The Hollywood Franklin Hotel near Universal Studios

Trevlig personal.Bra frukost men dyr.Ligger nära till många sevärdheter.Man får säga till om man vill ha rummet städat.Var lite för kallt i rummet och AC lät för mycket.Men överlag bra hotell med bra läge!

We paid about $50 in fees when we arrived that were not mentioned in the booking. It is a cute place, but we wont be back. Pricing should be laid out up front.

Our recent stay was unpleasant to say the least. Upon checking in, the man at the counter was unfriendly. The room had an odor, the furniture had not been cleaned well and the wifi didn't work the entire time. Upon notifying staff that the wifi wasn't working, we were told "sorry, we've never had a problem with that room before". Reviews for this hotel were mixed. Save your money, and stay somewhere else.

Love this classic old Hollywood spot for our Pantages shows. Easy access, great valet services (Hi Fred), and personable customer service. Max recognizes us every time and is so accommodating. Great onsite cafe with a fantastic true cappuccino and fresh daily bakery items. This was probably our fifth or so stay here & we love it. Walk to the theatre. Fantastic, safe location.

The decor is awesome. The restaurant and bar are so cool looking. Breakfast was good but didn't love dinner. Bar closes at midnight.
