Regency Grand Suites

Check-in et check-out facile et rapide, une caution est demandée à l'arrivée. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. L'établissement se trouve en face d'un centre commercial géant et à moins de 10 minutes à pied du métro Pedro Gil, qui permet de rejoindre facilement les principaux points d'intérêts de la ville. La chambre avec balcon était située en étage élevée, elle était équipée d'un micro onde et d'un petit réfrigérateur ainsi que des assiettes et des couverts. La climatisation a un peu vécu mais fait le job. Malgré des finitions perfectibles et une eau de la piscine un peu trop fraiche, cet établissement représente un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Pros: affordable price, always hot water for the shower, staff friendly and always available for any needs and very convenient for things within walking distance like mall and multiple 24 hr convenient stores in any direction and pharmacies. Cons: There were a couple of cockroaches upon entering my room, but cleaning staff was quick to spray and I didn’t see any the rest of my stay. Most of my two week stay was loud people between guests and staff, but luckily I was already awake every time this was going on. Overall okay for the price I guess.

Our stay at Regency Grand Suites was better than good but not excellent. The room was very nice and roomy with lots of space to move around and the twin beds were very comfortable. The little kitchen was good but there was no provision to wash the dishes provided, no dishcloth or detergent. The split air-conditioner was great and kept the room nice and cool but unfortunately dripped its water onto the balcony which made it unusable. Internet was great, fast download and good for streaming. Very close to Robinsons mall which was great but the people all over the sidewalk made it hard to navigate to the mall. A good stay, nice and quiet and relaxing.
