The actual villa and pool were beautiful and location was perfect - away from the village but close enough to walk down to the main beach which took around 20 minutes. However, there were lots of ants in the villa but this may be due to the rustic finish inside the villa / bathroom. Another downside was the location of the cleaning hub which was located in the basement of our villa. This was not ideal as not enough screening privacy was in place and each time the maintenance guy or cleaner had to access the basement, we could see / hear each time this happened. This was an invasion of privacy. When addressed to the owner, she offered to move us but the replacement views were not as nice. Instead we agreed that the access to the cleaning hub would only take place when we were out and to help manage this, we informed the staff each time we left and how long the duration would be. All in all, a disappointing experience but one which could be improved if privacy options are installed and the issue with the ants is addressed,

The property was lovely, just as expected. New build in 2022 and still sharp. Thoughtfully designed and equipped with great attention to detail. The exterior landscaping as good as interior finishes and fittings. A haven on a hillside. We had an issue with tiny ants inside the property. A minor issue really and given the natural outdoors location, it was probably to be expected. They weren't much of a problem, but some may find them an uncomfortable pest. The only place they didn't seem to end up was in the fridge! Overall, a 10/10 experience - but bring some ant traps/powder if you want to relax fully.

Very nice house with a fantastic garden. We could really calm down at the location. We will come back, definitely. The location is on the outskirts of Nikiti, you need a car.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting! Really nice design all over, from the rooms and pool area to the interior. And everything surrounded by perfect gardens. With the great staff, so friendly and helpful, this place is a true gem!
