This property was way better than expected. I had my own lock up garage, the room was lovely and clean and definitely spacious. I enjoyed my meal at the pub. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are old and very dated ; seriously in need of renovation rusty metal skirting boards, hole in plaster wall . Secure parking is a bonus but could not get my car in garage , 2metre hight limit , was still able to park in compound but outside away from my room . Defiantly would not stay again .

Very clean room with comfy beds. It was the cheapest motel I could find from the Townsville Hospital. Close to shops.Therefore, convenient for my needs.

The Rooms are in need of work, only half the lights worked the carpet was extremely dirty and it needed painting. It is a shame it has been let get so run down, it in a good location and security for parking is good.

Great location for medical and business. Kettle didn’t work. Free bottle water in fridge the seal was broken. A reused bottle!! Ants in room. Will l stay again, probably not.

It was average/good accommodation for the price. The room was clean. I suggest you have the mattresses checked or at least treated as I believe there are 'Bed Bugs'.

Our room had mould growing on the bathroom ceiling. the doors and walls could do with a clean and paint. The beds were extremely comfortable. Unfortunately I would not stay there again.

This is a motel not a hotel. The after hours check in process could improve on customer service. The room was in disrepair and outdated however the room was very clean with fresh, bright linen. The toiletries provided were great. There is no hair dryer though. Close by to major shopping centre and easy bus service at the front door.

I was book in on 14/02/2024 when I arrived note on office door to go to gaming room went to gaming room I was told i can not get into my room until 2pm this was 7mins to go till 2pm. five mins past two manger came out and said give me two mins to get the computer up and running in between she had to go and fix a poke machine I got into my room it was 2.30pm what happened to 2pm??

After the staff finally stopped talking amongst themselves and acknowledged my presence instead of just looking in my direction and ignoring me standing at the counter, the check in was quick. The room was clean and quiet. The cleaners were friendly. Don't look at the menu left in the room as it is not up-to-date and doesn't match what's actually on offer in the restaurant. The food was good. Convenient location, easy to get around.
