The room was very nice and we did have a some what relaxing night. We couldnt fivhre out how to get the shower to turn on at first, check in was easy and the man was very nice. The only complaint i have is the people either above or behind us were loud and banging Till around midnight. And i had to hop out the jetted tub which is the main reason i got the room pretty quickly and reshower due to the fact of when the jets turned on a bunch of brown flakes blew into my clean water.

The room was good, nice size bathroom, great shower, excellent water pressure. No ice machine on the 2nd floor, only elevator is located at the end of the floor. No breakfast, just coffee only.

Very limited parking. The blow-dryer hadn't been wiped off in a long time. The shower curtain didn't prevent water from getting all over the floor.

I wasn't able to stay at this hotel due to a guest breaking the hot tub and not telling the staff prior to leaving. When I arrived to check in the manager explained everything and was extremely apologetic. He cancelled my reservation for me and I was not charged. We will be trying them again on our next trip to Augusta.

Everything we great except one thing. We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and the water came out rusty. The bed and bathroom were clean. It was quiet. Nice bed. Had a TV. The promote wasn't paired but the front dest fixed it quickly. The shower was great. We had no other issue at all other than the jacuzzi but that could have been a number of issues honestly. I was impressed otherwise.

The front desk staff were very nice, but unable to check me in at first due to wifi issues that were being worked on at the time. I came back 30 minutes later as asked to do and they got me in a room, but couldn't provide a key due to the same wifi issues. I was told someone would let me in the room. When I went to the room, 3 cleaners were congregating in the small hallway. They opened my room for me to find a used tissue on the floor by the bed, the toilet filled with toilet paper and it could not flush, stains (hoping theyre stains and not just unwashed) on washcloth, perfume bottle and trash beyind night stand, black specks on bed, 1 pillow stained and without a pillow case, dirt in corners of room and carpet.... juat generally did not look lile ot had been cleaned at all. I was in a rush and had to drop my belongings off and head out to my worl engagement so I did not speak to staff about this immediately. I will not be back until late in the night and Im dreading going to sleep in this place. Would not recommend. Will be booking a 2nd night somewhere else.

The checkin was smooth and the manger was pleasant. However, the elevator and the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled of cat urine (which was ironic as this was not a pet friendly hotel). The air conditioner worked great but the bead was hard as a rock and there was a dead cockroach in our bathroom.

My first assigned room had mold all on the Curtain Floor and furniture. Smell very bad. They switched me to another room which still smell bad but was a lot cleaner, although the sheets had stains. The toilet seat was very dirty. The staff was Accommodating to the best of their ability to clean that room and change out only the fitted sheet. (thankfully, I brought my own blanket). The hot tub didn’t have hot water it was coming out warm. Overall, this is an older property and needs a total makeover. They could be cleaner.

The man at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly; this was our first trip to Augusta and he gave us some good suggestions. They had Roku TV which was different but we liked it. The beds were nice, got a good nights sleep. The hotel was located in a good spot for us, a little off the highway so we didn't hear traffic noise.

Noisy bed and noisy walls. The first night, I couldn’t sleep because it sounded like some idiot decided to play basketball all night in the room right above me. I complained to the front desk at about 4am. He said he didn’t hear anything, but would report it to the manager. It got better, but it was still quite noisy

The motel lady couldn’t find the reservation for about 15min, she apparently didn’t start with the obvious, my son’s name which is who the reservation was under. She asked for the reservation number and kept saying it wasn’t there. Her English wasn’t great but start with the basics, name on the ID.

Hotel was super clean. No frills but super clean and staff was so amazing!!¡!!¡ Cleaning crew was on top of all of our needs. The front desk staff extended our stay by 1 night with no issue. Breakfast was decent to get your day going. Would definitely stay again.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When I checked in, I was asked for my ID. They never gave it back and when I called to have them mail it, they lied and said it was mailed. Called again a week later and was lied to again saying they would mail it. Called the next day to confirm it was mailed and they just hang up on me when I tell them my name and why I’m calling.

The people that run the place are so friendly and kind and would do anything possible to make your stay happy. It convenient and located near everything that you need. The beds are comfortable and everyone here is wonderful.

The room was comfortable but not the cleanest. I found roaches in the room and the carpet was clearly dirty. There is a weird smell in the hotel and poor ventilation. It is closed to gate 1 of fort Gordon which is very convenient. The pictures look much better than the room itself. I will say the staff is super friendly and very welcoming.

The room was comfortable but not the cleanest. I found roaches in the room and the carpet was clearly dirty. There is a weird smell in the hotel and poor ventilation. It is closed to gate 1 of fort Gordon which is very convenient. The pictures look much better than the room itself. I will say the staff is super friendly and very welcoming.

the water pressure in room 219 was amazing, took like 4 showers. bed was ok, pretty quiet, and donuts and pho hardees within a 3 minute walk.

Whenever I’m in town, I always choose Econo Lodge. Best prices, rooms, tvs and hot breakfast. Just got to get it before the working Latinos. They also are kinda lot when they are off work and in the morning. They get all the ice out the machines and it makes noise early in the mornings.

Was ok for what I needed as a local affected by hurricane Helene. Price reasonable excellent water pressure for warm shower no local tv but found a movie breakfast good all left was cereal and waffles definitely not a fancy nice hotel but did the job for 1 night stay with power and ac. A bit noisy trying to sleep

My shower didn’t work. There was no way to switch the water to shower. The breakfast was supposed to until 9:30, but there was nothing available at 9:15. I needed a baby crib. They do not provide anything to accommodate a 1 year old to sleep in. I asked for extra pillows instead- didn’t get that either.

There was a lot of hollering and doors slamming and smelled like someone was smoking weed in the hallways and slept terrible cause we didn't know what was happening with all the noise. Loud music and loud people in the hallway that kept us up from not able to sleep and we actually stopped to get a room cause we were tired from driving only to barley get rest.
