The rooms the first night and morning had NO hot water for showers. The second night there was a private party being held directly below our rooms, this made for a very unpleasant stay

This hotel is set on stunning grounds, beautiful buildings, friendly staff. Major setbacks for such a stunning hotel, by appearance. Shower water was only tolerable, it was cold. The buffet breakfast, supposed to be hot, was totally cold. There was absolutely no attempts to keep it hot or warm. The room refrigerator was pathetic, i couldn't find a temperature adjustment, it didn't keep things much colder than room temperature. Extremely disappointed by something that looked so beautiful
