Reserved non smoking but room smelt of smoke. Pictures show pool it was filled with dirt and grass. Refrigerator didn’t work good ruined. Had to find towel when asked for on the second night. No room service came to clean our room. Loud music at 6 am on a Saturday morning from parking lot. Women standing outside our window talking loud at 1:30 am.

The motel is in serious need of repairs and updates. Evening check in makes it clear that it is not a safe neighborhood which is an ominous beginning to a stay in a new location.

Whoever owns the property should take the title quality off the sign improperly staffed and the maintenance person should not be allowed to do anything because they have no idea what they are doing, the cleaning people are just as sloppy as the room is

So when I got there to check in it was about 3:40 I stood in the lobby for 5-10 nobody gave a little hello… nothing then I looked the hotel up online to call I could hear the phone ringing then the lady come out to check me in once she came out she was pleasant and check in was quick and easy you can tell it’s a little old but not too bad everything was fine the rod in the bathroom look like it was pulled down so water did get all over the floor and then I found someone’s eyelash at the top of the shower… the bed however was very comfortable and cozy over all minor things good be change but good stay I would go back

I didn’t like it the room smelt dusty. The shower curtain was moldy the head board was dirty the bathroom wasn’t clean. Not a good stay wouldn’t recommend to anybody

This was definitely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve experienced in my entire life. It was a disaster and super overpriced for this place. It should be shut down I was bit up. I see burn marks everywhere I couldn’t go to sleep too easily I seen bugs. I seen the manager when I went to check in have a chain on the door to lock himself in because he was in fear of people getting in to do a robbery. This hotel should be banned from Expedia or any other forum at all. I would like a full refund and compensation for the hell at this place, and the force advertisement of stars.

The rating on the hotel does not match up I felt like I was at a hotel for backpage meet and greet. The furniture was dirty the blanket looked dirty the sink and tub had dirt in it a totaled disappointment!

The room was booked at like 8pm that night which I thought was a great deal except when I hit direction to the hotel it was in another state from where I was so I reached out to hotel.com and even the hotel where I paid for the stay they kept saying you need to reach out to hotel for cancellation but the hotel would say you need to reach out to hotel.com we where tired after the drive here just wanted to rest. But after purchasing a room again cause the app wasn’t any help nor the hotel now this is a $104 we are talking about and had to spend another $107 just to get somewhere to sleep and on the phone between the hotel and hotel.com say give them 72 hours to look in into their saying there is nothing they can do can’t reach the hotel…..,,well I say that is stealing from their customer and poor customer service

This was definitely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve experienced in my entire life. It was a disaster and super overpriced for this place. It should be shut down I was bit up. I see burn marks everywhere I couldn’t go to sleep too easily I seen bugs. I seen the manager when I went to check in have a chain on the door to lock himself in because he was in fear of people getting in to do a robbery. This hotel should be banned from Expedia or any other forum at all. I would like a full refund and compensation for the hell at this place, and the force advertisement of stars.

Front desk staff not very friendly ir welcoming. Bathroom was dirty, hair in the sink, swimming pool filled in with dirt.(pictured). Nit much around.

I like the Quality Inn hotel very very clean no bugs I love that The front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff was wonderful Sometimes I travel alone and I need to feel safe anywhere I go I felt very safe in your hotel and will be letting ppl know I love the hotel But I am spoiled with a new reconstruction of my own bathroom at my house so that was the only disappointment of my whole trip. The location from the event I was attending was great only 10 miles from the Seven Springs Winery You might want to get in touch with the owner and work out an advertisement get together BUT FIX THE BATHROOM FIRST & I would do an tub to shower conversion for the bathroom

The room was clean the king's size room had a table in it. For 2, almost like it used to have 2 queen-sized beds in there. But then they switched it to one bed. So they added the table had a refrigerator iron. Irony, board, microwave coffee pot.Uh, crappy little soap bar only got one. The lobby staff behind the counter. If you don't expect a lot, you won't be disappointed. Breakfast in the morning was good. Typical. Make your own waffle, kellogg, cereals, real milk, no fresh fruit, though. Only real problem I had was the window curtain. Didn't block the light at the window, so I had to shield by eyes from light in the room. Overall was a decent stay.I would probably stay there again.
