Whilst the hotel is brilliantly located next to the Singapore River and a 2 minute walk from the array of eateries on the waterfront, not to mention the amazing views of Marina Bay Sands, the hotel is not in the best of shape. Some TLC is needed - the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like an old fish tank and the door to the stairwell was so swollen with water that it was starting to puff out and peel. There was no hot water for the 3 days I was there...although I was given the option to go to a 'sister hotel' nearby for a hot shower. Hmmm... If you just want a clean bed at the end of your sightseeing day in Singapore, it's a great value hotel option!

My studio room was as small as a closet at less than 65 square feet and to add insult to injury, I was unable to sit on the toilet comfortably because of how terribly tiny the glass enclosure was. Also, the air conditioner leaked at least 300ml of water onto the floor during the night and I had to put a towel down to prevent it from going anywhere. The building itself is in desperate need of major renovation. Will never stay here again. (No hate towards the housekeepers, they were lovely)

Communal areas seem unclean/outdated - ie stairwells. The room itself is fine but for the price I paid the TV wasn’t functioning, neither was the room telephone. Toilet door didn’t open entirely and the drain smelled when water was running.

The location is excellent for me, with Clarke Quay and Boat Quay and Chinatown and City Centre at your doorstep. The rooms are not large, but perfectly cleaned and surprisingly well appointed, considering the very reasonable price. A great option to get everything you really need in full comfort without the price of a major hotel.

部屋は少し狭いですが、寝泊まりする分には十分でした。毎日ペットボトル2本分の水が提供され、コーヒーと紅茶もあり、とても良かったです。立地も地下鉄の駅から近く、便利です。シャワーの水圧も温度も完璧でした。唯一、トイレについては、下水道から上がってくる臭いがして、臭かったです。

Room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent. Room was sooo small. When I open the hotel door, it hit the bed. Couldn't open toilet door properly, otherway it hit bed and other the toilet bowl. You can borrow umbrella at front desk. There was small sundeck at hotel roof. Elevator was good and fast. Metro and bus lines are really close. If you travelling only couple of days, this hotel is good. You dont anyway stay your hotel, only sleep and shower. I really recommend this hotel.

The room itself was clean and well looked after, but insanely small. It took a bit for me to adjust so I could access my pack without blocking anything. I did have a good stay here and would come back again. The staff were really nice and the check in/out was easy.

Excellent location and a very good place to explore Singapore. Was able to walk to most places. For travellers who just need a place to sleep and will be out most of the day. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. It is value for money in that it is affordable and in a good location therefore it is no surprise that it is dated and not the cleanest.

Its quite a basic hotel but each room is lovely decorated and one of the most comfortable beds I have had in any hotel in the world. The staff where incredibly helpful and the location is excellent. I visited for work trip and come regularly for business. It was a pleasant stay

Friendly staff, walkable location, and unique designs for each room! The room itself is a little small, but it’s everything you need for a trip to Singapore. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in during my 3 weeks of traveling across Asia! I’m grateful for the powerful AC and that I was able to store my luggage after checking out. Thank you to the staff!

1. The location is amazing, very convenient! 2. The room condition: first 3 days in a very small room with no window. I didn't feel have any fresh air! Upgraded to a bigger room with windows but cant open at all! I emailed to request a room with window but No response No results! 3.Service: Good and bad! Michael and Noor are nice,especially Noor is very nice and helpful! But the light skin lady ( from Philippines ) needs being more respectful and practicing English.

Easy walking distance to the Marina & Merlion (15min). Eateries just across the street in this old part of town (full of character). Clean room! Very helpful staff helped with food recommendations, storing luggage at day of departure and ordering taxi! Highly recommended

Sauber. Gegend nicht berauschend. Gute Matratze. Super schneller Check In. Verdunklungsrollo. Aber Metro und Shoppingcenter in paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Friendly staff, walkable location, and unique designs for each room! The room itself is a little small, but it’s everything you need for a trip to Singapore. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in during my 3 weeks of traveling across Asia! I’m grateful for the powerful AC and that I was able to store my luggage after checking out. Thank you to the staff!

The location is excellent for me, with Clarke Quay and Boat Quay and Chinatown and City Centre at your doorstep. The rooms are not large, but perfectly cleaned and surprisingly well appointed, considering the very reasonable price. A great option to get everything you really need in full comfort without the price of a major hotel.

10日間滞在して、最初の部屋は狭く、４日目から広い部屋に料金UPして変更したが、シャワーの取り付けの故障の修理、トイレの床の水漏れ、終わりの３日間は、客が一杯になり、シャワーのお湯が出なく、休日で修理者が居ないとの理由で、水のシャワー、エレベータの故障、等最悪のサービスでした。６年前のクローバ７に約２５日滞在時は、朝食もあり良かったですが、今回も朝食付きの滞在料金でしたが、朝食は無く、近くで取りましたが、今回の滞在は、最悪の経験でした。場所は便利のは良かった点です。費用も、サービスの割に高く、他の同様のホテルに比べ高いと思います。是非、ホテルにクレームを付けてください。

What a great location- night life all around. The friendly staff went out of their way to help me get around( even lend out power point converters for free) I felt safe and had a small window i could open. The room was arty and so is the whole hotel I thoroughly reccommend this hotel- once you know your way you could get the airport train within a short walking distance. Love it - will visit again

1. The location is amazing, very convenient! 2. The room condition: first 3 days in a very small room with no window. I didn't feel have any fresh air! Upgraded to a bigger room with windows but cant open at all! I emailed to request a room with window but No response No results! 3.Service: Good and bad! Michael and Noor are nice,especially Noor is very nice and helpful! But the light skin lady ( from Philippines ) needs being more respectful and practicing English.
