Everything was absolutely amazing from the service to the softest hotel bed I ever felt and amazing outside amenities. It was extremely child friendly and we felt safe and comfortable. We did not want to leave at all!

Ize checked us in and helped out us out tremendously!! Something happened with our room so for the hassle she gave us a suite! It was modern with an upstairs and a beautiful view! She made our stay :) They also had a waterpark for the kids so we will be back when we come back for family vacation!

Very comfortable pool access room. Very large hotel, but free transport to remote rooms on offer also free shuttle to Nai Harn Beach. Very good restaurants in the area.

Small family (3) a 18 months old child, with great experience. Amazing crew. It’s a 5 star experience especially considering the amount you pay. Breakfast gets very busy at 9~. They warn their guests about the fact, nice and calm until 8 am. This hotel got all the big things right. Great service, food also very good and with the price you pay one can afford to be lazy and eat in without spending much more than out in restaurants, pool areas are good, cleaning nice and good advice from front desk. What I miss is probably some umbrellas around the smaller pools available. Maybe sunbeds there as well. Then they would be more attractive for guests and relief the crowd at the big pool. That would also make our apartment with pool access even better. Our dauther liked a swim before noon but it gets very hot, and no shadow available. Tip to parents, if you want to get around in uber or bolt with a child and have some car safety. We rented a seat for 300B per day down the street at a car rental place. Enjoy! We recommend this place :)

Beautiful place. Breakfast included was adequate. Lighting was a little odd in the room. Had to turn off master switch to turn off light in closet.Air conditioner did not work well to cool off bedroom area. Shower design is poor that watee leaks out of shower area. Beautiful place, 4 pools, lovely infinity pool with view. Nice staff.

Väldigt nybyggt hotell med stora, lyxiga rum och otroligt sköna sängar. Poolen är stor och fin, men hög musik spelar vid dom båda poolerna gör det svårt att koppla av. In- och utcheckningen var något oklar och organisationen kändes rörig. Trots detta är jag överlag nöjd med vistelsen.

The location of the hotel is not good. It shouldn't be so expensive in that area. It's far from the beach and there are few places to play around. The hot water supply for bathing is seriously inadequate, and there is basically no shuttle bus. It doesn't match the brand and price at all. It feels like a fake.

Le petit déjeuner est en plus , le room service ferme très tôt, les chambre ne son pas très grande (mais reste bien) en ce qui concerne le ménage il n’a pas été fait et quand on est rentrer pour la sieste de notre enfant a 16 ou 17h ces là que la dame est venu sonner à la porte pour le faire …

Le petit déjeuner est en plus , le room service ferme très tôt, les chambre ne son pas très grande (mais reste bien) en ce qui concerne le ménage il n’a pas été fait et quand on est rentrer pour la sieste de notre enfant a 16 ou 17h ces là que la dame est venu sonner à la porte pour le faire …

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, I really like my stay. It’s close to all the things you need like 7eleven, the beach, all the restaurants and stores or scooter rentals. Rawai is a very calm location in Phuket compared to Patong or old town Phuket.

They warn their guests about the fact, nice and calm until 8 am. This hotel got all the big things right. Great service, food also very good and with the price you pay one can afford to be lazy and eat in without spending much more than out in restaurants, pool areas are good, cleaning nice and good advice from front desk. What I miss is probably some umbrellas around the smaller pools available. Maybe sunbeds there as well. Then they would be more attractive for guests and relief the crowd at the big pool. That would also make our apartment with pool access even better. Our dauther liked a swim before noon but it gets very hot, and no shadow available. Tip to parents, if you want to get around in uber or bolt with a child and have some car safety. We rented a seat for 300B per day down the street at a car rental place. Enjoy! We recommend this place :)

Väldigt nybyggt hotell med stora, lyxiga rum och otroligt sköna sängar. Poolen är stor och fin, men hög musik spelar vid dom båda poolerna gör det svårt att koppla av. In- och utcheckningen var något oklar och organisationen kändes rörig. Trots detta är jag överlag nöjd med vistelsen.

The location of the hotel is not good. It shouldn't be so expensive in that area. It's far from the beach and there are few places to play around. The hot water supply for bathing is seriously inadequate, and there is basically no shuttle bus. It doesn't match the brand and price at all. It feels like a fake.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, I really like my stay. It’s close to all the things you need like 7eleven, the beach, all the restaurants and stores or scooter rentals. Rawai is a very calm location in Phuket compared to Patong or old town Phuket.

Le petit déjeuner est en plus , le room service ferme très tôt, les chambre ne son pas très grande (mais reste bien) en ce qui concerne le ménage il n’a pas été fait et quand on est rentrer pour la sieste de notre enfant a 16 ou 17h ces là que la dame est venu sonner à la porte pour le faire …

Beautiful place. Breakfast included was adequate. Lighting was a little odd in the room. Had to turn off master switch to turn off light in closet.Air conditioner did not work well to cool off bedroom area. Shower design is poor that watee leaks out of shower area. Beautiful place, 4 pools, lovely infinity pool with view. Nice staff.

The place was clean,parking was great, the pool was great, the food was good,breakfast was great but lunch was not good I didn’t feel like I got my money worth, I complained to the front desk and was sent to the manager and the manager gave me 100B back and apologized I took the money, left without being satisfied.

Check in did take quite a bit of time at least 30 minutes or more, but once we got to the rooms, they were very clean. Had everything that you needed and more staff was super helpful very friendly and try to help you with anything you needed. They went above and beyond. My son lost his 360 camera at the hotel we were at BKK airport when they found it they contacted us and they sent one of their workers in a taxi to the airport 55 minutes away N turned it into us like I said above and beyond I would 200% recommend this hotel for single person, couples, and family with children. Pools are amazing adult pools and kid pools very clean and they have everything you need. They have Cart pick up. At your room for people who need a ride back-and-forth they have a freeshuttle to 3 different beaches. Food and room service. It’s excellent and prices are very friendly. We stayed there 5 days and I had 5 days of excellent service and I was 200% satisfied. If I ever went back to Phuket, I would definitely stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to anybody and everybody.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pools are great for kids and very family friendly. Location is fairly close to the main street along the ocean where there's restaurants and massage parlors. Just about a 15 min walk. There's a 7/11 uphill the from the hotel that's about a 3 minute walk. The downside to the hotel is its level of cleanliness. My shower had mold and the couch had stains and hairs on it. My room had a foul odor of a wet towel and I believe it was coming from the ac unit. Additionally, the towels they provide you are pretty worn out and old so when you take a shower once or twice you'll walk around with funky smell when you sweat. I have to rate this stay a 4/10 with cleanliness being my biggest pet peeves.

Das Hotel war wirklich klasse. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Jede Anlage verfügte über einen Pool, und auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze waren ein großer Pluspunkt. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
