For us nicely situated fairly close to both beach/nightlife & Benidorm Palace with a courtesy shuttle bus to the beach area. Staff were pleasant & friendly.Having stayed in these apartments for 1 night several weeks ago, and as they suited us decided to stay again, this time for 3 nights. My wife is scared of heights. The 1st apartment we stayed in she could manage the 16th floor as it had a solid chest height balcony wall, as against a glass one. For this trip we requested, at time of booking & followed up, same apartment style on a lower floor. We we're given the 18th floor! The apartments are ok for an overnight stay however, in my opinion, there is a lack of storage space should four of you be staying for a week. We requested a couple of extra pillows which never turned up. Buffet breakfast, in the adjacent hotel, had a lot of choice. Secure underground parking, at extra cost, with a lift serving all floors direct. In conclusion we enjoyed ourselves however at time of writing this there is construction on an adjacent sight so there will be associated noise during working hours...also Benidorm has it's fair share of stag & hen parties which can be noisy no matter where you be.

Vidrigt hotell med gamla stenhårda sängar och extremt högljutt utifrån. När AC var igång kunde du inte använda någon annan electrocitet (micro, diskmaskin,tvättmaskin, spis etc). Du kunde bara använda en vitvara i taget. När AC var på stank the lök/matos i hela lägenheten. Ofta 15 min väntetid på att få tag på en hiss (vi bodde på 21:a våningen).

For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly.

easy check-in by friendly staff at hotel adjacent to the apartments and requested overnight parking. Lift took us direct from secure underground parking to front door of our well appointed apartment on the 16th floor. Nice powerful & hot shower. Comfy beds & balcony with table & chairs taking in a lovely view over Benidorm, the mountains & the sea. Breakfast with plenty of choice was served in the hotel only a couple of mins walk away. Plenty of bars, food establishments and grocery stores a short walk away. There is some construction work taking place fairly near the hotel/apartments however that didn't bother us as arrived on the Sunday for a one night stay. Benidorm Palace is a relatively short walk away however bear in mind that returning is uphill. Have booked again in April for a three night stay. On checking out, the very accommodating receptionist added a note to our reservation requesting same apartment.

First of all you need to go to the lobby of the hotel in order to check in and get the keys of the apartment which is located in another building. The apartment itself was not very clean and the sheets of the sofa bed were not washed. I had to go and walk again to the hotel building to ask for a blanket and towels because they were also not provided. Would definitely not stay here again

En general bien. estaban en reformas y normal había mucho polvo. Pero tiene todo lo necesario. Pedimos cafetera y nos la trajeron pero Echamos de menos que por lo menos hubiese alguna cápsula de café . Tuvimos que hacerlo en un cazo. Por lo demás muy bien y la cocina con todo lo necesario.

Plusieurs problèmes que je ne peux pas répertorier ici mais de manière générale, plusieurs incidents, dont un problème d'odeur horrible dans la salle de bain qui malgre la venue de techniciens plusieurs fois, n'a pas été résolu. La réception n'est pas dans l'immeuble donc une perte de temps a chaque fois pour s'y rendre. Au bout de plusieurs réclamations , on nous a changé de chambre , donc toutes les affaires à remballer , déménager... Plus des fuites d'eau quand on prenait la douche. Un technicien est rentré sans frapper dans l'appartement et s'est retrouvé face a face avec ma femme qui sortait de la douche en panique. Bref, un séjour court de 3 jours qui ne nous a pas permis du tout de se relaxer.

Rooms were all clean and comfortable. However, the lock for our front door was clearly broken as we had to get security up to the room on three different occasions to assist in opening the door and with no telephone number for reception on any doors/walls we had to make our way from the 34th floor down to the building down the road to reception to ask for assistance. The door jam/frame was damaged and not square which meant closing the door was always a hassle as nothing lined up. The kitchen was also a sore sight. The worktop was made of several small offcuts, some of which weren’t even secure. Pieces of the worktop were broken apart around the sink and if touched would of come apart, very clearly needed replacing rather than attempting to poorly fix it. Extractor fans in both bathrooms didn’t work and no window either so no way of getting the steam out. Overall wouldn’t recommend the self catering apartments, maybe would be different in the main hotel, but disappointing standard.

We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice our apartment was. After reading some reviews and the low price we were not expecting much but the apartment had everything we needed and more. We arrived at 2pm (check in time 5pm) and were able to check in which was great. The apartment was fairly clean and in pretty good condition. There was a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher! The shower was always hot and the water pressure was consistently strong. The WiFi coverage and speed was great for the entirety of the trip. We had a big, furnished balcony that has the sun in the evenings but the door to it was broken (not really an issue for us). The bed was comfy, initially we only had a sheet but asked for a blanket at reception and they got us one straight away. There were blackout shutters in both the bedroom and living room which were incredible! A/C worked perfectly all the way through, it’s controlled by a digital panel, could have it really cold if you needed but even having it on a reasonable temperature was comfortable. It was only a 10-15min walk to the beach or the strip (it’s a bit of a hill but we were fine with it) and they provide a shuttle that runs every 20mins, for free, between the morning and about 10pm at night. We didn’t use the pool, bar or restaurant at the main hotel so can’t comment but it always looked nice when we called in to reception. Overall it was a great stay and would stay here again.

It was only a 10-15min walk to the beach or the strip (it’s a bit of a hill but we were fine with it) and they provide a shuttle that runs every 20mins, for free, between the morning and about 10pm at night. We didn’t use the pool, bar or restaurant at the main hotel so can’t comment but it always looked nice when we called in to reception. Overall it was a great stay and would stay here again.

Absolutely awful experience for the start! First my requests werent even answered or acknowledged and secondly I checked out the next morning after what should have been a four night stay! I felt so unsafe there! Someone was trying to get in my room! The noise was horrific and very rowdy. Not suitable for solo traveller. Would definitely not recommend

A fuir sauf si vous voulez vous retrouver avec des sauvages qui hurlent en pleine nuit parce que le vivre ensemble, ils ne connaissent pas. Je n'ai pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit pendant 7 nuits. First of all you need to go to the lobby of the hotel in order to check in and get the keys of the apartment which is located in another building. The apartment itself was not very clean and the sheets of the sofa bed were not washed. I had to go and walk again to the hotel building to ask for a blanket and towels because they were also not provided. Would definitely not stay here again

We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice our apartment was. After reading some reviews and the low price we were not expecting much but the apartment had everything we needed and more. We arrived at 2pm (check in time 5pm) and were able to check in which was great. The apartment was fairly clean and in pretty good condition. There was a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher! The shower was always hot and the water pressure was consistently strong. The WiFi coverage and speed was great for the entirety of the trip. We had a big, furnished balcony that has the sun in the evenings but the door to it was broken (not really an issue for us). The bed was comfy, initially we only had a sheet but asked for a blanket at reception and they got us one straight away. There were blackout shutters in both the bedroom and living room which were incredible! Regular. Nos equivocamos a la hora de realizar la reserva, llamamos al momento, y fueron totalmente inflexibles, hoteles.com tampoco fue capaz de hacer nada, increible...!!!. En el check-in tuvimos que esperar más de una hora de cola, por falta de personal y estaban bastante despistados..., No era capaz ni de encontrar la reserva. El apartamento con vistas espectaculares de Benidorm. Los colchones y almohadas viejos e incómodos.

Plusieurs problèmes que je ne peux pas répertorier ici mais de manière générale, plusieurs incidents, dont un problème d'odeur horrible dans la salle de bain qui malgre la venue de techniciens plusieurs fois, n'a pas été résolu. La réception n'est pas dans l'immeuble donc une perte de temps a chaque fois pour s'y rendre. Au bout de plusieurs réclamations , on nous a changé de chambre , donc toutes les affaires à remballer , déménager... Plus des fuites d'eau quand on prenait la douche. Un technicien est rentré sans frapper dans l'appartement et s'est retrouvé face a face avec ma femme qui sortait de la douche en panique. Bref, un séjour court de 3 jours qui ne nous a pas permis du tout de se relaxer.

For us nicely situated fairly close to both beach/nightlife & Benidorm Palace with a courtesy shuttle bus to the beach area. Staff were pleasant & friendly.Having stayed in these apartments for 1 night several weeks ago, and as they suited us decided to stay again, this time for 3 nights. My wife is scared of heights. The 1st apartment we stayed in she could manage the 16th floor as it had a solid chest height balcony wall, as against a glass one. For this trip we requested, at time of booking & followed up, same apartment style on a lower floor. We we're given the 18th floor! The apartments are ok for an overnight stay however, in my opinion, there is a lack of storage space should four of you be staying for a week. We requested a couple of extra pillows which never turned up. Buffet breakfast, in the adjacent hotel, had a lot of choice. Secure underground parking, at extra cost, with a lift serving all floors direct. In conclusion we enjoyed ourselves however at time of writing this there is construction on an adjacent sight so there will be associated noise during working hours...also Benidorm has it's fair share of stag & hen parties which can be noisy no matter where you be.

For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly.

We judt got navk and the pierre vacances was a great place. The views are something else! The pool was big and they had a free shuttle every 20 mins to the beach. Cant fault this place

Arrived at Pierre & Vacances Benidorm Horizon. For a 3 night break. Had to check in at main hotel to access the apartmen in the other block. The check in process was excellent everything was there for you to understand & acknowledge. We had use of the main pool outdoors & indoors & the gym. The evening entertainment was ok but the bar was very expensive for food & drink. The Free shuttle bus to the beach and back was perfect as its a long old way expecially heading back from the beach The only down side was our apartment was shockingly dirty expecially the floors within but the bedding & towels was very clean. We was on floor 26 so the view at day & night was spectacular. I would rate this apartment a 6/10 could do with a good clean with new furniture & fixings. Would I stay here again? NO

Property was excellent value. Apartment was clean and spacious. Clean bedding and plenty of towels, toiletries and hairdryer in bathroom and crockery, cutlery and glasses in kitchen, there was even a Nespresso coffee machine. Balcony was huge and had the sun from mid afternoon until sunset with an incredible view across Benidorm. Access to the facilities of hotel next door was a plus: with a nice pool and bar area and terrace with tables, chairs and parasols. Only cons: Aircon wasn't very powerful, the blackout shutters had lots of gaps (due to the design) so it wasn't really dark in the bedroom and the walk uphill to get to the apartments was a bit of a workout! Overall an excellent place to stay, great value for money and we'd stay here again without hesitation

Very clean, great views, location is a little stuck out and uphill and if you are on a high floor the lift can take forever. But if you plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment (it has everything you need to self-cater) and just around the hotel pool then it’s perfect.
