Espectacular, muy cerca del centro, tranquilo. Apartamento con todo. GIM, el Río al lado. Increíble.

This is Student Accommodation, plain and simple. It should be advertised as such, that way people can make an informed choice as to whether they want to book it. We had stayed in a hotel apartment in Madrid directly before going onto Bilbao, This one was advertised in the same way, but was completely different/ inferior, we booked a ‘superior double room’. It was explained to me that all the rooms are the same, just slightly more expensive for 2 people to use instead of 1 person. The bed is not a full size double bed and is situated right up against a wall, there is no kettle or mugs/cups for making a hot drink. Frankly a disappointment, the students were lovely, but one of our nights there was a welcoming party, although we weren’t disturbed by that, we were disturbed between 1 and 2 am by people returning to their rooms. There was no one to speak to about any of this as the reception is only open 4-11pm, and there’s not always someone there during those times. If you want to use the car park it’s an extra €16per night otherwise there’s a car park along the road for which you have to buy a new ticket each morning at 8 am. Just please give a more accurate description of this, then no one can feel let down.

kamer:op het eerste zicht zeer proper maar douche kraan en zeepbakje niet proper. zelf iets opgekuist van de grond en had veel donkere haren(wij:grijs en blond). mieren aan de kant van de spoelbaken lopen naar beneden ,kant deur. spinnenwebben onder het tafelblad . kamer :zeer klein bed 1m40 breed, maar wel goed geslapen (rolluik) met 2.mijn man vond het minder comfortabelen heeft maar een kant om uit te stappen. ondergrondse garage zeer goed en we hadden een ruime plaats en konden onze fietsen naast de wagen plaatsen . enkel tussen 16_23 u iemand aan de balie ;sleutel teruggeven via een bus. airco werkt maar moet uit s'nachts want is juist boven je hoofd trekt het te veel. geen koffiezet(automaat beneden), geen waterkoker en water opwarmen in een grote kookpot !!! bestek is voor kleuters en snijden niet goed gelukkig had ik het nodige bij

très bon accueil .Ne parlant pas la langue du pays, le personnel a fait l'effort de se comprendre en utilisant une application de traduction. ce n'est pas toujours le cas!!!Par contre le logement est vraiment exigu; c'est peut-être cela le modernisme? Quant au coin cuisine, il sert de décor:vaisselle ,le strict minimun.Pas de cafetière ni bouilloire ni bols.Il semblerait que la devise de l'établissement :faire semblant de faire plaisir au client tout en l'incitant à prendre son petit déjeuner à l'hotel
