Spotless cleaning. Double bed. Everything in the room was modern and clean. Not so much room for stuff but okay because of the double bed. Breakfast was 12 euros, didn’t use it because I wanted to eat outside (not cheaper). Disney tv. Soap and shampoo Rituals was included. Was peaceful to sleep (I wake up really easy). Three metro stops from Interdente to Baixa-Ciago where city center is. I would’ve want to stay there but the prices was triple times higher. So I guess metro trip is okay (under 2 euro / direction unless take a daypass. In metro is not any functional elevators and hundred unstable steps. So from the airport just take taxi or uber (+/- 10e). Friendly welcoming. Good wifi. Could leave my luggage before the flight.

Very convenient location one block from tram and metro. Also very quiet. The room and bathroom were excellent, if a little small. Unfortunately the block on which the hotel is located is not well kept, but never felt unsafe. The hotel was recently renovated and was like new.

A lovely little hotel with well equipped rooms ( on the small side but very practical ) including iron & board and powerful hairdryer. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Reception open 24hours. Convenient for city centre. Sadly lift was not working during our stay of 4nights but was not a problem for us, as didn't have any heavy luggage. We were more than happy with our stay and hope to return if back in Lisbon.

Goed kleinschalig hotel. Je hebt een klein zwembad maar er is weinig levendigheid. Gelukkig is de bruisende stad Lissabon dichtbij. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk!

A very clean and comfortable hotel, and although about 20 minutes walk from the bustling areas of Lisbon very conveniently served by the metro (Intendente station very close), popular tram 28, and the rest of the superb public transport network. The facilities in the room where what you'd expect - coffee machine, a safe, TV, ensuite shower room, mini-fridge - and as a solo traveller not wanting to spend hours in the hotel were ideal. Reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times.

Not safe if fire breakout in any of the upstairs units no opening of the one window in the room. No swimming pool at the hotel. Stayed for a month but wouldn't return because of the possibility of fire. Otherwise, great service, wifi, staff and only one block away from surrounding tourist activities.

Really was clean and modern. Room was a decent size, I liked all the mirrors. Bathroom was big and bright, only thing I wish the shower was bigger and the shower curtains did not sick to you. Really close to the metro, lots of cafes and restaurants which are walkable.

Room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal with a metro station and a stop for tram 28 just around the corner. We did not eat at the Hotel so I can not comment on the breakfast. The hotel is only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I would recommend to others for a short break.

The hotel is close to metro and also 3 stops to nain attractions in old city. Room was cozy. Bed was very comfortable. I booked twin bed even though was alone. Asked the receptionist to pushed bed together to make a double and the did without any issues. Only downside about my stay was the AC was not working making sleeping uncomfortable. They did offer a fan instead. I guess thats a plus. Enjoyed my stay.

Room was lovely and clean if a little on the small side. Perfect for myself. Good TV variety if that’s your thing. Staff were polite and professional. A short walk from Intendente Metro station, and the famous tram 28 has a stop just outside. Area around it needs a bit of TLC, however, good restaurant and coffee shops close by. All in all a great hotel for a weekend break..

The room is small but I think it's a typical size room with other hotels. The property is clean. The staff was very nice and it helped a lot that they spoke English. The location is decent. Its about a 3-4 mins walk to the Metro station, a 2 mins walk from Tram 28, and there are a few nice restaurants really close by like Ramiro (a must try). There is a free bottle of water in the room and free apples at the front desk.

They did offer a fan instead. I guess thats a plus. Enjoyed my stay.

A lovely little hotel with well equipped rooms ( on the small side but very practical ) including iron & board and powerful hairdryer. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Reception open 24hours. Convenient for city centre. Sadly lift was not working during our stay of 4nights but was not a problem for us, as didn't have any heavy luggage. We were more than happy with our stay and hope to return if back in Lisbon.

Very convenient location one block from tram and metro. Also very quiet. The room and bathroom were excellent, if a little small. Unfortunately the block on which the hotel is located is not well kept, but never felt unsafe. The hotel was recently renovated and was like new.

A very clean and comfortable hotel, and although about 20 minutes walk from the bustling areas of Lisbon very conveniently served by the metro (Intendente station very close), popular tram 28, and the rest of the superb public transport network. The facilities in the room where what you'd expect - coffee machine, a safe, TV, ensuite shower room, mini-fridge - and as a solo traveller not wanting to spend hours in the hotel were ideal. Reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times.

Really was clean and modern. Room was a decent size, I liked all the mirrors. Bathroom was big and bright, only thing I wish the shower was bigger and the shower curtains did not sick to you. Really close to the metro, lots of cafes and restaurants which are walkable.

Room was lovely and clean if a little on the small side. Perfect for myself. Good TV variety if that’s your thing. Staff were polite and professional. A short walk from Intendente Metro station, and the famous tram 28 has a stop just outside. Area around it needs a bit of TLC, however, good restaurant and coffee shops close by. All in all a great hotel for a weekend break..

Room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal with a metro station and a stop for tram 28 just around the corner. We did not eat at the Hotel so I can not comment on the breakfast. The hotel is only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I would recommend to others for a short break.

We loved the hotel, nothing to complain about. Plenty of places to eat nearby. An easy walk to some of Lisbon’s main sights. The only downside is the area around the hotel is a bit run down and grubby. The taxi driver told us to be careful but actually we felt safe.

Modern hotel met aspecten van Hollywood en een groot oscarbeeld bij de lift. Receptionisten zijn vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ontbijt was €12 pp ruim aanbod diverse beleg, roerei,bacon,bonen,tomaat, zoetigheden, mini croissants,yoghurt,cornflakes en div brood. Om de hoek van het hotel ligt metrohalte Intendiente en tramlijn 28E stopt om de hoek die gaat helemaal naar de Baixa Chado wijk. Lidl is op 5min lopen en diverse restaurants en ontbijtzaakjes. De kamer was voldoende voor 2 personen, koffie/theeapparaat, kluis,buro koelkast ,rituals douche producten. Goed werkende airco!Enige minpunt was dat de badkamervloer niet was schoongemaakt er lagen haren van de vorige gasten.. los hiervan is het een aanrader. Het hotel ligt niet aan de lange hoofdweg maar een straat erachter dus geen overlast van verkeer.

Det var fint nok til nogle overnatninger, men der var kun en enkelt lille hylde til tøj og 3 bøjler man kunne hænge tøj på - ingen tøjskabe eller noget, så vi havde det meste af vores tøj i vores kufferter fordi der ikke var nogen steder til det. Poolen er meget lille, og det er meget begrænset hvor meget sol der når at være på det område, så det fik vi heller ikke brugt så meget. Personalet var sødt og hjælpsomt, da vi skulle checke ind og hvis vi havde spørgsmål til noget.

The hotel is clean. Receptionist on site 24/7. Doors lock well. Secure. No balcony but there are outdoor tables next to the very tiny pool. Room clean. Upon checking in, a 50 EUR deposit required. Surprisingly they asked me to write down my credit card number and expiration date. I refused. So I paid cash of 50 EUR that was refunded upon checkout. Room has water that can be refilled at the reception, as well as tea and coffee. There is a safe in the room as well as an ironing board and an electric fan. The room is air conditioned but no balcony. Soap and shampoo products are from the Rituals brand. Bed was very comfortable (not too soft). Also the bed was sturdy from all angles, if you get my drift. Hotel is situated 3 minutes walk to the Metro (subway) stop. Tickets are cheap. Can get to the old town (Rossio stop) very quickly. Also can get from Rossio stop to the airport with only 1 subway change. Frequency of the metro are every 7-8 minutes. Uber works well, often cheaper than the Tuk Tuk. Overall, this hotel offered the required safety, ease of access to the metro, and was not too expensive. There is a breakfast and pastry shop nearby across the Main Street. Downside to this hotel is that there is not much noise reduction. I can hear the bathroom from the other room as well as when they were fixing the street at midnight. You can buy drinks from the reception. Cleaning of the room is very good. Bathroom is very clean.
