O elevador apresentou diversos problemas com a liberação por cartões durante 2 dos 4 dias que estivemos hospedados. Os cartões de acesso ao quarto dão problemas constantes, precisamos remagnetizar os cartões por pelo menos 5 vezes. O ar condicionado dos quartos não conseguem refrigerar o suficiente.

O elevador apresentou diversos problemas com a liberação por cartões durante 2 dos 4 dias que estivemos hospedados. Ok hotel, good location. The room was a bit tatty, needs a bit of updating. Shower was boiling or cold. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool almost always in the shade as it's on the ground level surrounded by tall buildings. Saunas were not working. Only 5 minutes walk from paulista avenue.

We checked other hotels in the area, but we chose this hotel specifically because of the 2 saunas. Upon checking in, we asked the front desk about them and were informed that they closed at 10:00PM. The next day, when we called to see if the saunas were open, we’re told they were under maintenance and would not be available during our stay. This was quite deceiving and disappointing. 👎

We enjoyed friendliness from all staff members. The room was clean, the shower had great hot water flow and the wifi connection was flawless. Breakfast was good but some juices were too watered down. The swimming pool was located in a nice area and the bar terrace was lovely to chill at.

The room is ok, but the breakfast is so poor. Scrambled eggs like water. No any vegetables. Plates and bowl is very small. But the GYM centre is very good.

Great location close Paulista Ave, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping areas close by. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The gym is small but OK and the pool area was nice. The restaurant inside the hotel is good for easy bites and sandwiches. breakfast was good with food variety of fruits , Brazilian pastries, coffee and yogurt. The hot dishes were OK ( not much of a Brazilian breakfast).

Experiência muito ruim. Quarto com cheiro fortíssimo de mofo. Pessoal da garagem demora demais pra trazer o carro, até 20 minutos, mesmo sem fila alguma (às vezes não havia nenhum funcionário). Alarme de incêndio disparou por engano duas vezes, uma às 23h da noite, outra às 07h da manhã. Não recomendo.

Os funcionários e o hotel estão cientes do ocorrido, mas aparentemente tratam com normalidade. Vejam: não é um inconveniente - é quase que um problema de infraestrutura pois isso é BÁSICO.

El personal fue muy atento y la ubicación del hotel es excelente. Sin embargo, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, especialmente en las alfombras de los pasillos y las habitaciones. Banheiro cheio de remendos com durepox, fiquei 4 dias e não repuseram o sabonete do banheiro nenhum dia. O armário do quarto todo podre caindo os pedaços, o ar parece que tem uma turbina dentro do quarto. Impossível dormir com ele ligado. Uma verdadeira tragédia está experiência! Café da manhã nível baixo pelo valor da diária. Jamais voltaria ou indicaria.

Limpeza ruim. Encontramos cílios postiços na pia do banheiro. O ar condicionado vazou durante a noite e, quando acordei, pisei em uma poça imensa de água. Lamentável para rede Wyndham. Já tive experiências melhores.

o Lobby do Hotel é muito bonito, a equipe do hotel é excelente, o café é bom, porém, o quarto era muito ruim e até por isso nós fizemos um "early check-out". O armário era velho e estava, literalmente, caindo aos pedaços e com marcas de mofo. O banheiro também mostrava marcas de mofo e por causa disso o quarto tinha um cheiro muito ruim. Enquanto estive no hotel sofri com alergias. Foi trocar de hotel que minhas alergias cessaram. Eu não voltaria para este hotel.

Portas dos armários quebradas, difícil regulagem quente/frio do chuveiro (varia constantemente), cortinas black out não fecham adequadamente, pouquíssimas tomadas disponíveis (apenas uma escondida atrás da mesa de cabeceira entre as camas). Uma boa reforma se faz necessária.

Great location.....the rest was a bit dissapointing. Our room was outdated and looked more like a dorm room. The gym is decent. We did not bother trying breakfast and chose to eat in retaurants near by. For the price we paid it was ok, but would not stay here again.

Excelente hotel, quarto reformado e novo. Cama muito macia. Ar condicionado potente. Café da manhã muito gostoso e variado. Diferencial do hotel é a localização, fica a uma quadra da Av Paulista, podendo fazer todo deslocamento a pé / metrô.

Hotel bom,muito bem localizado.Quarto amplo,cama confortável,banheiro pequeno mas suficiente.Limpeza boa.Café da manhã variado e bom.A equipe é muito cordial e solícita.O único senão do hotel é o ar condicionado que é MUITO barulhento e antigo,impossível dormir com ele ligado.

Firstly didn’t respond to messages about airport transfer. When we arrived, they gave us a twin room even though our booking was for queen bed room. Evening staff didn’t speak English so it wasn’t resolved. In the morning they reassigned to a room which didn’t have a safe, the fridge was extremely noisy and our room wasn’t cleaned. The breakfast area was really dirty as tables had not been cleared from previous guests and choice was not great.

O hotel é bem localizado , um pouco antigo , modernização seria bom . Porém o que fiquei muito chateada e nunca mais me hospedarei lá é o fato de que a noite depois de um dia longo de trabalho, pedi uma comida no iFood , desci peguei a comida e passei no restaurante/bar para solicitar o talher e prato . Quando fui abordada por um funcionário dizendo que teria que pagar 30,00 para alugar o prato e talher . Viajo frequentemente para vários lugares a trabalho ou lazer e nunca passei por isso ! Achei um abuso o fato em si ! E o valor extorsivo ! Resultado, o hotel perderá uma cliente . Não falta hotel em SP

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ansehnlich. Zu dem hauseigenen Restaurant kann ich nur sagen, wenn ihr Personal keine Lust zum Arbeiten hat, sollten Sie sich andere Leute einstellen. Die Bedienung hat uns gesehen als wir uns hingesetzt haben, denn es gab noch andere besetzte Tische. Diese wurden auch bedient, außer wir. Nach 20 Minuten kam eine andere Bedienung - nachdem er mehrmals an uns vorbeigelaufen ist - und wollte unsere Bestellung aufnehmen. Wir sind aufgestanden und gegangen.

Boa tarde! Sempre faço elogio aos hotéis que costumo hospedar. Nao imaginava jamais a péssima qualidade em vários setores deste hotel, principalmente pelo valor cobrado da diária. Tivemos problemas com: 1) desmagnetização dos cartões, reclamação frequente na recepcao do hotel por outros hóspedes também. 2) não houve troca de sabonete durante a estadia. Fiquei sem sabonete no banho. 3) não repuseram o frigobar e tive que descer para buscar água às 23h na recepção. 4) cadastraram meu veliculo no apto errado e tivemos dificuldade em encontrá-lo. Meu apto era 1503 e registraram no 503. 5) a recepçao nao informou sobre o horário da lavanderia quando deixamos 2 peças para lavar. Foram me entregar mais de 24 horas após deixarmos na recepção e atrasou o meu check out. 6) o serviço de café da manhã não serviram 1 dos tipos de suco (laranja) pois o funcionário levou a chave do depósito e não tinha como abrir para pegar suqueira. 7)a educação do manobrista do turno da noite de segunda-feira era péssima

Experiência muito ruim. Quarto com cheiro fortíssimo de mofo. Pessoal da garagem demora demais pra trazer o carro, até 20 minutos, mesmo sem fila alguma (às vezes não havia nenhum funcionário). Alarme de incêndio disparou por engano duas vezes, uma às 23h da noite, outra às 07h da manhã. Não recomendo.

ATENDIMENTO - Excelente atendimento pelos(as) recepcionistas, inclusive, quando eu não soube ligar o ar-condicionado, por não ter percebido que havia outro controle no quarto, além do antigo que não funciona e fica fixado na parede. Por volta de 01h30 da manhã, o recepcionista foi muito atencioso indo ao meu quarto 1107 para me auxiliar. LIMPEZA - Impecável! A equipe de limpeza está de paabéns, também! Só achei as toalhas de banho um pouco desgastadas, mas nada que possa influenciar em uma nota negativa. LOCALIZAÇÃO - Excelente! A uma quadra da Avenida Paulista. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ - Utilizarei o termo "fraco" para as opções de comida, comparando com os outros hotéis do mesmo nível que já fiquei. Porém, o sabor do café da marca Três Corações é excelente. RESTAURANTE - Atendimento excelente! Infelizmente, esqueci os nomes das pessoas que me atenderam (um homem e uma mulher, na tarde do dia 20/12). Minha segunda estadia neste hotel, o café da manhã, não estava com a mesma qualidade, porém, o auge, foi a falta de educação do manobrista as 5:00 da manhã… extremamente mal educado. Ficamos sem jeito com tanta falta de profissionalismo… colocou a perder todo o bom serviço. Uma pena.

On saturday breakfast was a headache. There were few employees working to make sure it would be a good moment for the guests. No sábado, o café estava muito ruim. Reclamei para a gerente de plantão ( Karen). Paes velhos, frutas verdes, café ( bebida) muito ruim e o de máquina era o mesmo que o coado ( não era café de máquina). Pelo desinteresse em manter a qualidade, acho que todo o serviço está terceirizado. . Torneiras velhas que pingam o tempo todo e no quarto está escrito “ poupar para preservar”. Não combina.

Service at this hotel was atrocious. From the first day, we were greeted by someone at the front desk who was either unhappy that we are not local/do not speak Portuguese, racist, or someone who simply hates their job. Further, when the keys of the hotel were not working, and staff had to come up to open our room door for us, they took our keys and promised to bring us a new set of keys, which never arrived. This lack of follow up is a pattern at this hotel. When we went down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper (which was not restocked for 2 days in a row despite the room having been cleaned for both days), beyond the fact that their first reaction was to ask if we had placed the do not disturb sign on the door (who in the right mind would expect a room to be cleaned when you put a do not disturb sign on?), they did not come up for over 30 minutes. When we called the front desk to follow up, they said they had forgotten to ask for our room number, and that the toilet paper would be coming soon. It did not come for the next 20 minutes, or until *after* we had to call the front desk again - imagine having to sit on a toilet waiting for close to an hour for toilet paper. We will not be coming back again.
