Maui Sunset A-322

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Plumbing problems, maintenance came within the hour to repair. The beach view was good! The pool was nice! Parking was always available.

Location and view from balcony perfect. Seemed to have all amenities but didn’t really use kitchen.

Room was spacious, clean and convenient located. Only down side was there were no Kleenex boxes

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The view from the balcony was excellent for whale watching. The resort had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

condo had the following problems; 1 toilet in the master bathroom had a fill issue with the flapper valve not sealing so that the toilet would never stop turning off I had to re set the flapper valve every time it was flushed. 2. Unit had a bad Cockroach infestation kitchen and bathroom when the dishwasher was used they would be crawling all over the newly washed dishes we had to re wash them, & by the garbage bins. When we went to the bathroom saw cockroaches crawling along the corner of the floor. I can see old pills under the vanity a pink one, white one. 3 air conditioners would shut off and can only be set at 72degrees or it will over heat and need to be reset 4. Air conditioner in living room condensation was leaking to unit below a maintenance worker came out to repair it 5. Floor in the unit was not cleaned I stepped on a piece of glass that drew blood when I pulled it out we cleaned the floor and found more glass shrouds, and on the floors. 6 front door safety chain was broken therefore not able to safety lock the door from the inside. We informed Summer management for Maui Sunset of all the issues during our stay.
