I appreciated the good value cost of my room and the included continental breakfast. There staff was very friendly. There were lots of decor and box items in the hallway and all general doors were blocked or taped off from use. The only way to get in and out of the building was the front door. Seemed like a fire code hazard to me.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Older hotel. Needs some painting. Small but adequate breakfast room. Would have liked some butter for toast and waffles. Good greenn space for dogs. Burger king right across from motel otherwise you need to drive a short distance for eating. Have a pool but out of order. Very reasonably priced.

Plus: Friendly staff, quiet room, inn set well back from main road, clean, TV & Wifi were great, coffee pot in the room, and I really appreciated the binder which featured local businesses we might want to use and hotel amenities. The owners really cared about producing this binder. I used to see these at hotels in the past, but sadly out of the 7 hotels we stayed at on our road trip, this was the only one to offer it! The room was clean, and a firm mattress ensured a good night’s sleep. They have good access control & security, where guests can only use the front door and many cameras. It’s close to several restaurants. Minus: While the 2nd floor was quiet, there is no elevator and it was a lot of effort to bring all our luggage up the carpeted stairs. Breakfast items were fresh & a decent selection, but not one protein item. I would stay here again, but I would likely take a 1st floor room and skip breakfast.

Not in a million years would ever step foot in here again. Room had red/ brown stains on the walls. Bathroom was not clean. Staff was unhelpful. We saw our room and turned right back around out the door and contacted Expedia for a refund. Never again

Sugar ants galore. We woke to them next to our heads all over the nightstand some on walls and pillows. And major spider bite on my leg the second night that i woke up with. Don't know what kind of spider but it hurts, it's red. It's a big hole and I swelled up my leg. And the pane is about 2 to 3 inches out from the hole. Bite. I reported to the hotel and they are gonna put that room out of commission for cleaning and services. But I have not heard anything to recomcompensate for anything for the 2 nights that we were there.-

When I checked in and went to my room; I found that it wasn’t clean. There were used coffee cups, used bottle waters, and the shower had used products and used wash clothes. I grabbed all of our luggage (I had three small kids with me) and hauled it back down the stairs and the front desk was super apologetic and nice about it and she ran up and quickly cleaned it. But, it was a quick clean so it just didn’t feel like it got a normal clean between guests. The next day, after a long day of softball tournaments, we heading back for the night to find our room key wouldn’t work so with tired kids, I had the trek back down the stairs a second time to have them fix my card. Overall it was a pretty frustrating experience and I guess I also expected someone to try to “make it right” but no one ever did. I know the front desk person messaged the owner but i never heard anything from them. I would highly recommend NOT staying here.

Staff were nice. But it is an older hotel. Mattress was sunken in, carpet was torn, bathtub was painted over but peeling. Pictures were deceiving lol. Lots of people appeared to be temporarily living there. Not for vacation.

Poor lighting in the room. Lamp on the nightstand did not work. The clock did not work. Plug ins were not easy to access for charging devices. The TV menu book did not match to the channels. not a user friendly system. The staff was very nice.

The staff were nice but the rooms are poorly laid out and run down. Paint peeling off the bathroom walls, damaged carpet. Toilet in our first room was clogged and the front desk person suggested we use a plunger since there was no on-call maintenance person. She did move us to a different room when we made it clear we weren’t interested in fixing our toilet. Breakfast was skimpy and the coffee in the lobby was cold. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had to ask for more towels.

The staff was nice but not overly friendly. Checking in took forever. We had already paid an extra $10 on Expedia to book a dog friendly room and they insisted we still owed an additional $10 fee for our service dog. In addition, they required a $75 dollar cash deposit that we were not prepared to pay and felt a little extreme. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we heard people going up and down the hallway all night. Price was good but this would not be my first choice in the future.

When I addressed it with the desk staff, I was told Hotels.com was at fault for they cancelled and then rebooked our room. We were not accommodated with what I booked. Staff seemed a bit chaotic, with one’s kids hanging out in the lobby. The entire front Porte-cochere was torn apart and appeared it could fall on someone. Very outdated which made cleanliness off.

The hotel room was fine enough for the most part, but for a few glaring exceptions. The first was the paper coffee cup I found on the dresser below the TV, filled with green and white mold. The other was the nonstop party in the next room that I called the front desk about several times to no avail over the course of two hours, culminating in my breaking it up myself at 4 AM.

The next day, after a long day of softball tournaments, we heading back for the night to find our room key wouldn’t work so with tired kids, I had the trek back down the stairs a second time to have them fix my card. Overall it was a pretty frustrating experience and I guess I also expected someone to try to “make it right” but no one ever did. I know the front desk person messaged the owner but i never heard anything from them. I would highly recommend NOT staying here.

When I checked in and went to my room; I found that it wasn’t clean. There were used coffee cups, used bottle waters, and the shower had used products and used wash clothes. I grabbed all of our luggage (I had three small kids with me) and hauled it back down the stairs and the front desk was super apologetic and nice about it and she ran up and quickly cleaned it. But, it was a quick clean so it just didn’t feel like it got a normal clean between guests. This is a typical right off the freeway hotel, you can expect clean rooms, great staff who are polite and will chat with you if you do. If you treat them nice they are nice back. You may have to walk all the way to the end of the hall for the stairs but I can guarantee the exercise will be good for you. Didn’t try the breakfast because I wanted to try local places instead. Check out Bon Vinos if you want to do the same! Also we liked that this place was dog friendly without charging extra for it.

The staff were nice but the rooms are poorly laid out and run down. Paint peeling off the bathroom walls, damaged carpet. Toilet in our first room was clogged and the front desk person suggested we use a plunger since there was no on-call maintenance person. She did move us to a different room when we made it clear we weren’t interested in fixing our toilet. Breakfast was skimpy and the coffee in the lobby was cold. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had to ask for more towels.

Windows were dirty. Carpet was dirty and there was food on the floor from prior guests. Three outlets in the entire room, one for TV, one for a lamp, and one at the desk. Pool was warm which was nice. Breakfast was waffles, bread, fruit, cereal, yogurt. FYI no elevator and only one door in and out of the property.

Plus: Friendly staff, quiet room, inn set well back from main road, clean, TV & Wifi were great, coffee pot in the room, and I really appreciated the binder which featured local businesses we might want to use and hotel amenities. The owners really cared about producing this binder. I used to see these at hotels in the past, but sadly out of the 7 hotels we stayed at on our road trip, this was the only one to offer it! The room was clean, and a firm mattress ensured a good night’s sleep. They have good access control & security, where guests can only use the front door and many cameras. It’s close to several restaurants. Minus: While the 2nd floor was quiet, there is no elevator and it was a lot of effort to bring all our luggage up the carpeted stairs. Breakfast items were fresh & a decent selection, but not one protein item. I would stay here again, but I would likely take a 1st floor room and skip breakfast.

We stayed here for one night and it was a good spot to rest after a long day of driving. The staff were pleasant and the motel was clean. The breakfast is not great - typical continental fare - but overall I would stay there again.

The customer service was amazing, quick and easy check-in with one minor hiccup. I brought my 2 pups with me, and was told there was a “pet room”, which was perfectly fine. We got our room key and upon opening the door, the room looked nothing like the pictures. Not a big deal, but after settling in, we got a call from the front desk that they placed us in the wrong room. The room we were originally put in was actually for the handicapped. It didn’t really bother us, so, we packed our stuff up and went to the lobby to receive a new room number and key. Unfortunately, it was horrible. When we opened the door it reeked of cat pee. I’m not one to complain, but it was beyond noticeable. The cleanliness of the space isn’t appropriate for the price. I had to give a $75 pet fee on top of the $100 deposit after paying $109 online. I’m actually disappointed because we’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t nearly as bad. I decided to make a call to the front desk to clarify that I wouldn’t be charged for the conditions I was put in to begin with and she assured me that she’d make a note of it in the system. Like I mention, the service 10/10, but the overall experience was upsetting.
