The room was nice and have easy access to the pool. Pool was not bad and clean. The ice machine was mold, the glass door was broken to lobby, outdated, the building look like it need fixing, con webs in corner of the rooms, there weren’t much privacy from diner to pool area. Walking i around to one enterance of pool was a hassle with rough cermant barefoot. Nice plant, could use more gardening to make it appealing. Looks so dead outside and uninviting

Parking lot was full of snow. Good thing i had 4x4. Storm was previous week. Hotel chose not to clear area. Flooring in room was completely laminate, because of all the snow, no place to walk in room with dry floor. No reason for the mess. Very noisy hotel. Loud heaters in room, and cold.

The bathroom needed a deep clean. Half the lights outside the room on the walkway were out. The six people in the room next to us along with a dog were noisy as the dog was barking

I was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet. The pool was nice. The room was decent. Staff were helpful. Only issues were no liquid soap in shower, the microwave tripped the tv. I will stay again. Thank you.

The ceiling in multiple places had massive water damage and looked like it was about to cave in. There was also mold growing so it wasn’t recent. We didn’t dare get in the shower for fear of catching something or the ceiling falling in on us. There was what looked to be vomit all over the bed skirts, they clearly haven’t been washed in ages. It smelled like cheap bar soap. Nothing was actually wiped down or sanitized, it was obvious. Broken glass all over the parking lot.

it is an old and rundown building. There was a bad smell in the hallways and the room. Although the AC worked, it made a very load noise when shutting off and kept me awake all night. There was a large stain on the bed sheet. The pool area was disgusting. I did not even stay the 2nd night.

Due to circumstances beyond my control my flight to Syracuse was delayed so I wasn't going to make it to the hotel before they closed at 1:00AM, so I Hotels.com tried to cancel my first night, but the Ramada wasn't having it. So after a couple of calls, they agreed to stay open until arrived. Upon checking in, I was asked for $100 in cash for incidentals. Who carries that much cash with them anymore?? They finally agreed to put it on a credit card. The room was the most depressing thing I'd ever seen. There was an old desk chair with a scratched up table. The internet didn't really work so I relied on my cell service. The floors were so dirty that I had to wear socks after taking a shower and they were black on the bottoms when I took them off to go to bed. The shower was also disgusting and there were gnats flying around in the bathroom. The Denny's restaurant connected to the hotel had closed earlier this year so there was no food anyplace nearby. Thankfully I was in town for a film festival so I spent most of my time at the theater. It looks nothing like the photos, so enter at your own risk!

The overall room was clean and the bed comfortable. However the room closet was Disgusting with Mold halfway from the left of the closet to the middle with black-grey blue Mold with a terrible odor. We couldn’t use the closet and only stayed in the room as it was late and we were exhausted! I did alert management about the condition of the room at checkout and they apologized for the inconvenience.

Hotel indicates that “breakfast is available”. Unfortunately, the adjoining restaurant went out of business: update your listing on Expedia please. There happened to be an ant emergence going on during my visit: the room had many adult ants scattered around the room.

I would not stay here ever again. If I wasn’t so tired and had any other choice I would have left right when I shut the motel door. That’s when I noticed the safety door lock was broken and one of the hinges. The tub faucet leaked all night long. (I never used the tub, like that on arrival). The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it wreaked if smoke.

Dirt, hair, broken room doors are just some of the headline items from arguably the worst hotel I've ever visited. The photos are misleading; I fell for that trap and must be a cautionary tale for you all. How dirty is this hotel? My once white socks are now black after walking around my room. I had to be moved three times due to dirt and an insane amount of hair left by previous customers before eventually giving up any hope of this hotel having 'satisfactory' as a label. I could honestly go on, but what's the point? Do not stay here under any circumstance. Anything would be better than this sorry excuse for accommodation.

Friendly staff, but very outdated vs. Online pictures. Heater in room didn't work well to none. It was a standalone unit not even plugged in when I checked into the room. More draft through the windows made a very chilly night. They offered to move me to another room on another level but was told that all heating units are working the same. I was not expecting a luxury hotel but this place is very outdated, in disrepair....the staffing who i had contact with seemed empathetic and nice. If I was not there by myself, I would have left and kept on going down the thruway.

The bathtub doesn't drain. The shower curtain rod is loose, forcing curtain to middle, so water gets out at both ends. The bathroom vent barely works. Electric outlet on tv wall doesn't work, so neither do lights, making overall room lighting poor.

Overall very good. Only complaint the room i was in the shower was not great and water interspersed hot and cold. Other than the shower the room was very clean and comfortable. Was glad it didn't have any smokey smell.

The people at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. They even changed my room without me asking because they said the volume of the cars on the road nearby would be distracting to my sleep. The AC worked well and the tv was quality. It was one of the lowest priced hotels in the area… you get what you pay for. Now for the bad part. At time the bathroom had the smell of an open sewer. I just closed the bathroom door and was able to block off the rest of the room from the smell. The shower was a little rough. The temperature of the water fluctuated greatly. I would adjust the knobs to make the water warmer and then the temperature would kick back in again making the water super hot! It happened throughout the shower. The neighborhood is definitely a bit of a negative as well. I went fishing at a nearby dock at 6 AM and there were a handful of people who showed up and sat in their cars. The only thing to do there was fish or launch your boat. There were some sketchy things going on so I decided to move to a different spot. I would not recommend bringing your family here. Nothing against the people who work there! They were great.

The room was nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were very good. Bathroom was pretty old and haggard, but the shower was fantastic! Other guests (sadly right above me) were awful and were making all kinds of noise, yelling, stomping and arguing at 4am. That was the biggest negative.

The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The door sweep was half missing so light poured into our room. The shower curtain was stained and smelled. The blankets were stained as well on the bed.

We were put in a room the the air conditioner didn't work. They did move us to another room. At checkout we told them about it to make sure he had left a note. We were told it was noted, it had been broken a while and room was not to be rented.

Perfect place for what I needed. Employees are really nice

Due to circumstances beyond my control my flight to Syracuse was delayed so I wasn't going to make it to the hotel before they closed at 1:00AM, so I Hotels.com tried to cancel my first night, but the Ramada wasn't having it. So after a couple of calls, they agreed to stay open until arrived. Upon checking in, I was asked for $100 in cash for incidentals. Who carries that much cash with them anymore?? They finally agreed to put it on a credit card. The room was the most depressing thing I'd ever seen. There was an old desk chair with a scratched up table. The internet didn't really work so I relied on my cell service. The floors were so dirty that I had to wear socks after taking a shower and they were black on the bottoms when I took them off to go to bed. The shower was also disgusting and there were gnats flying around in the bathroom. The Denny's restaurant connected to the hotel had closed earlier this year so there was no food anyplace nearby. Thankfully I was in town for a film festival so I spent most of my time at the theater. It looks nothing like the photos, so enter at your own risk!

Was not happy with the front desk. I have been staying here for weeks during the week due to my job. I was booking my stays thru Expedia. This time the Expedia site was down. So when I called the front desk they gave me a rate which wasn't as good as Expedia's. However, when I arrived to check in the rate was incredibly higher yet. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that there wasn't anyone on duty that could help me at that time. I would not come back and stay here however I needed too due to my job. Hopefully this stay is better then the last.

Got there at 3:00 am and they said I could check in early and told me my room for the 19th was canceled. I should her it was booked and paid on 9/13/24 she said it didn’t show paid then charged by card for $ 161, told me to come back in the morning to make a new reservation which I did and they charged by card for about $ 204, $ 175 & $ 215. NOT VERY HAPPY!!!

We were put in a room the the air conditioner didn't work. They did move us to another room. At checkout we told them about it to make sure he had left a note. We were told it was noted, it had been broken a while and room was not to be rented.

Motel 6 looked better than this hotel. I did not check in for I saw drug deals in the parking lot and the amount of people outside around my car made me feel unsafe.

This property SMELLED SO BADLY, especially in the hallways which were TOTALLY DISGUSTING and SUPER HOT. The rooms were also smelly but seemed to go away with time. I would like a refund for my stay. The staff was decent the AREA the hotel is in is scary. I didn't even take a shower the morning I got up that's how bad things were. I do not advise anyone to stay there let me know who I can contact about getting a refund for my stay.

Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door.

Very unsafe property. I was afraid to get out of my car. There were rodent traps all around the building, and some people going through a dumpster. No communication from front desk or management even though I left multiple messages. I left and went to a different hotel.

Well no coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was supposed to go with the room that wasn't the truth. When I asked where I could get the free coffee I was sent to the restaurant in the building and that coffee wasn't free. False advertising comes to mind here.

Poor breakfast said had full breakfast coffee weak 3 yoguts which were Walmart brand hard boiled eggs and rubbery waffles and cold cereal. Not my full breakfast. room light switch’s were dirty room smelt musty.

Mostly dirty. Plugs didn't work. Sink did not have a stopper. Bright lights on all night at pool. Web site did not accurately describe hotel. No food. No Denny's.

There happened to be an ant emergence going on during my visit: the room had many adult ants scattered around the room.

We pulled into a place that looked closed. No cars, no Dennys Restaurant. Restaurant closed in March 2023 yet they are still advertising it with 24/7 service. The room was doable but it did have some mold issues in the bathroom, squeaky springs on the bed and the thing that bothered me most was smoke detector being covered with a plastic bag making it out of service, a violation of fire code.

Walk too far on a blazing hot hall to the room. The breakfast are is tight and there was only one hot item—> soggy wilted waffles! I pre checked in online and still had to go through it all when I got to the counter. Also, I booked it through Expedia paid on September 4 and then on September 20 Ramada took out the fee again.Will not stay there again!

The staff is very polite and helpful. The room itself was nice although the bathroom needs a little updating. The rest of the building is not in great shape and it appears to be in a rather questionable area. I do believe the owner is trying to make it nicer given that my room appears to have been partially renovated in the past year or two and was quite comfortable. Parking and walking in was unsettling.

The door did close and lock but you could clearly see the outside through the sides of the door and underneath the door as well. Do your research and don’t fall for the fake pictures on this listing. This entire stay was terrible If I could give it a negative star all around Floors were dirty Floor was dirty and a lot of the times were broken The tub is stained all over and the room was so humid it felt like everything was wet Breakfast was terrible Eggs were cold and looked like that had been out for several days Same with cold waffles Nothing on the property looked like the pictures Worst place I ever stayed
