Disappointing Experience – Not Even Close to 4 Stars I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite being listed as a 4-star property, it didn’t even meet basic expectations. Service: Upon arrival, there was no welcome or any friendly interaction from the front desk. The staff didn’t speak English, which made even basic communication difficult. This was a huge issue for me, especially when trying to resolve problems with the room. Room Conditions: The room was dirty, with no lights working. After reporting this, the staff eventually came to replace the bulb. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a broken tap and overall filthiness. To top it off, there was no hot water for a day, and we were left without water entirely for a period. Food & Drinks: We booked all-inclusive, but the food and drink situation was a joke. Breakfast had very limited options, and when we arrived at 8:30 AM (with breakfast until 9 AM), they told us everything was finished. There was also no alcohol included in the all-inclusive package; we were only given wine, and any beer or other spirits came with an extra charge. This was a major letdown considering we paid for all-inclusive. Wi-Fi & Amenities: Wi-Fi wasn’t free; we had to pay an additional €5 per day for access, which is not acceptable in this day and age. There were many broken amenities in the hotel, making it clear that maintenance was not a priority.

This property is well-liked by long-term local lodgers. Even Russians were there. But it would be abhorrent for European tourists. Expedia CANNOT RATE as four four-star. Locally it is rated as a 3-star hotel. It had a home-size pool and full board food served under 1.5 windows in the morning, afternoon and evening. It is well known for the dissatisfaction locally. Worst stay ever, though the workers worked hard to provide, but failed in service & hospitality. Don't expect the neon light display in reality- it is a local lodge. Cheap and cheerful.

The hotel was closed for renovations, but my reservation and payment had already been processed. Showed up around midnight for a late check in, and the place looked like an abandoned building.
