The rooms look nothing like the pictures. There is no check in or staff on site. It's just a computer kiosk. They refused to print a receipt and said to get it from the third party site. Third party site said the property should have given me an itemized receipt.

I like the location. Near bus line to the airport. They have a screen that you interact with a customer service person from the Philippines. But they were very nice and helpful. My room reeked of stale marijuana. Someone had been smoking in there and they rented out the room without airing it out adequately. I opened the windows and ran the fan on high all night so it was barely tolerable. But the stale marijuana odor had gone into the walls and everywhere. It was a non-smoking room.

Always a great stay at Mylo. Everything works, the housekeeping does an impeccable job at cleaning and resetting the room. When checking in, there is a virtual staff member (imagine walking in to a lobby and video chatting with a staff person to check in. literally how they do it here.) there is one live person available but check in is handled quite well on a "facetime" style interaction. Parking is 10 dollars per night and u get assigned spot inside the area. quiet at night, unless u have a rowdy next door. walls are thin. can hear conversations of neighboring rooms.

Honestly I couldn’t suggest this place to anyone unless you’re looking for a very quick place to sleep and then go. Price wise it was the best we could find in the area but I had to cancel two of my nights because we couldn’t handle the floor anymore… it had a permanent stickiness to it. It was a rubber flooring… never seen anything like it in a hotel. Makes you need to wear shoes while walking around. The chair in the room literally created circle indentations into it from prior guests. The blinds were broken in our first room so people could look into the room from the street: we switched rooms and those blinds didn’t to all the way down but we dealt with it. Walls were pretty thin so could hear the people next to us and above us. There was a conjoining door between us and the room next to us that didn’t have a deadbolt or lock on our side so it gave a sense that the other room was in control of it staying locked…? (Maybe they didn’t, but still felt weird). They had a kitchenette in the room but no provided utensils and no way of cleaning any of the provided dishes they did give. Parking is designated but it was about $11 a night.
