This is not a 4 star hotel. The hotel lobby is decent but the rest of the hotel is pretty rundown. Rooms are tired. Bathrooms and showers are old and mouldy. Swimming pool is an absolute joke. Dirty pool, the steps are broken, the decking around the pool has come apart and is a trip hazard. Where the sun loungers are located, I think it was grass before but now you’re literally sitting in mud! No staff at the pool. Breakfast is a shambles. Extremely limited choice. The hotel is located miles away from the centre and is a pain to get to. Staff are cold, rude and extremely unpleasant. The other reviews I read prior to booking are either fake or the guests love shabby food, rooms and shambolic service. Do not book this hotel, stay elsewhere, even if it’s a hostel! Oh and finally, my wife’s purse was stolen from our room!

Helt ok affärs hotell. God frukost . Poolområdet var verkligen inte bra! Poolen var smutsig och det kändes inte alls fräscht att bada i poolen. Området runt poolen var också slitet och solstolarna stod i högt gräs/jord vilket var mycket ofräscht. Jag hade sett fram mot att använda poolen men varken jag eller övriga gäster använde den .

Un séjour très agréable, le personnel très professionnel et sympathique, malgres quelques manquements, la sécurité et le transport est à proximité . Juste besoin d'un paysagiste pour redonner l'éclat et la beauté au niveau de la piscine. Une expérience à revivre et je recommande.

This hotel was situated in a quiet area and it was a short walk to the train to downtown Barcelona. The staff were extremely helpful, The room was comfortable for my needs, and the free Wi-Fi in my room was excellent. The room rate per night was reasonable, and overall, it was a really nice place to stay for my holiday. Would definitely consider staying at this hotel for future trips to Barcelona.

Close to the metro. Clean property and friendly staff. Monica was excellent in helping us get 2 taxis for the airport last minute when one of the van taxis didn’t show up.

Mala experiencia la caja fuerte mala cuando llegamos trate de llamar por citofono y los 2 no funcionaban informe nunca lo arreglaron uno de los días que nos llovió se mojo todo el baño había que entrar con paraguas y dijieron que nos pusiéramos una toalla insolito al día siguiente no hicieron la habitación así que a las 11 de la noche sin la habitación hecha y lloviéndose el baño nos cambiaron a otra muy mal servicio no ponían ni artículos de tocador !!!nadie se hacía responsable hotel caro y MALO !!!! Y se dice 4 estrellas !!!

There is nothing nearby like convenience stores or restaurants. It is a dew steps from the metro station wich was very convenient but it is far away from the city and the airport. The taxi was 78 euros from the hotel to the airport. On the bright side, breakfast was very good, with many options of pastries, delicious spanish breads, spanish omellete, cereals, etc. We didn’t like the all the toiletries smelled like man cologne. The ride on the metro to the city took like 40 minutes or so but tge good thing is you don’t need to transfer.

The hotel itself is nice and easy access to the train station. Staff and facilities are great. Very safe to walk at night. The downsides are: it is a bit far from the city of barcelona (placa de catalunya), it is 30 minutes away but you only need to take one train to get to the city. You can get the 10 trips ticket which only costs around €14. Second, there are no shops around the area but the hotel restaurant is open for orders. They do not change the breakfast menu but the chef can cook for you fresh according to the breakfast list menu. Only 30 minutes away from the airport but no other transport apart from booking a taxi or you need to go to the barcelona and take the train or bus from there. Generally it is a nice and quiet hotel. You have a pool and a gym for recreation.
