Room was fine. Rest of the property was a dump. Towels tossed on chairs in the lobby. Breakfast was pathetic. Only one elevator workin g and it was on its last legs. Everything is a state of disrepair.

Staff was friendly. Hotel breakfast was good. Family secured one of the conference rooms for family Christmas party and that space was great. Hotel needs to improve water pressure and plumbing in the showers. Hotel no longer has hot tub but still advertises with old photos from Holiday Inn with the hot tub.

Nonsense at the front desk. They are not sure what rioms they have rented out so they might walk in on you. Some roos with no lights...doors left open. Bar closed. No food. No beer. Keys not working. Kids running around at night yelling. Terrible waste of your money

The continental breakfast has no protein (eggs -bacon), only carbs (muffins, waffles, cold cereal). The bathroom was not clean - hair in the tub and debris in the sink. The microwave did not work - electrical outlet had no power. Then we got stuck in the elevator, between floors, with NO apologies. Finally, had to check out and go to another motel for the rest of our stay. Very disappointing motel.

The property was not as stated on the website. The pool was closed by the Health Department and the exercise room as well, I feel they should have contacted us in advance so other arrangements could have been made. The breakfast consisted of Fruit and cookies and only from 6:00 am through 9:00 am. The room and Hall had an odor of dirty Rugs. The shower was Hot and Cold at times needless to say we were very disappointed I would never stay there again by choice.

The sheets felt as though there was a layer film on them, as if they haven’t been changed after several stays. There were other peoples hair everywhere on the towels, sheets, and comforter. I dried my face on a towel and stringy hair was stuck to my beard. I slept fully clothed covering as much skin as possible to not make contact with the sheets. I would’ve canceled if I didn’t go through a secondary booking site. As a native of the town and familiarity of this facility when it was a holiday inn it is shock how run down the property has become.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The bathroom floor was dirty, so we had to pour water on it and clean it ourselves with a towel. Outside the bathroom, the carpet was sticky, which was unpleasant. The breakfast area was also problematic. There were gnats around the food, and the cereal was stale. Overall, I didn't trust any of the food provided. I hope the hotel addresses these cleanliness issues soon.

The staff was very kind, however the floors in the room were dirty, the television didn’t work, the outlets to charge phones did not work, and the in-room coffee maker had visible mold growing in it. We didn’t use the shower because it wasn’t cleaned. The rest of the bathroom was OK.

The first room they put us in had a big water bubble under the paint where the roof was leaking. The bathroom lights didn't work. The next room the microwave was dirty with food in it. The shower curtain was had mold on it the base of the toilet was dirty. Overall bad stay we won't even use them again.

There were signs they were remodeling. Room was great and comfortable. Bathroom ceiling needed work. Remote didn’t work and was dirty. There was also a gentleman hanging out in the lobby every time I came and left. He seemed special needs and I felt very uncomfortable especially traveling solo. When checking in the lady pointed to my room number instead of saying it. She didn’t have any envelopes to write down my room number so I had to remember it. Overall, not bad accommodations but they are still working on things.

I booked a room from Oct 29th to Nov 3rd because of my grandfather's death. I only stayed 3 nights & was in a different room each night until I checked out Nov. 1st. The 1st room(420) the water wasn't draining out of the tub. I was told it would be looked at that morning while i was away to come back that night to find water still in the tub... So i was moved to room 414 where the TV wasn't working properly & the bathroom light was going out. After going to the front desk to complain about 414 i was told to unplug the TV in 414 & that maintenance fixed 420 & i could check if i liked. Water was still in 420 a day later & unplugging the tv as requested didn't resolve the issue in 414. So after all of this i ended up in 416 my last night. I checked out the next day around 9am, manager wasn't present so i was told to leave my information... 5 days later i still haven't received a receipt as requested & my account is showing 5 nights charged even though i only stayed 3 nights & all the issues. I called the hotel today Nov 6th to be met with aggression after asking to speak with the manager just to be told the manager wasn't there & call back tomorrow after explaining why i requested the manager in the first place. I've stayed at this hotel numerous of times & never had issues i don't know if its different ownership/management but it is not the same feeling as past experiences.

We stayed 2 nights. First night in room 101. Found that it had a door leading to a back courtyard. While the door was locked, the deadbolt was broken. Also, the room next door was some kind of maintenance area with loud intermittent mechanical noises all night. Should have moved rooms. We slept in our clothes. Moved to another room for 2nd night on another floor. Much better.

The staff was great but the hotel left a bit to be desired. Upon arrival we found that the indoor pool was closed. This was one main things my grandsons were looking forward to. Then when we arrived in our room, we found the heating unit was not working, and no maintenance staff was on the premise. As a result, we had to switch rooms. The heat in the 2nd room was fine, but we immediately began having problems with our new room keys. They were first reprogrammed but the problem continued. So a new set of keys were programmed and issued. But the issue was not received. We determined that the problem was with the key reader on the door, because it would ultimately work after numerous tries. Since we were only staying 2 nights and had already changed rooms before, we decided to stick it out.

This is an older hotel that is being remodeled. The outside looks great and so does the lobby area. The first room I was given was a non-smoking room but as soon as I opened the door it smelled like cigar smoke. The second room I was given was clean but there was a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rail and AC/Heat did not work properly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was outdated, and I didn't feel it was the quality for the price. The tub was obviously old, and the toilet didn't flush properly. The room was clean, but not what I expected.

I booked a room from Oct 29th to Nov 3rd because of my grandfather's death. I only stayed 3 nights & was in a different room each night until I checked out Nov. 1st. The 1st room(420) the water wasn't draining out of the tub. I was told it would be looked at that morning while i was away to come back that night to find water still in the tub... So i was moved to room 414 where the TV wasn't working properly & the bathroom light was going out. After going to the front desk to complain about 414 i was told to unplug the TV in 414 & that maintenance fixed 420 & i could check if i liked. Water was still in 420 a day later & unplugging the tv as requested didn't resolve the issue in 414. So after all of this i ended up in 416 my last night. I checked out the next day around 9am, manager wasn't present so i was told to leave my information... 5 days later i still haven't received a receipt as requested & my account is showing 5 nights charged even though i only stayed 3 nights & all the issues. I called the hotel today Nov 6th to be met with aggression after asking to speak with the manager just to be told the manager wasn't there & call back tomorrow after explaining why i requested the manager in the first place. I've stayed at this hotel numerous of times & never had issues i don't know if its different ownership/management but it is not the same feeling as past experiences.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The manager Heather was Great and very accepting of my dog and allowed all his kisses he decided to give her! 😂 I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find a place to stay because of his size (he’s a Great Pyrenees Lab mix so at a year old he is 90lbs) but the staff was Great! Everything was wonderful during our stay!

Dont waste your time booking this hotel. There was hair in the tub, stains on bedding, microwave was shoved back in the cabinet it sat in, towels just thrown up onto the rack. It was very apparent the room was not cleaned well if much at all. I attempted to call the front desk from the room to no avail. It just went to a recording stating unavailable with no voicemail even though it wasnt busy at all. We loaded our things up and promptly left and stayed at the Holiday Inn Convention Center which is always nice and clean. The lady at the counter was nice enough saying that she undersrands and would approve us getting a refund. However expedia has been trying to contact them for this approval going on 72 hours now with them not answering the phone. Not surprised at all. Such a sham!

Check in was difficult but check out was worse! When we checked in the girl was new and somehow she listed us as a no show. Then when we checked out they couldn’t give us a receipt because even though we spent the night there we were listed as a no show!! The room was comfortable but we could have done without the hassle!!

Nonsense at the front desk. They are not sure what rioms they have rented out so they might walk in on you. Some roos with no lights...doors left open. Bar closed. No food. No beer. Keys not working. Kids running around at night yelling. Terrible waste of your money

Check in was slow, no one at the front desk. When someone finally showed up, they gave me keys that would not unlock the room door so I had to go back to the front desk where, again, no one was there. So I use the house phone to call the front desk And comically, they answered “front desk.” I said I’m standing at the front desk and no one‘s here. So she came out and got me a fresh set of keys and maintenance went up to see what was wrong with the door. The room was comfortable enough. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were clean and crisp . The TV was huge and beautiful, the bathroom was clean, plenty of hot water, just a little dated. A very comfortable room, air-conditioning worked great. Breakfast was a joke, nothing there but a couple of apples and a couple of cereal selections. No juice, no eggs, no yogurt , no nothing. I would probably stay here again, however. The room was comfortable and clean and everybody was friendly enough. And the price was right.

I like it because it was by restaurant in walking distance. I didn’t like that my door was left unlocked afterwards clean before I checked in. Also the floors wasn’t vacuum, and old used tea bag was left on top of the headboard

The exterior of the building looks new, but the rooms are dated. The bathtub was stained and the grout chipped around the tub. I believe the room was probably clean enough, but I couldn’t be confident. Staff was friendly and there are places to grab a bite nearby.

We intentionally selected a room with a pull out couch for the kids and upon arrival realized there were no linens for the pull out in the room. When we went to the front desk we were given 2 fitted sheets (that did not fit) and 1 small blanket. They were out of pillows so we used folded towels. Breakfast had no protein options outside of yogurt cups. We should have selected a hotel from a larger brand. Bed and available pillows were very soft and the hotel seemed, well used.

The lobby was basic but clean and the staff was friendly; However, immediately upon exiting the elevator on the floors, we were hit by a musty, mildew smell that continued throughout. The floors in our room felt dirty and there was a large dead bug in the floor next to the commode in the bathroom. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, though. Breakfast in the morning was decent. There wasn't much option or variety, but it was good. It worked for our very basic need but we travel to this area once a year and will likely not stay here again.

At breakfast they ran out of bowls and sausage the second day we were there and had no milk both days we were there. The breakfast attendant was rude about having no bowls and not friendly to us as customers. I hate being so critical but I think it’s important other folks have good information before booking.

This place is awful! Computer check in system took forever. There’s mold growing in the hallway. “Breakfast “. Was AWFUL. Brown bananas, no creamer for coffee, old apples, a couple of tiny muffins. I went to desk clerk. I woke him up. I asked for creamer. He said he didn’t think they had any. He couldn’t be bothered to get up and look. I’ll never go back and I’ll never recommend

I chose the hotel for the pool, but it was closed. The linens were clean but the floor was dirty, there was some trash, and what looked like a chicken bone on the carpet. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great!

The continental breakfast has no protein (eggs -bacon), only carbs (muffins, waffles, cold cereal). The bathroom was not clean - hair in the tub and debris in the sink. The microwave did not work - electrical outlet had no power. Then we got stuck in the elevator, between floors, with NO apologies. Finally, had to check out and go to another motel for the rest of our stay. Very disappointing motel.

The pool was closed by the Health Department and the exercise room as well, I feel they should have contacted us in advance so other arrangements could have been made. The breakfast consisted of Fruit and cookies and only from 6:00 am through 9:00 am. The room and Hall had an odor of dirty Rugs. The shower was Hot and Cold at times needless to say we were very disappointed I would never stay there again by choice.

The lobby & parking lot were not well kept amd the elevator wall full of nail/screw holes. I checked in at 8:30 PM, and when I got to my room, there was a pile of dirty sheets in the hall right beside my door. I opened the door with a key card, and there was a suitcase or some other kind of case sitting inside my room. When I got back to the lobby, a man with a hoodie who smelled of marijuana was talking with the clerk. I handed the key card back and left, though the surprised clerk offered another room
