Melide On The Lake for 4 - Happy Rentals

Beautiful view on the lake, well located, however the furniture in the appartment is old and in poor condition.

1. fungus and mold in bathroom 2. Broken shower head 3. Water doesn’t drain 4. The WiFi doesn’t work in the bedrooms 5. No microwave like advertised 6. Ite 85F. No fan. No AC. No ventilation 7. No garbage bags- which they said are provided for sorting trash or I would be charged . No Washing detergent for dishwasher or any amenity 8. All the pillow have been washed so many times that there are hard balls in them. 9. The 3 dining chairs are filthy 10, the leather on the sofa is all over the sofa and sticks to everyone When we reached out to the property management they didn’t respond. Only after I complained to Vrbo they reached out. And were stern and rude. They have too many properties and don’t care about taking your money and then giving you ultimatums and not the value or space promised. They offered us an alternative place that was half the size (1 less bedroom and no parking) and half the square footage without any compensation. And when I protested, they closed the case on me. Filthy apartment. We had a 2 year old and we had to sleep with no clothes on as it was more then 85F and there were no fans or air conditioners. We were miserable. Hot and sweating and then only option tk shower was a moldy bathroom where the water didn’t drain. When we complained they could have sent a crew to clean or sent us fans. They don’t care. They didn’t do anything. Just told us that cleaning crew was not available- for 3 days!! I wasted 900 dollars

Die Lage ist sehr gut und der beschriebene Balkon bietet einen tollen Blick. Die Balkonmöbel sind allerdings eine Katastrophe und Suchvorgänge der Wohnung müsste was gemacht werden.
