Hotel & rooms were clean and looked quite nice. But once in our room, we found that in the bathroom, two of the three installed bottles of body wash, shampoo, &, conditioner, were essentially empty Only had a tiny "bar" of soap for shower & sink. Of four bath towels provided, two were threadbare and frayed on the ends! There was no PW or I do for wifi given with checkin. When I called the front desk, the staff member was quite short &, ,impatient and the info she gave , TWICE, never got me connected. When we tried to view TV, it came up on multi-,view mode with multiple sound feeds and pixeckoutlated picture. Again, called for help and was told it would be several hours, after we were to check out

Upon arrival the main areas looked fantastic, clean, no smells. Kristie at the front desk was outstanding - courteous, welcoming, friendly. The room itself wasn’t bad, just okay. The beds were great but the pillows weren’t comfortable. Main issue for us were the walls - pretty thin so you could hear people walking in and out; it woke us up a handful of times. Size of the room was great,
