L'hôtel Ibis propose des chambres qui permettent d'ouvrir les valises. Les chambres étaient très propres, le personnel très accueillant et les petits déjeuner très fournis. Nous avons apprécié la localisation (proche de la station Takaracho qui dessert l'aéroport d'Haneda) et le quartier est très calme. Nous recommandons à 100%

I was given a really poor room - possibly the worst room in the hotel. They said it was because of high occupancy but I didn't see very many guests during my stay, therefore I am doubtful that was the case. As soon as I went into my room, there was this whirring high pitched noise - after heading to reception, the lady at the counter knew exactly want the issue was and literally placed ripped pieces of paper into the gaps of the window. If she clearly knew what the problem was, why is this not fixed? The room was clean enough except for the stains/mould on the shower curtains. Finally I was disappointed that they only provided local TV channels - no cable for the clearly international guests that come to this place. Suffice to say, I will not be staying here again. For the price I paid it was an awful stay.
