Clean apartment and friendly staff

Great location & potential. Comfortable and friendly family stay with a few areas for improvement We had a pleasant family stay in Cavtat! The location is fantastic, offering gorgeous views and easy access to local amenities. The apartment includes a functional kitchen, which came in handy, and there is a market just a 5-minute walk away for groceries. Being situated slightly uphill from the port, it's a convenient 10-to-15 minute walk down to the ferries for Dubrovnik. While the property has a lot going for it, a few functional updates would elevate the experience significantly: Climate Control & Tech: The single AC unit located in the kitchen area struggles to cool the entire apartment, particularly the bedroom during warmer days. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity was quite spotty (especially in the bedrooms) and the TV unit was out of order, so we ended up relying on eSim data packages for our kids' entertainment. Amenities: There is no in-unit washing machine. When we asked, we were directed to contact the morning maid service; however, we prefer having direct access to laundry facilities to manage it independently. Pricing clarity: We noticed that children were charged at the full adult city tax rate, which wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but clearer upfront communication on child rates would be helpful. Overall, the apartment has immense potential, with a bit of attention to the AC, Wi-Fi, TV, and clearer facility details, it could easily be an excellent stay.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cavtat, 20 minute walk to the beaches, supermarket nearby and there is a bus stop directly opposite the apartment where you can get the bus to Dubrovnik which only takes around 30/40 minutes. There is a small balcony as well which has a table and chairs as well as a drying rack. It’s not far from the airport, so it’s very convenient if anyone needs to catch an early flight.

Perfect bolt hole for a night for a large group after a late flight.
