring the bell. We stayed outside for maybe 10 minutes before I finally figured out that there was something written to ring the bell, 64 and a key sign, but someone exited the hotel so we just went in after them. I told this matter to the front desk but the guy was a little sarcastic like it was written outside, and we should have figured it out. Another couple came after us and they had the same complaint as well about finding it hard to ring the doorbell as the instructions were not really clear. Otherwise, apart from that the location was top-notch, and close to the main attraction sites.

This is an apartment not really a hotel. Not many services however I think it’s the best location in Florence. I had an amazing view to Piazza Signora. Loved to walk around and felt safe at night.

Outstanding location, beautiful view, and very large room. The only downside is that the main office closes at 5:00 so it is not possible to storage luggage beyond that time. Have to do so below in a cafeteria for a fee.

Wow- I was blown away by this gem. Great location in the heart of Florence with access to all the sights, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and so spacious with everything you could need. It was easy to check-in (you do need to plan to be there when the office is open). Great for families- it is quiet and roomy.

This was an excellent stay overall! The area is unbeatable and easily walkable to all the best destinations within 15 mins. The only downside was the cleanliness of the bathroom (the shower specifically was filled with mold). Overall, a great stay.

We stayed for 5 days at the Relais Piazza Signoria and we were thrilled with everything about our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious. Since we had a kitchenette, we picked up fresh food at a local market and made ourselves a few “home-cooked” meals. The hotel is right next to the Piazza Della Signoria and the Palazzo Vecchio and within walking distance of several other sights, including the Ponte Vecchio. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Florence.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We arrived earlier to drop off our bags and to our suprise we were upgraded and the room was ready for us to check in. The room was spatious and very clean with a beautiful view of the piazza. Only downside of the view was it was loud at night since we were staying over the weekend. I had quite a hard time to sleep. Also, while everything was super clean, the showers were looking dirty with a bit of mold, but it was not a problem at all for us. Not too bad honestly.

The location is perfect! It is beside the Uffizi & the located close to many spots to visit. If you want to stay in the heart of Florence, this is where you should stay! Only one downside: It is unfortunately not air conditioned until the mayor allows, so we had some warm nights with windows open & the noises of crowds & traffic.

Petit hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et emplacement idéal. Directement sur la Piazza della Signoria (Palazzo Vecchio). La chambre était toutefois assez petite mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Très propre. Personnel gentil et courtois. Je recommande cet hôtel.

We really enjoyed our penthouse suite. It was so lovely sitting on the terrace watching the sunset on the Piazza Signoria. The music at night was so lovely to listen too, and people watching from above was so fun. The hotel was very clean, the shower in our room was awesome, having a kitchenette was helpful, and being so close to everything made it an easy and enjoyable walk around the city. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Had two rooms for myself, wife, son, and mother in law(the second room). At check in was told the two rooms were identical. Found no bedding for the Murphy bed, went to office and was told the other room was set up for the three person room and we should just switch rooms(after everyone had unpacked), staff went to the second room with us and unlocked a door in the kitchen that we didn’t have a key to revealing a second sleeping area. So now our son had to repack and move to grandmas room. Next morning no hot water, all had to take VERY cold showers. Asked staff around lunch time if hot water had been fixed and was told yes. Next morning, no hot water again!

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. They went far beyond to assist us with our stay. They truly treated us like ‘friends’. We weee so sad to leave. Should we plan another trip I will definitely stay there again! Strongly encourage this location!

Outstanding location, beautiful view, and very large room. The only downside is that the main office closes at 5:00 so it is not possible to storage luggage beyond that time. Have to do so below in a cafeteria for a fee.

Everything was great! The wonderful ladies at the front desk were extremely accommodating! We have an almost-two-year-old and they let us check in early. They were also friendly, informative, and very easy to work with. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and quiet. Be warned that the elevator is very small and if you have lots of bags, like we did, you will make multiple trips. This hotel is literally right cross the plaza from the Uffizi. It was about a 1k walk to the Academie Galleria. There was plenty of great food choices and shopping all around. I highly, highly recommend.

Wow- I was blown away by this gem. Great location in the heart of Florence with access to all the sights, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and so spacious with everything you could need. It was easy to check-in (you do need to plan to be there when the office is open). Great for families- it is quiet and roomy.

Location, location, location! The hotel is at a corner of the Piazza Signoria--walk out the door and look to the right, and the Palazzo Vecchio is right in front of you, 100 yards away. Our room was really a small apartment--bedroom, bath, sitting room, and a small kitchen (which we did not use). There was only one small problem with the room. The hotel is served by a rather antiquated elevator, and sometimes the door would be left open so that the elevator wouldn't respond to a call. But that was only a minor drawback. There are lots of restaurants in the Piazza Signoria. We had breakfast each day at Rudi's Cafe, right next door to the hotel. And just across the street is Rivoire,a restaurant and chocolate shop that served delicious food and delicious desserts.

O melhor sem dívidas foi a localização! Isso compensa qq outra questão. O quarto era simples, vista feia para o telhado, sem café da manhã. Mas tinha uma mini cozinha dentro do quarto q facilitava as próprias rejeições se fosse necessário. Limpeza ok. Mas a localização, simplesmente nota 1.000

Location was perfect, near Ufizi Gallery, short walk to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. We had a bit of a hiccup driving there when we cam upon a barrier so we had to call the Relais to have the garage come and drive us in. They in turn take the car to the garage. We had a first hand view of the Piazza from our room and when the windows were closed it was sound proof at night. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. We found a great little place Cacio & Pepe a few streets from the Piazza.

Brilliant location, right by Ufizzi. Staff very helpful, only downside was iffy WiFi. We cooked one night in the little kitchen which was perfectly adequate. I loved the stove top coffee maker and generously provided espresso coffee. Clean and comfortable. Would happily stay again.

My sister and I had a wonderful 2 night stay here. We had the room with the balcony looking across the piazza and stunning Palazzo Vecchio. The location could not be better. We ate out mostly as the restaurants in the square were so lovely but the apartment was well equipped if you did want to make your own food. The bed was comfortable a bathroom spotless. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of the Florence bells. Everyone we met both in the hotel and in Florence was so friendly too. Would definitely recommend.
My sister and I had a wonderful 2 night stay here. We had the room with the balcony looking across the piazza and stunning Palazzo Vecchio. The location could not be better. Unbelievable location to most of the major tourist attractions. Apartment/room was clean with perfect facilities. The staff are more than helpful offering advice on local places to eat and drink.

Amazing little spot with all that you need in Florence. Helpful staff and steps from shops, Pointe Vecchio, so many restaurants. S long as you are good with some stairs the rooms have plenty of space. Location is key!

This is a great location and perfect for a longer stay because the room was large and separated from a kitchenette and bathroom. We stayed on the fifth floor. The elevator was always accessible, and I believe there is also a penthouse that includes a rooftop patio above us. Great windows and shades kept the apartment dark and quiet. When you step outside, you are in the hustle and bustle of the Piazza Signoria. Great shopping, restaurants, coffee and gelato right outside.

Amazing location; very helpful front desk staff. Felt safe and was quiet. Quite spacious. The only issue was we couldn't get the AC cold enough but that might be American taste and we didn't ask for help to make it better. We were only there one night. No complaints just a comment.
