The hotel is very nice and clean and in a very nice position. The staff is very helpfull and always eager to help with any doubts or request. They provide you with a clean set of towels, pijama, slippers, and toothbrush/paste every day, which is really nice! On the down side it is quite impractical since you can't bring your luggage upstairs near your capsule (there is no space for luggage upstairs). But my bed was on floor 8 and my luggage was on floor 2, which was not very convenient if I forgot something in my bags, and being there only 1 elevator and no stairs to be used in the building it could take a long time before I reached the right floors, due to traffic within the hotel. Also, even if the lockers are quite big and can easily fit a big and a small lugguage, there is no space to open them without blocking other people from accessing their lockers. It is quite impractical if you have to reshuffle and organise your bags. There is a nice common room upstairs on floor 9, and you could use it to organise your luggage, but it is not ideal, since other people are also using the space to eat/work/organise their trip. Also, during my stay, aircon was very very cold on all floors, and especially on floor 9, which was sometimes freezing.

Muy limpio todo el hotel de cápsulas. Buena ubicación. Hay un 7 eleven a 2 minutos caminando. En el área común es cómodo, puedes comer o estar trabajando en la laptop y cargar tu celular al mismo tiempo. Un detalle es que solo hay un elevador y la zona de regaderas y lockers se encuentran en los pisos de abajo. Otro detalle que fue incómodo es que hay una cámara infrarroja en cada cápsula y un monitor de audio que hace ruido en la noche, hay que usar tapones para los oídos si eres de sueño ligero.

Really clean and quiet, but was difficult to get a shower or use to elevator with the number of people at the hotel. Would be nice if there were more of both. Locker space was also pretty crammed and hard to maneuver luggage in/out. I did love the top floor lounge a lot. Looking forward to staying here again on Monday.

Everything was great. The only thing is that elevator takes some time and it’s annoying that you have to clear your bed everyday from 10am-12pm as they clean. I was there 3 nights and would rather have left my stuff in my capsule and had the same sheets.

ラウンジにポットとか電子レンジとかコインランドリーがあればさらによかった。 ちなみにコンビニとコインランドリーは近くにあった。 外の騒音は気にならなかった。 一旦、カプセル内の荷物を撤収しなければならず面倒。 清掃しなくていいからそのまま置いときたかった。

Facility and staff were helpful and you’re able to drop off your luggage early, and store it there your last day. Amenities and stay were totally fine. It does feel a bit crowded in the evening and morning when everyone is trying to get ready. Waiting for the elevator can try your patience - since there’s only 1 for ~9floors. But that’s the people, and not the location. It is a capsule hotel, so mornings can be abruptly awoken if your neighbor doesn’t wake up from their alarm. Everyone else can hear it. Again- the people, not the location’s issue. I’ve never had an issue before with other people’s alarms waking me up at other capsule/hostle. It’s a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station. So if you have luggage, it’s inconvenient. There are plenty of taxi if you don’t want to deal with walking. Even the metro was about an 8min walk. It is in a bar area, but was totally safe.

Stayed here a few days ago. Was quick and easy but I do wish the locker area was bigger because it was hard to move large luggage around. Also would be great if there was more than one elevator

駅からのアクセスもよく、綺麗な設備で大変よかったです。宿泊カプセルもパーソナルスペースがしっかりと仕切られ、自分の空間を保つことができてよかったです。しかし清掃面において、カプセル内の髪の毛が気になりました。 清掃後の取り忘れなのかシーツ上に大量に髪の毛が見られました。新たにベッドメイキングされたものなのか、そのまま使い回しなのか、、また利用したいと思う分、残念でした。

Perfect introduction to a capsule hotel! Clean and spacious pods. Great location, walkable distance to centre of Shinjuku. Perfect for a cheap stay. My friend found that her back was aching after the stay because the mattress is thin and not the softest but this seems to be a theme with Japanese beds in general.

寝るだけであれば設備としては充分です。わかってはいましたが周囲の治安が悪すぎるので、到着が夜になる方にはおすすめしません。また、入ろうと思えば男性が簡単に入れてしまう作りなので、一階のシャワー室などは危険に感じました。清潔面では、カプセル内もちゃんと掃除してるのか？っていう感じのホコリや汚れがあって気になりました。

女1人で宿泊です 駅から徒歩だと夜も営業してるお店が多く通るのに少し勇気がいる雰囲気でしたが（新宿なので仕方ないとは思いますが） QRコードでスマートにチェックイン、食事スペースもあったり、共有の洗面台などはスタッフさんが拭いてくれていて気持ちよく利用できました！ 就寝スペースも綺麗で宇宙船のようでテンションあがりました 機会があれば、また利用したいと思います

I enjoyed my stay here. As a first timer in Japan this was definitely a cool experience. Every clean, and quiet. However, the only downfalls was that it was too hot in the pods. Once you close the shades at night it becomes really hot. And the beds are very hard. I felt like I was sleeping on a road. My back killed me. I felt like leaving because it was so hard. But other than that truly did like the cleanness and the details.

Fairly cheap and clean. Although only one lift for whole facility, have to wait some time. Sleep pods can be noisy making it hard to get proper sleep, people open the door/go to toilet multiple times each hour.

It's relatively close to Shinjuku station. The capsules are fine (like every 9H capsule). Unfortunately the lights for the main room are left on, so light comes around the blind. A bad choice given that they're theoretically measuring how well you sleep.

My daughter and I stayed one night for the novelty of it. The capsule itself was not uncomfortable, but there’s no air moving once you pull your shade down. The lights in the hallway are never dimmed, so it makes it difficult to sleep with the shade up. The sleep test mechanics make noise which can be distracting. The space was clean and easy to access.

Had a good stay surprisingly. First time at a capsule hotel and slept through the night. They do provide you earplugs so that is helpful. As a bigger person the space was actually wider than I thought, I did not feel claustrophobic. For one night it was perfect however staying for more than that, i think would cause more inconvenience as the lockers and shower rooms are on different floors from your capsule so bring everything you need with you to your capsule. There are washrooms on every floors though so that’s good. There was a bit of peeps struggling with the check in as it is all done in this touch screen, but there is one staff on stand by, just in case.

The pods felt very clean and quiet, I just wish the pillow was more comfortable. It felt like the pillow was a sack of beads. Otherwise convenient if you want a cheap place to stay. The locker room is quite small so keep that in mind if you have larger luggages as you arent allowed to bring it to the pod floors. It also does get crowded in the morning so time your check out with that in mind.

This was such a great place to stay for my first time in japan as a solo female traveler! Check in was super easy, the facilities were clean and generally amazing! Staff was really helpful and kind! The hotel is very close to the main areas of shinjuku but is in a lovely area near great food and interesting bars! The lockers here are also larger than other capsule properties, and i found that my checked bag could fit in it comfortable with room to still put stuff in. I really hope to come back on my next trip to japan, I had a great time and felt very safe my entire time here.

Facility and staff were helpful and you’re able to drop off your luggage early, and store it there your last day. Amenities and stay were totally fine. It does feel a bit crowded in the evening and morning when everyone is trying to get ready. Waiting for the elevator can try your patience - since there’s only 1 for ~9floors. But that’s the people, and not the location. It is a capsule hotel, so mornings can be abruptly awoken if your neighbor doesn’t wake up from their alarm. Everyone else can hear it. Again- the people, not the location’s issue. I’ve never had an issue before with other people’s alarms waking me up at other capsule/hostle. It’s a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station. So if you have luggage, it’s inconvenient. There are plenty of taxi if you don’t want to deal with walking. Even the metro was about an 8min walk. It is in a bar area, but was totally safe.

Had a good stay surprisingly. First time at a capsule hotel and slept through the night. They do provide you earplugs so that is helpful. As a bigger person the space was actually wider than I thought, I did not feel claustrophobic. For one night it was perfect however staying for more than that, i think would cause more inconvenience as the lockers and shower rooms are on different floors from your capsule so bring everything you need with you to your capsule. There are washrooms on every floors though so that’s good. There was a bit of peeps struggling with the check in as it is all done in this touch screen, but there is one staff on stand by, just in case.

Perfect introduction to a capsule hotel! Clean and spacious pods. Great location, walkable distance to centre of Shinjuku. Perfect for a cheap stay. My friend found that her back was aching after the stay because the mattress is thin and not the softest but this seems to be a theme with Japanese beds in general.

Great location! Close to good food and transport to the rest of Tokyo. Clean and neat. It gets a little busy in the morning when everyone has to access their luggage at the same time. So I recommend prepping the night before for your clothes for the day. You are sleeping close. The pod feels really private, but I was unlucky that one chose to have an alarm at 5:00 and snoozed for 30min. But that is what you get with this cheap price.

ラウンジにポットとか電子レンジとかコインランドリーがあればさらによかった。 ちなみにコンビニとコインランドリーは近くにあった。 外の騒音は気にならなかった。 一旦、カプセル内の荷物を撤収しなければならず面倒。 清掃しなくていいからそのまま置いときたかった。

館内全てが女性専用なので安心して利用できました。ベッドは硬めで、枕は低めです。施設自体は狭いのですが、カプセルの中は狭さを感じませんでした。ラウンジの雰囲気が良かったです。フリードリンクやお湯のポットが無いので、入館前にコンビニ等で飲み物を忘れずに購入する必要があります。

I didn’t love it or hate it. The pros are that it’s conveniently located to Shinjuku main areas, the pods are mostly comfortable, amenities are handy including loungewear, slippers and toothbrush, hairdryers in locker area, the checkin process relatively easy and staff are very helpful. The shower pressure and temp is great and there is shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The cons are that there is a lot of people in a cramped space, especially when trying to access luggage. There are only 6 sinks and 5 showers for at least 40 people, so mornings are hectic and it’s almost impossible to get a sink to brush your teeth. There are a lot of people staying on one floor and all 4 nights there were people talking loudly until at least 2am. The pillows are atrocious, they are rock hard. I bought a pillow from ikea after one night. There is only one lift so it takes a long time to get up and down. The emergency stairs are locked which I found concerning. If anything happened you are trapped inside. The 9th floor lounge is ok. There is a basic vending machine but that’s it. There are no kitchen amenities which is a shame. I would prefer to stay somewhere else next time, but I would also stay here again for the convenience and price. This place left me with mixed feelings.

As I wanted to leave at some point between 11 and 3 I needed to get my shoes from my locker and got an attitude from one of the employees saying that I couldn’t be there. I’m more so annoying with the attitude tbf. I think a good solution could be to close off 2 floors for an hour while cleaning them so you can actually go get your shoes if you want to leave.
