Decent hotel. Location had easy access to busses (with a stop right in front of the hotel that led to two train stations, around 30 min to Luzern). Staff was helpful and patient when we ran into issues with check-in. Room was small and fairly clean, and had most necessary amenities, including a fan. Noise from the road wasn’t too bad, however church bells ringing every 15 minutes may be loud for lighter sleepers. No kettle, but staff provided hot water. We enjoyed the balcony area of the hotel for some stargazing!

Nice hotel to a very fair price - breakfast was included. Restaurant was good too. Unfortunately it was quite a lot of noice as my room was next to the road. No iron available which is a minus for me but probably not an issue for others. All in all good hotel for the price with pro/cons.
