Hotel in ottima posizione,si può raggiungere la metropolitana a piedi in 5/10 minuti. Personale super gentile e disponibile, camere pulite e letto molto comodo. Al momento del check out c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al personale, senza portarseli in giro, cosa non da poco. Se dovessi tornare a Barcellona di sicuro sceglierei questo hotel. Lo consiglio vivamente!! 😃

We were not aware that they would be renovating half the property during our stay. As such, the exterior left us dumbfounded before we even walked in. It was noisy and dusty, and the entrance to the hotel was a tiny steel side door. The only refreshments offered were at a tiny round side table at reception, with a jug of water and a flask of coffee and tea. When walking to our room, there were dust footprints on the floor. The receptionist we first met was absolutely lovely. But thereafter, there was no hospitality from the staff. I unfortunately would not go back. We started looking for another place to stay as soon as we arrived. Perhaps they should inform guests of the renovations ahead of time. And perhaps our stay would have been better without said renovations too.

El personal fabuloso desde la llamada telefónica con Juan y en el hotel con Rafa nos ayudó muchísimo y lonpuso muy fácil, pese a que estaban de reformas. Repetiré
