Beautiful property and rooms. Amazing restaurant attached. Only downside is that that there are no staff members on-site. Air-conditioning didn't work and there was no one available to correct the problem.

El edificio es precioso y las instalaciones son a estrenar y de alto nivel, diría que de lujo, y con un entorno natural espectacular. La única pega es que se hace el checkin a trabés de una app, no en el hotel. Buenísima relación calidad-precio.

Sehr schönes Gebäude, neu renoviert, sehr schönes großes Zimmer, großes komfortables Badezimmer mit großer Regendusche, top! Sehr komfortables, breites Bett. Leiser Aufzug bis in die 3. Etage vorhanden. Alles mit viel Geschmack renoviert! Bravo! Punktabzug für den Checkin. Er war online nicht möglich, trotz mehrfacher Versuche. Mehrfach Kontakt zum Hotel aufgenommen, aber Antwort immer nur auf spanisch. Englisch sollte doch zu erwarten sein. Schade! Der Palacio selbst hat keine eigene Rezeption. Man muss zu einem entfernten Hotel fahren und dort den Checkin machen. Umständlich! Das sollte verbessert werden. Der Check-out war dagegen einfach. Einfach die Zimmerkarte vor Ort abgeben, fertig! Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, aber nicht umwerfend. Keine Brötchen oder Baguette, nur verschiedene Sorten Toastbrot. Kein Obstangebot, außer Ananas - und Melonenstücken. Keine Eier, Rührei o.ä. Kein frischgebackener Kuchen, nur abgepackt. Marmelade etc in Portionspackungen. Besser wäre ein Angebot aus dem Glas. Keine große Kaffeemaschine mit Auswahl, nur 1 kleine Kapselmaschine für 2 Sorten Kaffee. Auch nicht gerade umweltfreundlich. Aber positiv war, es gab auch koffeinfrei. Positiv war die große Auswahl an Croissants und Teilchen. Auch leckerer Aufschnitt - Schinken, Wurst, Käse - aber kein Frischkäse oder Quark. Aber Joghurt vorhanden. Und laktosefreie Milch! Und abgepacktes Müsli. Und leckeren Orangensaft.

Me sentí como en casa. Debía abandonar el hotel antes de la hora del desayuno y hicieron todo lo posible para que pudiera tomarlo. Se agradecen detalles de este tipo. Cuidan cada detalle. Un lujo.

Very good looking location, well maintained and a lot of Charme. Check in was a little complicated since you need to do everything online to even open the doors. Their is no reception in the building, so if you are struggling with that, you will have to go to a different hotel with a reception (3mins by car). But we managed to make it work and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, good quality products but no fresh eggs or coffee on demand. Nespresso works just fine though. Rooms were a little noisy since there was a family with kids above us which started playing around and moving all the furniture at 11pm. But since dinner is very late, it was not a problem for us.

Property was beautiful. Almost seemed like we had the entire place to ourselves! As location was managed remotely, not much engagement with staff- went to another nearby hotel to fill out some paperwork. Very spacious rooms and great breakfast :)

Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war aber leider grossem Lärm ausgesetzt. Restaurant Lärm direkt unter unserem Zimmer. Festgesellschaft im Garten, direkt vor unserem Zimmer, laute Autostrasse, 24 Stunden summen eines Katalysators. Türen nicht ebenerdig geschlossen, deshalb sehr lärmig.

Me ha gustado en general y he estado agusto. Me ha gustado el restaurante gratamente y el trato de todo el personal especialmente amable y atento. La única pega es que había mucho ruido a distintas horas, arrastrones de muebles tanto por la mañana como por la tarde y no he podido descansar bien.

Wonderful room and nutritious breakfast!

Excelente experiencia!! algo particular respecto al ingreso en la habitación pero pudimos superar el tema de la tecnología, y fue excelente. El restaurante EXCELENTE, Sonia un fenómeno, también Juan y toda la gente de servicio.

The hotel was fantastic, but this was the first time we have experienced a completely automated check-in. It sure lacks a personal touch with no one to help advise where to go or what to avoid. The check in was quite complicated and everything required your phone to operate, even opening the doors. Arrived on the day the hotel restaurant and several other local restaurants were closed

Tuvimos que esperar unos 20 minutos para que se abriera la puerta y llamamos a la recepción del otro hotel y no cogían el teléfono. Todo lo demás ok. La habitación muy bien y la comida y cena que hicimos allí estupendas.

Increible que no nos hayan informado de el hotel o de Expedia con anterioridad, como era el proceso del check in. Llegamos al hotel a las 11:00 pm y despues de explorar alternativas, logramos averiguar que el proceso se hacia en otro lugar. Lamentable omision!

An excellent and beautifully renovated hotel, close to Santander airport. Ideal if needing a quick route to or from the airport, and in close proximity to some good beaches. The area around the hotel is very quiet - a couple of local restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. The rooms are stunning and breakfast is top quality - from fresh orange juice and fruit, to pastries, bread, cheeses and local Spanish ham. Yogurts and cereal are also available.

De lunes a Jueves, muy tranquilo, lugar ideal para descansar. El fin de semana celebran bodas y eventos y hay mucha más gente, con el consiguiente alboroto, pero el lugar es espectacular, precioso y muy bien situado.

Me faltó un café bien hecho con la máquina que tenían allí, en lugar de eso te ponen jarra de leche y cápsulas. También estaría bien que tuviesen algo caliente para desayuno como huevos o algo así. Al llegar entramos por la principal y entras justo al centro de un restaurante, las dos primeras personas trabajando allí nos ignoraron en lugar de saludarnos y orientarnos por lo que estuvimos esperando allí en medio del restaurante con maletas hasta que el tercero ya nos saludó y nos acompañó a la habitación.
