Tout est parfait,les chambres très propres, le personnel professionnelle, empathie, serviable, pour tout le personnel de l'hôtel sans exception, all inclusive, piscine plage privée, les repas étaient excellents, je repasserai dans cette hôtel pour mon prochain séjour en Crète

Det var rent og fint overalt. Maten var variert og god. Personalet var smilende, vennlige, hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hotellet og området ved bassenget var fint. Vi fikk raskt svar på skriftlige spørsmål i forkant, og forespørslene ble imøtekommet. Rommet var fint, og sengene var gode. Et perfekt opphold!

Le personne très sympathique aussi bien réception bar et restaurant La nourriture est pas trop mauvaise est assez varié (le vin est particulièrement mauvais) Au niveau de la propreté rien a dire tout est toujours propre et tous les jours Concernant les équipements, problèmes avec la clim tous le séjour, un coup en panne, les jours restants une odeur de moisissure atroce. Nous avions beau le dire à la réception mais en vain ... Le technicien n'est pas passé et pas de relogement. En résumé le voyage était quand même plutôt positif et le personnel très sympathique et très accueillant.

I arrived on a Saturday evening, told there was an electrical issue with my room and needed to move me to their sister hotel, 20 minute taxi ride away (& further away from chania), having looked at the map, & seeing how far it was, nothing much around it, I told them it wasn’t acceptable, that I had booked the hotel in October (staying June), and I booked that hotel due to the location on the main road and I could head out at night on my own and feel safe! They ‘found’ me a room, 312, which was at the top of the stairs, near the lift & over reception entrance so would hear all the noise, it wasn’t the room I booked, it was a basic room & I booked & paid for deluxe, I came back to reception & they moved me to room 405, much better and the room I had booked, bigger and brighter! So from having no rooms, to having 2 rooms!! I do feel as a solo traveller they thought they could do that to me!! The hotel is nice, reviews about the food are a bit harsh, I’m a bad eater & always managed to eat, the serving dishes were small which meant they run out, but meant it was topped up regularly with fresh food, the flavours of the food were nice & good variety, negative was that it wasn’t always hot, so found myself eating quickly, could have done with a microwave like a lot of Spanish places do. Even if all inc, I recommend dinner at MISTOS across the road for sunset, but you need to book, great views, food and staff! Also Hugsy’s for an after dinner drink!
