L'hotel è molto spartano, senza personale alla reception la sera, quindi se manca qualcosa non c'è nessuno a cui chiedere. La manutenzione è scarsa, il tubo della doccia era rotto. Ci hanno lasciato solo un asciugamano per il corpo a testa, niente asciugamano per il viso e niente asciugamano per il pavimento dopo la doccia. La colazione è molto semplice. La persona che serviva la colazione e che era alla reception al check-out è stata molto gentile. Il prezzo è alto rispetto al servizio offerto. Per il prezzo pagato, ci sono hotel a quattro stelle di livello decisamente superiore.

Broken toilet flush, mould in bathroom/shower. Bed had been slept in previously and not changed - enough said. Hotel was empty - and for good reason - paid for breakfast but none available and no one around - never again

El hotel en general está bien, es agradable y el personal es amable. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y luminosas y la ubicación está muy bien. Cerca hay un centro comercial llamado AFI muy moderno y con todos los servicios que necesitas. El hotel está cerca del transporte público, muy bien conectado. La parte negativa: el mantenimiento no está nada bien. Mi habitación no estaba limpia, la moqueta estaba bastante sucia y la sensación era de no haber pasado una escoba o aspiradora en meses. La cama estaba limpia y bien cambiada, por lo cual no entiendo por qué el suelo no estaba limpio. Aún así, la estancia estuvo bien y el hotel está bien.

It was terrible.we booked this so called hotel at 18.32 and we have arrived at hotel 20.05.by the time we arrived they already locked frint door .thats why we can not check in and we booked another hotel.and we tried to reach by phone no answer even expedia tried to call them no answer.we are waiting full refund....

The room is spotless. Amazing cleaning lady. Close to a big shopping mall with a big food court. It is not close to the city centre. About 30 mins walk. Breakfast is available at a very reasonable price. Receptionist is not always there. Better to tell them your expected check in time.
