Tiller House, Laguna Hills, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I'd say it was a really pleasant stay. Clearly it's a property that was flipped but they did a nice job - it was thoughtfully renovated. Staff were very attentive and kind. Only issue was I had a sewage smell coming from my sink periodically but they assured me they'd look into it.

Really lovely stay, the rooms were spacious, clean and the bedding was gloriously soft.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. They provided an adorable welcome basket in our room. We arrived for our 4pm check in and were informed there would be no hot water for the night for showers. They had plenty of time to contact us ahead of time about this issue. We paid extra for a balcony but when we went to sit outside there was some type of external system (for dryers or something) right out our balcony. It was blowing the hottest air right at the balcony we couldn't even go outside. Then, our air-conditioning unit was leaking water, we had to keep a towel under it because we kept stepping in it. Luckily we were only staying one night but pretty disappointed. We weren't even offered some type of discount for all the issues.

Check in was a breeze, room was nice and clean.

Beautiful decorated and charming. Everyone was so nice. Gym was small but had everything you’d need to do your workout.
