Took a while to get someone at the front desk. Elevator not working, so requested ground floor. After four moves, finally got an "acceptable" dated room. Preferred to get refund and drive on, but used third party booking and could not refund. Breakfast was marginal. Would not stay here again.

The location was very convenient, the front desk and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds ive ever slept in in a motel. It was a very quiet peaceful and kid friendly environment. The kids loved swimming in the pool. I would highly recommend this motel for anyone and i will definitely stay there again when back in that area.

It was close to event we were attending. Walking distance to fast food. Bed was comfy, slept well. Breakfast was only until 9. Other guests were loud. Ice machine broken on our floor. No fan in bathroom?? Only one hot cup with coffee pot.

Stayed here for work short weekend trip the bath tub was cracked room 223 and the shower had very little pressure but it still worked room was clean just dated breakfast was meh at best coffee in the room was disgusting the lil coffee machine hadnt been properly cleaned in a while pool was nice though

We stayed on this property for seven days. I will admit that I was a little bit worried after reading all of the negative reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The bed was super comfortable. There was a ton of hot water and amazing water pressure in the shower. The pool was very nice, but the seat in the handicapped lift needs to be repaired. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about. All of the staff were super friendly and really helpful.

This property is old and in need of an update. Slight smell upon entering the room. The grounds could use basic sweeping Trash on the ground. The front office was locked during the night when we asked at check in if the desk was manned at night. Not the worst place but far from the best

The door had been propped open so it was about 90 degrees in the room. The hotel was half empty and I requested a bottom room but given a room on the second floor. We parked our motorcycles under the portico for “protection.” During the night someone broke a piece off my husband’s, rifled through my fairing bags and stole a strap off the back. They climbed on my bike and left scratches on the fender bra. Obviously no security. Will not stay here again.

The staff was friendly upon check in. The lobby was nice. The room door didn’t have a security latch, and you can see daylight around the door seal, and a huge gap at the bottom of the door. The bedding had an “old sweaty man” smell, the heat/ac was unplugged (we were afraid to use it). The bathroom was scuzzy, paint chipping in the stained bathtub, the bathroom floor wasnt clean ( hair and nasty corner/edge grime) and the bathroom door didn’t close. We did not partake of the breakfast - and left before the lobby opened.

The room was dirty. There was stuff all over the curtains, the the iron cord was strung across the room. Someone else’s key cards were on the table when I walked in. I went into the bathroom. There were bugs and hair on the floor. The sink hadn’t been wiped out. It was nasty. Had I not been so completely exhausted I would’ve just gone and slept in my car. I slept in my clothes on top of the bedding with a throw blanket I brought with me.

Despite the exterior looks, the hotel is very dated, especially the bathroom. The bathtub has been refined but it is flaking off. Toilets were moldy under the rim. One of my pet peaves is no nightlight in/near bathroom. Another is bath light linked to a needless fan.

Probably the best of what was around this area. Rooms are on the outside of the building. You can hear ppl and cars all night. The breakfast was a couple of bagels and some very old re-heated coffee. Luckily a waffle house is nearby. Beds were soft and we only saw one cockroach. The room looked clean but outdated.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, my door card suddenly stopped working and the gentleman at the front desk immediately gave me a different card to use. He even came out to the parking lot near my room just to make sure I was able to get into the room. I would certainly recommend this place to others, the cost was reasonable

Every time i went to the service desk, there was no one there and i had ti wait for the service desk attendant to arrive. Breakfast was sub par. The room was dated, the bathroom sink leaked from the faucet and the bathtub had been refinished but the paint was peeling.

Microwave & Fridge in rooms, convenient location with plenty of Fast Food Eats close by. If you like Fajitas, Javier’s Mexican Grill is about 4min away (very reasonable prices and excellent food). Free Breakfast included. A

The room was ok. The bed was comfortable. The bath tub was disgusting. The tub filled up quickly when taking a shower and there was paint chipping off of the tub. Breakfast was awful.

Room was okay. $50 deposit wasn’t expected. Breakfast area coffee maker wasn’t working, orange juice wasn’t working, and no one available to discuss problem. No one available at checkout either.

There was no coffee, yogurt, fruit or waffle mix for the morning. The juice machine didn't work. The easy chair was worn out, dirt gross. The lampshade was stained. It was old and worn out and dirty furnishings. Gross overall. If i didn't prepay, I would have demanded a refund 😐

No eggs and sausages were provided in breakfast, otherwise, the foods were similar to other 2-star hotels. AC/heat pump needs instructions displayed next to the heat pump. Staff did come immediately per request though.

Came for bike week. We stayed in Chipley as the riding is beautiful. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Pool was great, breakfast was good. Shower was hot with great pressure.

Probably the best of what was around this area. Rooms are on the outside of the building. You can hear ppl and cars all night. The breakfast was a couple of bagels and some very old re-heated coffee. Luckily a waffle house is nearby. Beds were soft and we only saw one cockroach. The room looked clean but outdated.

Bed way too soft for us. Shower faucet was clogged with hard wayer deposits. Deadbolt didn't work. Freezer section of fridge had 1.5" of ice. Breakgast only waffle, bagel, white bread, cereal. Regular coffee needed refilling.

Great location, comfortable room, and the breakfast was excellent. The only improvements I would suggest are providing more towels in the room and ensuring there is liquid hand soap available at the vanity. During our stay, I had to look for housekeeping several times to have the soap refilled, and I also had to go downstairs to get extra towels. I had also requested a room on one of the upper floors because I prefer the higher levels for a quieter and more peaceful stay. However, I was assigned a room on the third floor. Unfortunately, there were many children running through the hallway, which made it difficult to enjoy the quiet atmosphere I was hoping for. I chose this trip to relax and get some much-needed rest, so that was disappointing. Other than those issues, everything else was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The rooms and office needed cleaned and painting done. Toilet was backed up when we arrived. Breakfast bar was disgusting, spiders and bugs around food.
