Casa La Perlita - Großes luxuriöses Kolonialhaus im Zentrum - Großer Pool ❤️

Splendid Spanish Colonial house, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Measures up to description and pictures. As nice a VRBO as you will ever stay in.

Not what we expected. We asked for an early check in, but it was not accommodated. Allowed to drop off luggage early, which we did, at which time cleaning lady told us we could arrive at 5:00 P.M., although check in time was 4:00 P.M. The place is showing its age and lack of care. Doors have lots of crevices and lack of maintenance allows for roaches and ants to get in. The outside space is unusable with the amount of mosquitoes and the stifling heat. The heat in the stairwell inside the house makes it unbearable due to the misguided "skylight" and the western facing glass door. Outdoor patio upstairs is also unusable due to heat and west facing conditions. Pool is great and the kitchen is well equipped. The host/hostess are the most responsive we have ever dealt with in 17 years of visiting Merida. The house does not look like the pictures make it out to be. The pictures are very old and the patios are cluttered, metal furniture is rusting, and cushions are rotting. We also believe that the electricity bill is a scam. Sorry, but no other way to put it. This house has solar panels and as someone who has traveled to Merida extensively, I know how the whole electricity situation works. The charge of almost 158 US Dollars for two weeks was simply outrageous and there is no other way to put it.

This was such a great location and such a big comfortable home. We really appreciated coming back to our oasis every day after exploring the city.

Stayed for 6 days with my husband and our 10 year old daughter. First, we appreciated being able to check in a few hours early. Communication was great. Second, the property is amazing! The layout, decor, and furnishings are perfect. We were very comfortable during our stay. The outdoor areas and pool were used everyday. We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa La Perlita!

The first time I have truly felt the property was worth every penny we paid to stay there and more.
