Luxury lower ground floor apartment street view

Stayed for work Monday - Thursday. The flat is nice and I found the customer service to be good though im not sure why you need to drop the keys off at the main office when you leave as there is a box with a sign next to it saying to leave keys in there at the entrance to the property. I did have a problem with having no hot water one night but it was quickly sorted out. I think the decoration of the apartment is fine but It could do with some new items such as the bed which had broken slats that gave way when I sat on them. The kitchen utensils/pans etc need to be replaced as they are not in good condition, several knives snapped and just put back in the draws & pans all scratched which isnt hygienic. The I parked in the free car park across the road which was fine didnt have trouble getting a space but you can tell you would have no chance in busier summer months. There is parking out the back of the property £10 a night. I didnt have a bad stay here but there are a few problems that could do with resolving. 6/10
