You get special attention all the time you are there. It's a lovely property situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. Delightful refreshing breakfast and Happy Hour keep you a part of the "family". Nice sized pool as well. The property is impeccably kept, Turkish towels, fine linens, comfortable furniture. There are day trips to old Florida as well.

Warmly welcoming, comfy and well-appointed room incl. best amenities basket ever! Very clean.Terry robes. Delicious 3 course breakfast. Attentive and caring service. New owners are lovely. Wish we’d brought our bathing suits in this overnight as the heated pool was calling us. Located in Old Melbourne historic area next to a fabulous restaurant (dinner) and the public Melbourne Pier for those who want to stroll, bird-watch, or fish. Well-equipped public playground & various courts across street if you’re traveling w wee ones. Or teens. Highly recommend!

This property is amazing. We had the best time, the room, Caribbean Breeze, was beautiful. The courtyard was peaceful, a pool, a fire pit, a sauna and gardens. So tranquil. We will be staying here again.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at the Seaglass Inn in Melbourne Beach. We stayed as overflow for a large family gathering in the area and the property was amazing along multiple dimensions. This is a true bed and breakfast. Our room was amazing. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and very up to date but with a wonderful collection of antique furniture. The patio-garden-pool area was an oasis of calm. There was a very nice welcome happy hour and we sipped wine in Adirondack chairs in the garden and were then off to our family event. The staff was amazing. They responded to a voice mail message right away and were so personable. The breakfast was incredible. Coffee was available at all hours and the breakfast included biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs, and banana nut bread!! Also a fruit smoothie to start and the cutest ever pineapple boat starter. The staff did an amazing job adapting the menu to my wife's gluten free requirements. There were so many touches of excellence with this stay but the overall experience was homey and friendly. I will book this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Sea Glass in was quaint. We were welcomed upon arrival and they even offered a little happy hour. The owners gave us great advice on locations to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The Sea Glass facilities included a dining area for breakfast, a pool and a fire pit. The location is walkable to both the beach and the river.

We visit lots of B&Bs and this was top notch. Nice clean room. Great location. Outstanding staff and food was over the top. They also had tennis racquets, bikes, beach chairs, bocci ball. They had it all covered. Pool was in shady spot but cute and comfortable. Could find sun on the front porch rocking chairs.

We chose this B&B because of its close access to the beach and a night launch from Cape Canaveral. Out last visit to Melbourne Beach was 45 years ago. Hosts were gracious and friendly. The late afternoon wine and cheese happy hour was enjoyable. The breakfast (French toast, caramelized bacon, fruit smoothy) was good. The heated pool was relaxing. Our room (Driftwood Lagoon) was clean but nothing special. Bed was a bit soft for us...personal taste. However, an unpleasant odor emanated from under the sink necessitating opening a window, closing the bath door, running a fan at high speed, and not using the jacuzzi.

Rained the first evening we arrived, bed was wet from the leak in the ceiling.Meaghan who was on site that evening corrected the situattion with MY assistance. A small discount for one night would have been appreciated! Daily water bottles in the fridge would have been NICE touch!

We have stayed here many times and ALWAYS enjoyed our stay. The rooms are well kept, the grounds are immaculate and the breakfast is wonderful. I'm a little afraid to post this review because after this it maybe too hard for us to get a room in the future......

We stayed here for one night after getting off of a cruise ship. Our room was very nice! Very clean! The staff was so friendly, and the food was amazing. We took a nice bike ride around the neighborhood and down to the beach. I would highly recommend this B&B. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

It was a disappointing stay because it's such a cute property and could have been wonderful - Bed in Yellow Hibiscus room was horrible - like sleeping on plywood - I ended up sleeping in the chair and used the luggage rack and pillow to create place to rest my legs. The pool had a bunch of leaves and debris in it so I decided to take a bath in the nice deep bathtub instead. But I had to clean the tub first - several short curly hairs (gross). Disappointing because cute place, towels were perfect, decorative details were nice, and the mango smoothie with breakfast was fabulous. Also, staff very pleasant.

What a cute place! It’s a gem. Breakfast was tasty. The room was so comfortable- we didn’t want to leave. We borrowed bikes and rode to the beach and around the area. Good restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend!

This is our second stay and the Seaglass Inn does not disappoint. The most remarkable property with amazing details that make the grounds, the room, and the common area a joy. Room is very comfortable and the staff is amazing.

This property is amazing. We had the best time, the room, Caribbean Breeze, was beautiful. The courtyard was peaceful, a pool, a fire pit, a sauna and gardens. So tranquil. We will be staying here again.

The location is amazing with walking distance to the dock on the lagoon and to the ocean on the opposite side. The room was very comfortable and elegant. Breakfast was well done. A perfect anniversary.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at the Seaglass Inn in Melbourne Beach. We stayed as overflow for a large family gathering in the area and the property was amazing along multiple dimensions. This is a true bed and breakfast. Our room was amazing. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and very up to date but with a wonderful collection of antique furniture. The patio-garden-pool area was an oasis of calm. There was a very nice welcome happy hour and we sipped wine in Adirondack chairs in the garden and were then off to our family event. The staff was amazing. They responded to a voice mail message right away and were so personable. The breakfast was incredible. Coffee was available at all hours and the breakfast included biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs, and banana nut bread!! Also a fruit smoothie to start and the cutest ever pineapple boat starter. The staff did an amazing job adapting the menu to my wife's gluten free requirements. There were so many touches of excellence with this stay but the overall experience was homey and friendly. I will book this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Sea Glass in was quaint. We were welcomed upon arrival and they even offered a little happy hour. The owners gave us great advice on locations to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The Sea Glass facilities included a dining area for breakfast, a pool and a fire pit. The location is walkable to both the beach and the river.

It was a disappointing stay because it's such a cute property and could have been wonderful - Bed in Yellow Hibiscus room was horrible - like sleeping on plywood - I ended up sleeping in the chair and used the luggage rack and pillow to create place to rest my legs. The pool had a bunch of leaves and debris in it so I decided to take a bath in the nice deep bathtub instead. But I had to clean the tub first - several short curly hairs (gross). Disappointing because cute place, towels were perfect, decorative details were nice, and the mango smoothie with breakfast was fabulous. Also, staff very pleasant.

We chose this B&B because of its close access to the beach and a night launch from Cape Canaveral. Out last visit to Melbourne Beach was 45 years ago. Hosts were gracious and friendly. The late afternoon wine and cheese happy hour was enjoyable. The breakfast (French toast, caramelized bacon, fruit smoothy) was good. The heated pool was relaxing. Our room (Driftwood Lagoon) was clean but nothing special. Bed was a bit soft for us...personal taste. However, an unpleasant odor emanated from under the sink necessitating opening a window, closing the bath door, running a fan at high speed, and not using the jacuzzi.

Rained the first evening we arrived, bed was wet from the leak in the ceiling.Meaghan who was on site that evening corrected the situattion with MY assistance. A small discount for one night would have been appreciated! Daily water bottles in the fridge would have been NICE touch!

I have stayed at Seaglass twice now and it has been very nice. Great food and setting, but I have to admit that I left there a little frustrated/irritated today. Don’t irritated to go into details because I have enjoyed the Inn, but not sure if I’ll go back now. Megan who works in the office is 619851 kind and they are very lucky to have her there…

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding! The new owners have done a fantastic job attending to small details that make guests feel welcome and comfortable. They have created a calm and classy atmosphere.

Wish we’d brought our bathing suits in this overnight as the heated pool was calling us. Located in Old Melbourne historic area next to a fabulous restaurant (dinner) and the public Melbourne Pier for those who want to stroll, bird-watch, or fish. Well-equipped public playground & various courts across street if you’re traveling w wee ones. Or teens. Highly recommend!

Loved the grounds and vibes! Felt like a little hidden oasis close to the beach and intercostal waterways! Melissa made delicious breakfast for us, and served my birthday breakfast on a special plate! Courtney was very friendly, we enjoyed talking with her! Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

Chef Carl and his wife Allison are wonderful hosts. The Chef's breakfast menus are a great way to start your day, with amazing creations. The well known Dijon Restaurant is next door. The river and the Melbourne Beach Pier is a short walk, and the beach is just at the end of the block.

The breakfast was delightful and the hosts are warm and welcoming! It is truly a relaxing inn. The inn is in the perfect location to watch a launch from the beach then walk to the pier to see the sunset or take in morning walks on the beach, ride a bike or explore the area! We hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. We loved the peace and quiet therr as well The breakfast was amazing. Definitely will be going back!

The room was very nice as was the Inn location - between the Indian River and Atlantic Ocean. The staff was excellent, breakfast very good. This is one of the rare occasions however where I would love to comment on the owners. We met Dean when we arrived. What a funny, super nice guy from arrival to departure. Incredibly nice, hard working . His wife Patricia was simply incredible. I'll leave her with that - simply incredible!
