We had a wonderful view with great accommodations. Only strange feature was a timer on the air conditioning that could only be set for 6 hours, so you would wake up in the early morning to a hot room. It was very nice for the price.

Even though it was pretty outside, the room itself was dated. Nothing was modern, especially the small bathroom. You could barely fit through. They only had a 42-inch TV in the living room, which you could barely see, and it was not what the pictures described online, which was very misleading. I was very disappointed in the room.

There were a few items in the room that needed repair. The main sofa bed was not functional, appeared very old, and was not very clean. It did not feel safe to sleep on. Additionally, one of the dining chairs had a loose leg, making it unsafe to sit on. Fortunately, we noticed the issue before one of our children used it. Overall, our stay was okay, but the property and room could use more maintenance and care. We were expecting the level of Hawaiian hospitality and attention to detail that we have experienced elsewhere, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard. With some repairs and a little more TLC, the guest experience could be greatly improved.

We had two rooms, 1 was great, the other (particularly for the price) was not at all great. we had a 1 room, 2nd floor unit, nicely appointed, clean, well kept, a basic assortment of amenities, like 1/2 dozen simple spices, etc) - coded door lock was a nice touch when going to the beach (and not wanting to keep track of a key) the other a 4th floor 2 br unit, it seems like an old dorm room the end of a school year, I didn't think paper towels could be this poor quality, minimal kitchen, a physical key, and a TV, that seem left over from the pre internet age.
