Horrible place on going construction is loud holes everywhere in walls lamps are broke not phones a guest spotted a rat on June 6 in 215 roaches are everywhere fridges don't work a few rooms don't have a fridge or microwave staff has a attitude and treat guest like they are nothing and talk to them any way lil man in big truck thinks he's tough and can talk to females any way he likes he's not professional at all cleaning lady doesn't clean rooms on a regular and complains there's no work furnure is old and out dated pool is full of nothing but rocks trash everywhere water pressure sucks extending stay guests can't reserve

My previously reserved the location without seeing it in person when I got there there was vomit on the hallway floor on the second floor leading to my room that I had reserved when I entered the room there was no secondary lock which I felt very unsafe for myself and my children needless to say I did not stay at the location and was not given any type of refund due to my inconvenience I would never recommend this place it is really gone downhill and the pool is full cement and dirt really run down.

Room was sufficient. Had big hole in wall and told Manager. Got my deposit back (thank you). Bath tub faucet not secure to wall. A lot a of building materials around parking/property area. Otherwise one night stay was good. JD

Charge me again for night on my credit card because I paid for it in my with my credit card,,cockroaches, toilet was about to over flow when flushed toilet, graffiti in the room, I should have taken a picture of it, refrigerator wasn't cold enough, I frustrated because of the check in because I paid for it in May $115 and charged me again for $97.15 . That hotel needs to be Fumigation complete. It's nice to near the casino for a room to stay. I'm not very happy with it yesterday.. I will fight to get my remibruise $$$ back because that's not right

We rented a room for 1 night on New Year's Eve to go to the casino. It was less then 5 minutes away we took a Lyft for $5 The guy at the front desk was nice and check in was easy. Room was clean and smelled fine. You can tell it has been remodeled. Beds were good too. We were not going to stay there because on some of the reviews but glad we gave it a chance and yes we would stay there again.

This property was horrible. It didnt look anything like the photos. The chairs were torn. The dresser drawers were broken. The air conditioner was damaged. The window was broken. There was graffiti written on the walls. I was supposed to get a rollaway bed. They didnt have any at all. I stayed in the casino to early morning hours to avoid being in that room. Not to mention thw towels dirty. I have pictures to post to back up my saying.

Clerk was very friendly. He let us check in a little early which was nice. The smoke free room were literally smoke free. There was absolutely, no cigarette smell whatsoever which was nice and unusual. It was clean I must say. It was quiet and no one hanging or walking around while we stayed there. We gelt pretty safe staying there. The only thing we could say is that it can use some fresh paint, new furniture and the mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Another good point is that it is one of the closest hotels to Yaamava casino.

Customer service was great. The room was very clean. I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a nice room. I will be renting it again for New Year’s Eve. Had a wonderful time. Pillows were nice and fluffy. Nice comforter with a nice warm blanket. Slept very good.

Ordered a room for my parents for the weekend. Thought with the overall rating that it would be a livable and contain basic hospitality. The room they provided my parents was run down, the roof literally collapsing, all seats covered in black gunk, bathroom unclean and smelled horrible (all on video they showed me). My parents went to the front desk to get another room but they rudely addressed my parents and insisted they stay in that room because there were none else left. The only thing that got them a different room was a maid that was nearby and heard the discussion, the new room wasn't a wreck, but still wasn't properly clean. This new room had unclean towels mildewing and mattresses that didn't have proper support, with the plastic still on it! I would not recommend anyone to come here. I was extremely embarrassed and distraught that I even looked at this place as a viable option for stay.

There was absolutely, no cigarette smell whatsoever which was nice and unusual. It was clean I must say. It was quiet and no one hanging or walking around while we stayed there. We gelt pretty safe staying there. The only thing we could say is that it can use some fresh paint, new furniture and the mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Another good point is that it is one of the closest hotels to Yaamava casino.

Clerk was very friendly. He let us check in a little early which was nice. The smoke free room were literally smoke free. This hotel is not at all how it looks in the pictures. It’s in an unsafe area and I did not feel safe at all. The hotel charges for everything including the use of the tv remote. I really am surprised that Expedia provided their users with this hotel option. Please think twice before booking.

We rented a room for 1 night on New Year's Eve to go to the casino. It was less then 5 minutes away we took a Lyft for $5 The guy at the front desk was nice and check in was easy. Room was clean and smelled fine. You can tell it has been remodeled. Beds were good too. We were not going to stay there because on some of the reviews but glad we gave it a chance and yes we would stay there again.

It was just bad, didn't know what I was getting into pics looked great, the room was dirty no carpet, no closet, things were once on the wall just ripped off and bare marks with scars from previous shelves or whatever. Pretty sure there were bed bugs, area did not feel safe people hanging out in the parking lot, no elevator stairs only on the end and room was in the middle

Extremely bad neighborhood. Cops with sirens driving by all night long. Place is ran down. Soft spots in the floor. Not really clean. If you have to stay in this area, pay the extra an go stay at Yaamava.

Points for the room being very clean. Bed was comfortable and the linens were great. Got back to room at 11:30 pm after seeing a concert to NO HOT WATER! Reported it at checkout and was told another room reported the same. Manager said she had “done something and it should be working now”. When I reminded her that doesn’t help me since I was checking out, she said “oh, I’m sorry”. No coffee maker. No chair at the desk. No microwave except the communal one in the “lobby”. No Kleenex. A/C worked great but was super loud. TV volume would inexplicably go from inaudible to super loud and back again.
