The number one take away from me and my girlfriend was just how great all the staff were. Honestly they went above and beyond, every single one of them. Would definitely use this hotel again.

On arrival we were met by very friendly staff with a very warm greeting. This hotel caters for small dogs and they even give you all of the doggie stuff for your pet. Bed, drinking bowls and feeding bowl. Dog was also very happy. We were extremely happy with everything the hotel has to offer and WILL return in the near future.

we chose this hotel for our honeymoon and it's a decision we definitely didn't regret. the hotel itself was immaculate, clean, had everything essential on site. it's great to have the indoor and outdoor pools available as well as the spa where you can get a massage. the sauna is very good too. Lastly, the staff was brilliant. Yuliya checked us in and she was wonderful, made us feel so welcome. but other members of the staff in the restaurant, spa and the cleaning ladies on floor 5 were all very polite and helpful. We got a amazing room with hot tub and it just made our stay the absolute perfection. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
