WOT New Lisbon Social

Nous avons adoré cet endroit, atypique à souhait avec un personnel génial, souriant et emphatique. Plein de possibles jeux pour les grands et les petits dans l'hôtel. Hotel très bien situé dans Lisbonne. Appartement correct, rien de spécialement extraordinaire, pas hyper propre, mais c'était seulement pour dormir alors pas trop grave. Manque de fenêtres, et de lumière donc, dans l'appartement et un peu dans son jus, un peu vintage on dira maintenant. L'entrée sur l'autre rue c'est étrange mais on s'y fait. Par contre 2/3 SDF campaient devant notre porte...sympa le matin en ouvrant d'en voir un uriner et l'autre déféquer sans gêne sur le trottoir devant...

The location was perfectly central, just 15 mins to Rossio square from where trains go. The double room was generally ok. The sink was present inside the room which was very handy given that toilet and shower is only on floor. The staff was friendly and on the ground floor there were chairs to sit and games to play. Hostel is quite authentic with typical Portuguese elements like tile and cute little balconies. However, one must take into account that the walls are very thin and every movement from the next room can be heard very well. Also, the breakfast was very modest, there were only fruits, bread, cake and nutella with butter. No cereals, no eggs, no cheese and no meat. There were 2 coffee and juice machines.

Staff was awesome and super eager to be helpful. Breakfast was meager…some fruit and bread and cereal…everyday they were out of something be it jam or butter or the coffee machine being broken, flies buzzing around in dining room was disgusting…bedroom was simple but adequate…we seemed to be the oldest people there…a lot of loud boisterous (sometimes too loud and boisterous) young people in groups seem to stay here…not really maybe the best fit for us but location was fantastic and staff was always nice. Also a lot of stairs…which would be good maybe again for young mobile people

Hébergement facile d'accès avec transports en communs à proximité et check in 24/24. Ambiance sympathique, proximité de la vie (bars, restos...) Propre. L'inconvénient de la proximité de la vie nocturne est que le quartier est bruyant le soir. Petit déjeuner inclus, rudimentaire. Malgré les panneaux partout pour indiquer le chemin à l'intérieur, personnellement j'ai eu du mal à trouver les espaces!! (Une porte sécurise les espaces pour femmes ce qui est un point positif mais cette porte ressemble à une porte d'appartement; j'ai mis du temps à trouver l'espace petit déjeuner qui est à l'étage dans la cuisine partagée avec lumières éteintes je me suis demandée si c' était bien l'accès accessible au public!)

Staff are lovely. It is reasonably clean. Price of a beer is excellent and the music in the common area is great. Location is good. The whole place seems a bit run down and in need of update. My room, 102, was very tight. It is too crowded. Any time a locker is open it is hard to move. One shower is not enough for so many guests. I felt that if there was an emergency it would be a disaster.

I really enjoyed my stay at WOT New Lisbon and would recommend it to anyone who’s on a budget. I’ve stayed in an all female 8-bed dorm and was very lucky to have amazing women share the space with me. Everyone was super respectful and mindful, had no issue with noise or whatsoever. The bunk beds are good, the only minus is that the top beds have really small wall between each other - it should definitely be higher or there should at least be some curtains between the beds. There are drawers available for each bed if anyone wants to unpack - worth bringing a padlock as there is an option to lock them. The facilities are overall good. Bathrooms definitely need refreshing but they were kept clean at most times and stocked up. Kitchen is spacious and have enough room to store and cook food. The breakfast is very limited but again - I think considering a price it’s what someone signs up for. The staff have been super friendly and helpful! It’s great that the hostel reception is open 24/7. Also, the location is what won me over - super easy to get anywhere on foot (which is the best way to explore Lisbon), TONS of bars and restaurants around - literally being in the super centre of town. Close to train stations, buses, and a nice walk to the riverfront. But be prepared to climb hills! Overall, would definitely recommend :)

Good customer service. Our private room was basic, but clean. We were next to the kitchen and dining hall, so there was noise up until about 11 pm, but after that it was pretty quiet. There is no air conditioning, but there was a decent fan. We were reasonably comfortable in mid September, but I can imagine it might not be comfortable in warmer months. We loved the part of town the hostel is located in, and enjoyed walking in the evening. Dinner at Lost In was really good, and they have an amazing sunset view over the city. Nearby was another amazing viewpoint with music and vendors by a beautiful fountain. We were glad we chose to stay at New Lisbon even though the price seemed high for the basic room.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was ok The facility and the building itself is very old You will every step of the peope in your room Very bad bed and bathrooms This hostel should be taken off the site as it is not comfortable for the guest and a few extra charges too for towels and city tax

Quarto limpo, poderia ter uma tv, a cozinha liberada pra todos ajudou muito. café da manhã bem simples de tudo, café leite e pão. Mas compramos fris e deixamos na geladeira. Não tem frigobar tb. Devido ser hostel, muita gente mas não atrapalha em nada. Só as escadarias que são muitas e sem elevador

A experiência foi muito boa! Ótima localização, todos os cômodos limpos e serviço de staff gentil e prestativo.

Era un apartamento para 4 personas , todo muy nuevo . Pero las cañerías olían

Noisy, dirty, no maintenance, breakfast is a joke, the worst place where ive been in my life. Avoid

Lisbon is a very touristy city. I have expected the conditions of the hostel and to be fair the price per night was really cheap. I cannot comment to much about it. However, i will not say they had a fair cleanliness in their bathrooms. There isn’t a hair dryer in the bathroom the dorm i stayed. I will need to use the bathroom outside because of it. And i understood my own personal belongings is at my own risk if i have not locked it. I ended up left the hostel with A slidder missing from the dorm. When i reported the issue to the receptionist, the first answer i got back was “Have you checked everywhere?” And next answer was “We cannot guarantee who stayed in the room won’t take it”. That was quite helpful!!

Dormitório de casal agradável. Local um pouco barulhento em função de alguns hóspedes. Bom café da manhã. Banheiros limpos. Banho agradável.

Estive por uma semana no Hostel Wot New Lisbon, foi sensacional, tudo muito bem organizado, limpo e cheiroso. Equipe de Staff sem dúvidas são os melhores, Agradeço a todos, fui super bem atendido. São super simpáticos, animados. Rafa Supervisor, tens uma equipe incrível. Agradeço ao Esteban, mi hermano. Bruno, menino incrível animado. Margarida, essa portuguesa é muito Fixe. Quentin, o Francês mas gente boa que conheci. E ao Night por me aguentar a chegar todo dia de madrugada. Obrigado a Todos.

Ótimo lugar, bem localizado, café da manhã bem bom, o único detalhe foi o wifi não funcionar no quarto que fiquei, fora isso nenhuma reclamação.

Good hostel with all you are looking for from a hostel. Helpful staff. My main gripe was the WiFi was spotty. I could not even connect on my room and most places throughout the building.

Super godt ophold. Dog blev vi fortalt om forholdene og reglerne med tjek ind. Ingen larm efter 22. Dog uden selv at lave larm blev vi holdt vågne hver nat af folk der skulle op af trappen hvor vi sov, folk der larmede, skreg, og ærlig talt bare forstyrrede. Stort og godt privat værelse for 2. Badeværelse super, og bruser kunne godt have været lidt højere.

Super accueil avec une personne parlant le francais , la chambre double très bien mais mauvaise isolation phonique, literie confortable, étant dans une auberge de jeunesse la nuit reste bruyant, le petit déjeuner est copieux mais simple ,céréales, cake, pain et pain de mie...la sangria est délicieuse 😊

Apesar de ser suite, quarto com teto muito baixo, banheiro muito apertado e somente um ventilador

Para quem quer apenas "passar à noite" vale a pena, mas para quem busca dormir, não aconselho, pelo fato de que tanto o barulho interno, quanto o externo são demais. Fiz e paguei a reserva pelo hoteis.com, mas mesmo assim a propriedade me cobrou as diárias, havendo cobrança em duplicidade.

La struttura si trova abbastanza vicino alle principali attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Complessivamente abbastanza pulito, le porte non essendo molto solide permettono di sentire molti rumori durante la notte. Sicuramente ok per un soggiorno molto spartano e senza grandi pretese.

A good value for money, close to many attraction in Lisbon. Unlike usual hostel, this one provides a buffet style breakfast, nothing sophisticated but gives you some fuel to start a day. A friendly staff, always happy to help you. A safe and quiet neighbourhood. If you don't mind staying in a hostel, this one is definitely the one to go for

Overall it was a great experience because it was in a very good neighbourhood and right next to a big station. The apartment is beautiful! Only problem was there was no extra toilet paper.
