The staff is really kind and helpful! The “two sisters” at the reception, Charlie at the buffet were very nice. The buffet is very good and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The only downside is the spa is not hot (if you pay for premium) and we didn’t really enjoy the pools because we were outside all day during our stay. I wouldn’t recommend to pay for the premium pools in September. It is not worth it while there is no as much people who are staying there at the end of the high season.

Room was clean and tidy. Great air conditioning. Hotel was excellent. Choice of food was very good. Only downside was having to leave after 7 very relaxing days.

Overall, this is a great hotel, but there are a few things to keep in mind before booking. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised free parking. Unfortunately, what they don't make clear is that there are only five parking spots available. If those are full, you'll have to find street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, which can be inconvenient if you're coming back late. Another issue was the air conditioning. It wasn't working properly during our stay. We reported it to the front desk, and although they said they would look into it, nothing was done to resolve the problem. Aside from those issues, we had a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, and the pool was a nice place to relax. Overall, it's a good hotel, but I think they should be more transparent about the parking situation and improve their responsiveness to maintenance concerns.
