Place was nice, spacious and economical. But the kitchen could use a few more essential kitchen utensils to make it usable. Also. They wanted a $35 charge for a one hour late check out.

Location and affordability was the main deciding factor with this booking. Despite the additional deposit charged on top Of booking fees through hotels.com, it was cost effective compared to the downtown hotels. On another note, the maintenance of the facility was average. It was very college apartment grade maintenance. Updated furniture and amenities were great. The flooring was very cracked and creaking loudly (poor installation). The parking Accommodations did not allow us to park within the gated area consistently. On the bright side, it is located directly across a large field and walking area great for jogging, recreational usage.

This place was very modern and very clean. In a great location, and I like parking right in front. The only negative was that it appeared someone had backed into the fence around the parking lot, making the first impression of the property not very good (which was not accurate!). Please fix the fence. Overall...fantastic!

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The construction next door was a little disappointing but it's temporary. Germantown area is great. The neighborhood and people were very friendly. Plenty of one of a kind places to eat within walking distance. The downside that can be easily fixed would be to clean the parking area in front of the suites.

Quiet neighborhood overall (construction happening right next door during the day but evening was quiet). However, Being on the first floor, you hear every footstep above you… luckily we had considerate neighbors. Unit was very clean and had almost everything you need to cook meals… except a frying pan… bummer since we like to cook breakfast every morning. We used a pot to fry eggs… yes, resourceful! The unit could be freshened up with a new coat of paint for its starting to look worn. The back door to the patio was tough to open due to humidity and we found the neighbors had “borrowed “ the outdoor bench that was supposed to be at this unit… we “borrowed “ it back. :-) The location was in walking distance to some nice restaurants such as Pelato! We enjoyed the Germantown area. An Uber drive to hotspots on Broadway was about $10. Overall a good stay. The management was attentive in terms of sending messages to make sure we were happy with checkin etc. checking was very easy.

The parking was super easy and the location is very close to the Greenway which is great for running and biking. There was plenty of room for my family and the kitchen was well equipped. I found the bed to be too soft, but that would not be a problem for everyone. I would also recommend a sleep mask as the bedrooms stay bright even at night. There were earplugs provided, but noise did not seem to be a issue for us.

The major issue was insulation between first and second floor and plus the guest on my second floor make heavy steps and talk loud noises until 2 am, immediately I text the remote helpdesk, they did notified the guest, and said will escalate later, and next morning receive a call said if i want switch a different room, need paid for cleaning fee, and the second night was the same thing. another issue was I went to make the reservation in thought as usual that it is, but unfortunately I spent a lot more times with the property, I have to sign completed rental agreement, post driver license, a phot of me a, they charged the stay immediately, and later on they need charge credit card deposit and checked two days they refund back, and the outside gate was never working, i told my daughter lived closed by, she said she never see the gate was closed.

Clean and safe with gated parking. Keyless entry. Well maintained. Problems with streaming tv. We had no facecloths and one hand towel for a two bedroom unit. They did eventually (2nd day) correct these. I always got prompt replies.

Bedding was obviously not changed. Stained and hair on bedding so unfortunately when I got their late check in mind you and tired from a 12 hr drive I had to take all the bedding and wash it and have my kids sleep with their travel throw blankets for the first night. But other than the cleanliness of the place all and all it was a nice property/safe atmosphere. Which is always top priority being a single mom. I would definitely stay there again.

Accommodations were a bit dirty especially the walls and the coffee maker was disgusting. You can hear EVERYTHING next door or above you so don’t plan on getting a good nights sleep. Cheaper so we went with it but wasn’t worth the savings.

What a mess! Looks good at first glance, but I will never stay here again. The walls are paper thin. I stay in average hotels all of the time, I’ve lived in apartment complex, nothing compares to this. You can hear every single step of your neighbors. So don’t think you’re going to get any actual sleep! The lighting is terrible in the bathroom, so it’s hard to do your hair/makeup. There was no shampoo in the shower. The water pressure in the shower was a joke, so if you do bring your own shampoo, good luck actually getting it out of your hair. Oh and the shower goes cold mid way through. It turns back to hot eventually, but you have to stand there and wait for a few minutes in cold water. When I asked to be transferred to a different room they said they didn’t have any available, but you could tell that the complex was only about 25% full, so I knew that was a lie.

Loved our stay. Very clean! Beds were like sleeping on clouds. The only issue was the walls are paper thin so you can hear noise from everywhere. However it did not cause a problem for us. Would definitely stay here again! Very reasonable in price.

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and large and had a nice little kitchenette. We loved the laundry in unit. The beds were comfy. Warning- It is in an urban area in the Germantown area of downtown Nashville so bring good earplugs and a mask if traffic noise/light bothers you. But that is expected in any urban area.

On the bright side, it is located directly across a large field and walking area great for jogging, recreational usage.
Location and affordability was the main deciding factor with this booking. Despite the additional deposit charged on top Of booking fees through hotels.com, it was cost effective compared to the downtown hotels. On another note, the maintenance of the facility was average. It was very college apartment grade maintenance. Updated furniture and amenities were great. The flooring was very cracked and creaking loudly (poor installation). Quiet neighborhood overall (construction happening right next door during the day but evening was quiet). However, Being on the first floor, you hear every footstep above you… luckily we had considerate neighbors. Unit was very clean and had almost everything you need to cook meals… except a frying pan… bummer since we like to cook breakfast every morning. We used a pot to fry eggs… yes, resourceful! The unit could be freshened up with a new coat of paint for its starting to look worn. The back door to the patio was tough to open due to humidity and we found the neighbors had “borrowed “ the outdoor bench that was supposed to be at this unit… we “borrowed “ it back. :-) The location was in walking distance to some nice restaurants such as Pelato! We enjoyed the Germantown area. An Uber drive to hotspots on Broadway was about $10. Overall a good stay. The management was attentive in terms of sending messages to make sure we were happy with checkin etc. checking was very easy.

The place itself was good, but communications about the large deposit and process about what was needed to gain access was lacking....I was already charged and the money withdrawn and still spent 5 hours back and forth with the property managers just trying to get a door access code....and the payments weren't properly undated.

What a mess! Looks good at first glance, but I will never stay here again. The walls are paper thin. I stay in average hotels all of the time, I’ve lived in apartment complex, nothing compares to this. You can hear every single step of your neighbors. So don’t think you’re going to get any actual sleep! The lighting is terrible in the bathroom, so it’s hard to do your hair/makeup. There was no shampoo in the shower. The water pressure in the shower was a joke, so if you do bring your own shampoo, good luck actually getting it out of your hair. Oh and the shower goes cold mid way through. It turns back to hot eventually, but you have to stand there and wait for a few minutes in cold water. When I asked to be transferred to a different room they said they didn’t have any available, but you could tell that the complex was only about 25% full, so I knew that was a lie.

The major issue was insulation between first and second floor and plus the guest on my second floor make heavy steps and talk loud noises until 2 am, immediately I text the remote helpdesk, they did notified the guest, and said will escalate later, and next morning receive a call said if i want switch a different room, need paid for cleaning fee, and the second night was the same thing. another issue was I went to make the reservation in thought as usual that it is, but unfortunately I spent a lot more times with the property, I have to sign completed rental agreement, post driver license, a phot of me a, they charged the stay immediately, and later on they need charge credit card deposit and checked two days they refund back, and the outside gate was never working, i told my daughter lived closed by, she said she never see the gate was closed.

We lost electricity in part of the condo and no one ever came to fix the problem. There was a water leak under the kitchen sink. There seems to be no noise bearer between units. You can hear everything from your neighbors and all the construction going on outside.

Clean and safe with gated parking. Keyless entry. Well maintained. Problems with streaming tv. We had no facecloths and one hand towel for a two bedroom unit. They did eventually (2nd day) correct these. I always got prompt replies.

This place was very modern and very clean. In a great location, and I like parking right in front. The only negative was that it appeared someone had backed into the fence around the parking lot, making the first impression of the property not very good (which was not accurate!). Please fix the fence. Overall...fantastic!

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The construction next door was a little disappointing but it's temporary. Germantown area is great. The neighborhood and people were very friendly. Plenty of one of a kind places to eat within walking distance. The downside that can be easily fixed would be to clean the parking area in front of the suites.

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and large and had a nice little kitchenette. We loved the laundry in unit. The beds were comfy. Warning- It is in an urban area in the Germantown area of downtown Nashville so bring good earplugs and a mask if traffic noise/light bothers you. But that is expected in any urban area.

The door code did not work upon arrival. After 30 minutes waiting outside it was remotely reset, revealing an uncleaned space. There were wet towels on the floor and used underwear on the couches. I immediately requested a refund and am still waiting “for that request to be escalated” half a week later. I strongly recommend others think twice before going for this property.

Had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was lovely and comfortable, in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Loved being so close to some great spots around Nashville — made it easy to explore. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The apartment is very nice and very well appointed. Actually, I would reserve it again. The problem was that the code for entering did not arrive on time. And I was not able to get it resolved with the phone contact provided until the next day. Had to go to a hotel the first night When booking, make sure you get the code ahead of time. Otherwise very nice stay

This place is very deceiving from the outside. Not much to look at. But it was very pretty on the inside. Very well-designed. It had a living area a kitchen all new appliances write down to a dishwasher. A dinette to sit at. To comfortable bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. And a wonderful bathroom with a full size washer and dryer and a beautiful walk in shower. It was also well equipped with anything you could possibly need. A couple of days prior to arriving you had to fill out forms Which we had a little difficulty with. No person on the property. The forms must be filled out before you can get the code to get into your room. Just ahead when you call on the phone you are speaking to AI. You've actually checking out I spoke to a young lady Amelia who was very friendly and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.
