Super hotel in incredibly central location. If it had a bar for an early or late drink after a long hot day it would be unbeatable. Breakfast was excellent and all staff super friendly and helpful.

The location is exceptional. The staff was great, rooms very nice and clean. No real amenities, but that is clear in the description, and for me not a negative since I have no use of a pool or gym.

Absolutely beautiful property thoughtfully renovated down to every detail. Architect and designer dream. Staff was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Breakfast was generous and beautifully served on the patio. Surprisingly quiet since right next door to the cathedral but was wonderful to be so close and easy to get to restaurants. Only con was needing to park our car in the public car park and there are steps so be prepared if driving. Can call a taxi to take you to hotel if desired and they have access to the hotel front door. Overall would highly recommend!

Loved my choice of hotel. Location was fabulous and the hotel itself is lovely. Courtyard breakfast is a la carte which suits me as hotel buffet breakfasts are all the same! Really peaceful in the courtyard. The staff throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful

We love that this property is just steps away to the Cathedral, Royal Palace, Passeig Born (the major shopping area), Hop On Hop Off, the Moll, etc. It is a small hotel and basically addresses most of our needs. Rooms are nice and clean. We had problems, however, entering the area with a rental car initially as negotiating the streets is tricky with googlemaps. We would strongly advise guests to park at the PMI parking right where the Royal Palace staircase ends on Antoni Maura and exit from Antoni Maura (when in the garage). There is parking elevator on this end. Parking at the Parc del Mar parking is an option but is a much longer walk through many stairs at the Cathedral area to the hotel. For someone with walking issues, this is hard. If taking the cab from the airport, this is an easier option as they are allowed into Palau Reial street. This hotel is comfortable for most. Breakfast is optional. We would love to stay here again if we visit PMI again.

Can Cirera is a beautiful, peaceful retreat in the heart of the busy Palma old town right next to the cathedral. The staff is wonderfully welcoming and helpful - suggesting and booking restaurant reservations. The cafe is in a beautiful outdoor setting and breakfast delicious. Location is perfect for walking old town. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was lovely, very well renovated. The parking if you rent a car is an issue and the arrival or departure with your baggage is kind of a hustle, that is something they should explain better, more details cause they shared them with us after arrival. On the other hand beware if the floor in the backyard is wet, very slippery.

Maria at the front desk was amazing! Gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even helped us book a boat tour. Had a great time at the hotel. The parking situation wasn’t my favorite but everything is walkable.

Es war lediglich ein wenig laut, da unser Fenster zur Strasse zeigte. War allerdings kein Grund um nicht schlafen zu können. Zimmer nicht sehr groß aber vollkommen ausreichend und sehr sauber. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Danke!

Amazing location - across the road from the Palace and the Cathedral. Managed to see the King of Spain who was leaving the palace at the same time we left the hotel. Able to walk to an amazing beach, harbour for a boat trip and in the central location for everything in Palma. Hotel was charming and spotless, breakfast was excellent and staff were all brilliant.

Die Lage an direkt an der Kathedrale sowie die Nähe zum Zentrum sind sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist im mallorcibischen Stil einfach und schlicht, aber sehr schön. Leider konnten wir die Klimaanlage erst nicht selbst steuern, und haben die erste Nacht bei 18 Grad verbracht. Auch die Nächte danach war es nicht viel besser, aber immerhin wärmer. Leider wae auch der Safe defekt, wobei sich das Team vom Hotel sehr zeitnah um einen tragbaren Ersatz gekümmert hat. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber, und auch das Team vor Ort hat sich viel Mühe gegeben.

Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend!

We saw a few ants near the coffee area, despite being told there weren’t any — likely due to Palma’s ant issue. Our bathroom didn’t match the photos (no shower door), and with towels only changed every two days for eco reasons, it didn’t make sense with water splashing everywhere. Thankfully, the staff was kind and gave us an extra towel. Minor issues, but we’d still gladly return!

Hotel Can Cirera was the perfect choice for our preferences: location is centric, next to the Cathedral and access to the historic heart of the city; the hotel itself is completely renovated, the courtyard, cafeteria, parlor and our individual room were in excellent condition; our room was quiet, ample for two persons, the bathroom shower does need work and the walls need shelves and clothes hooks; a final strength was the staff, the receptionists were exceptionally attentive and personable at all hours, the room maintenance person was friendly and kept our room tidy and clean. All in all, we couldn’t have been more pleased. We thank Hotel Can Cirera for our superb 8-day stay in Palma!!!

Arrived at property with friends for a city break. Hotel positioned next to Palma Cathedral and a former Palace in an area with many shops, restaurants and places of interest a short walk away. On arrival our friend’s room was ready but ours wasn’t which was fine given we had arrived early. Our room was a city view as requested and although listed as “pure silence” some noise was experienced as the original windows are single glazed. We could hear tourists walking and talking as they passed by and the odd delivery vehicle and workers arriving very early in the morning (as early as 5:50am). However between about 11pm and 6am it was perfectly quiet. Our friends had a courtyard view and found their room to be silent. Rooms were modern and very clean with old world charm such as original ceilings and windows. Great shower and comfy beds in good sized rooms. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel felt secure with key card entry to main doors as well as rooms and 24/7 reception. We did not add breakfast to our booking via the travel company as it was expensive in our view at around 23euros pppd however I believe that if you book the hotel direct then breakfast is included. We ate breakfast at local cafes each morning until the day we left when we ate at the hotel. It’s not a buffet breakfast, rather a set menu. It included a pastry, meat, cheese, eggs, toast, yogurt with fruit, one coffee and one orange juice-plenty for two to share. Would we return? Yes we would!

However between about 11pm and 6am it was perfectly quiet. Our friends had a courtyard view and found their room to be silent. Rooms were modern and very clean with old world charm such as original ceilings and windows. Great shower and comfy beds in good sized rooms. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel felt secure with key card entry to main doors as well as rooms and 24/7 reception. We did not add breakfast to our booking via the travel company as it was expensive in our view at around 23euros pppd however I believe that if you book the hotel direct then breakfast is included. We ate breakfast at local cafes each morning until the day we left when we ate at the hotel. It’s not a buffet breakfast, rather a set menu. It included a pastry, meat, cheese, eggs, toast, yogurt with fruit, one coffee and one orange juice-plenty for two to share. Would we return? Yes we would!

Beautiful hotel next to Cathedral. Staff are extremely kind and attentive, particularly Mari Carmen on reception and the lady on the breakfast terrace. Our room was located on the ground floor overlooking the street so people visiting the cathedral and the horse carriages could be heard but this was not a problem. We loved the location and outlook and would certainly stay here again when visiting Palma.

Stop your search and BOOK THIS PROPERTY! This property is ideally located in Old Town and convenient to anything you could ask for in Palma. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Mary's dinner suggestions were outstanding and made our experience that much better. The rooms are quiet and the bed alone made it difficult to even get up in the morning! THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Breakfast options are extensive and are a la carte and served until around 11am so there was no pressure to eat on site or rush to get up in the morning. All shopping streets and surrounding neighborhoods are less than 20 mins on foot and it's totally safe to walk around at night (even on the dark, winding, alleys!)

Fabulous hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were so helpful and even carried a very heavy case down the stairs to the taxi rank. The hotel is beautiful and the room decor and facilities first rate. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to extract yourself from it. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Værelset var ikke klar da vi ankom. Det ville være færdigt om en halv time. Da vi kom tilbage efter 45 min. Sagde de at det var klart om 15 min. Desuden havde vi betalt for morgenmad. Det viste sig at der kun var 1 kop kaffe med i prisen. Dette fik vi ikke oplyst, før vi skulle tjekke ud. Vi betalte derfor for 3 ekstra kopper kaffe. Dette er ikke ok.

If there was a rating higher than 5 I would gladly give it. Excellent renovated facilities yet maintaining the historic character of the area, next to landmarks of Palma and the center. The staff, including Marianna, the manager, was incredibly helpful, polite and pleasant, giving out a ton of tips for exploring the area as a local. I will definitely go back. Thanks for everything!

A truly wonderful stay! The staff was incredible, our room was beautiful, and the location you can’t beat. I am forgetting the receptionists name but she was amazing. So friendly and helped us with so many recommendations around the island. We have already recommended this hotel to friends visiting Palma next summer!

This is a gorgeous hotel that is literally located directly between the big cathedral and the royal palace. The staff was phenomenal and the breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location - across the road from the Palace and the Cathedral. Managed to see the King of Spain who was leaving the palace at the same time we left the hotel. Able to walk to an amazing beach, harbour for a boat trip and in the central location for everything in Palma. Hotel was charming and spotless, breakfast was excellent and staff were all brilliant.

Fantastisk rehabilitert kloster midt i smørøyet av gamlebyen! Nærmeste nabo til katedralen. I andre etasje er det balkong og tilgang til herskapelig fellesstue. Frokosten kommer fra den økologiske gården til eieren og meget gode alternativ å velge mellom. Frokosten nytes i klostergården.

Absolutely beautiful property thoughtfully renovated down to every detail. Architect and designer dream. Staff was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Breakfast was generous and beautifully served on the patio. Surprisingly quiet since right next door to the cathedral but was wonderful to be so close and easy to get to restaurants. Only con was needing to park our car in the public car park and there are steps so be prepared if driving. Can call a taxi to take you to hotel if desired and they have access to the hotel front door. Overall would highly recommend!

We stayed for one night only. The hotel, room and service was excellent and the bed was very comfy. However for 4* I would have liked my 2nd coffee and orange juice at breakfast for free instead of being charged for.

Loved my choice of hotel. Location was fabulous and the hotel itself is lovely. Courtyard breakfast is a la carte which suits me as hotel buffet breakfasts are all the same! Really peaceful in the courtyard. The staff throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful

Arrived at property with friends for a city break. Hotel positioned next to Palma Cathedral and a former Palace in an area with many shops, restaurants and places of interest a short walk away. For the price of a room - pretty basic with no bath amenities - one would expect a decent breakfast included. No lobby or lounge to speak of. You are paying for the location.

The hotel is very central, no car needed. Gabriel was really helpful and asked for feedback on the places he recommended. The rest of the staff was nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. No shampoo & walls are really thin. I could head the room next door like they were in my room.

It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.

The location (right behind La Seu Cathedral of Palma) is perfect. The building the hotel is in was built in the 15th century and has been in the Cirera family for 300 years. This history is visible in the hotel while still looking very well maintained and polished. The design of the rooms fit very well with the history of the building. The service of the receptionist Marie was very nice. She was very welcoming, calm and accomodating. She personally guided us to her room while telling us all about the history of the hotel. She also facilitated a later checkout for us while it was a busy weekend. The breakfast options (a la carte or a tasting of a bit of everyting) were really nice and tasted super fresh. We highly recommend a stay in this hotel!
